When visiting scenic spots, Xiao Xiang, the housekeeper, could even help plan routes for free. Xiao Xiang handled everything perfectly. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay and would definitely come back again. I would also recommend it to my friends.

I booked accommodation at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park during the National Day holiday. The guesthouse was located near the East Gate of Wulingyuan City. The hotel owner personally picked me up and drove me back to the hotel in the evening. The next morning, when I went to the South Gate of the park, he also drove me there early in the morning. I was very grateful for his extra help. The hotel was quiet at night, and the owner's wife personally prepared breakfast the next morning, which was convenient for tourists.

Excellent stay! The apartment is new, clean, and in an excellent location close to the bus station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The owners were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. They kindly allowed me to check out late at 3:15 PM without any extra charge. One small suggestion: it would be great to provide a WeChat or WhatsApp number for faster communication, especially for foreign guests who don’t speak Chinese.
