OOhyeahhhhhhhhhhThe hotel's location is ideal, very close to Park Front Metro Station, just a 7–8 minute walk from B2. This makes transportation incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping.
The manager and front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is a thoughtful service, allowing us to explore further without our bags.
Overall, my stay was very satisfying. Both the location and service quality were excellent. It's a hotel I'd definitely recommend. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

📍 Location: Superb! Super convenient for exploring the city 🚇
🏢 Room: Stayed on the 36th floor (highest level) – the view was absolutely stunning! 🌃 Room looks modern and very clean.
🧺 Amenities: Loved the mini fridge, washing machine AND dryer in-room 🧼👕 – so practical for longer stays!
🪳 One downside: Unfortunately spotted a cockroach during my stay, which was disappointing. But it was taken care of by the cleaner. Otherwise, this would easily be a 10/10!
Overall: Great value, amazing view & facilities – just hope the hygiene issue gets addressed. Would still recommend with a small caution. ✨

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at this affordable hotel in Shipaiqiao, Tianhe, Guangzhou, and I had a fantastic experience. It offers incredible value for money and I highly recommend it. I knew when booking that breakfast wasn't provided, but it didn't affect my stay at all; in fact, it gave me more freedom. The hotel is located in the bustling Shipaiqiao commercial district, surrounded by countless food options. Just step outside, and you'll find all sorts of breakfast spots – Cantonese rice rolls, boat congee, soy milk, and fried dough sticks – much more variety and better value than a fixed hotel breakfast. The location is superb, just a two-minute walk from Shipaiqiao Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can easily walk to shopping areas like TeeMall, Grandview Mall, and Taikoo Hui. The room itself was simple, cozy, and beautifully decorated – clean, fresh, and never felt cramped. The cleanliness was exceptional; the floors, bedding, and bathroom were spotless, with no strange odors or neglected corners. The bedding was high-quality, soft, and breathable, making it comfortable to sit or lie on for extended periods, helping to alleviate travel fatigue. The room had good natural light and ventilation; opening the window let in fresh air, keeping the room from feeling stuffy. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet, with no disturbance from traffic or street noise, ensuring a comfortable stay. 24-hour hot water was consistently available, and the water temperature was stable, with well-maintained and complete bathroom facilities. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient during check-in, without any pushy sales tactics. They were warm, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions. The hotel is well-managed overall, with a clean and orderly environment and high security. For an affordable stay, to find this level of cleanliness, convenient transportation, and attentive service, truly exceeded my expectations. The absence of breakfast service lowered the cost, making the price very reasonable and affordable. Whether for a business trip, tourism, or a temporary stopover, it's an excellent choice. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Shipaiqiao.

LLiam UKThe property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle.

RRASHED AL HASANI had a transit stay in Guangzhou and booked a room at Jiazhou Shishang Apartment. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the airport, which made it a practical choice for a short layover. The hotel also provided airport pick-up and drop-off service, making transportation easier and stress-free.
The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, though the facilities were fairly basic. The staff were helpful, but communication in English could sometimes be a bit challenging.
Overall, it is a good value-for-money option for a short transit stay. However, for a longer or more luxurious stay, you might consider other accommodation options.

Talk about starting a trip on the highest possible note. It set the tone for what would become one of my most memorable hotel stays ever.
Service: The Heart of J Residence
If I could bottle the warmth of this staff and take it with me, I would. Blum and Shelly were absolute standouts — genuinely kind, attentive, and made us feel like honored guests rather than just another reservation. But honestly? Every single staff member we encountered was a gem. They were patient, friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive to our needs. Oh, and they speak English, which made communication seamless and stress-free. In a city where language barriers can sometimes be tricky, this was a huge relief and added so much comfort to our stay.
The Room: Spotless, Spacious & Stocked
The suite was immaculate — and I mean spotless from corner to corner. It had every amenity you could possibly need, plus extras you didn't even know you wanted. The views from both the bedrooms and the living room areas? Breathtaking. ❤️ Waking up to that scenery and unwinding with it in the evening was pure magic. It was the kind of space where you immediately kick off your shoes, sink into the couch, and think, ”Yeah, I could live here.”
Breakfast: A Feast with a View
The buffet breakfast was next-level. An incredible spread of food and drink options that went far beyond the standard hotel fare. Whether you're a savory breakfast person or have a sweet tooth, there's something (or ten somethings) for you. And yes — the views from the breakfast area were just as stunning as the ones from our room. Eating pancakes while gazing out at Guangzhou? Chef's kiss.
The Vibe: Clean, Chic & Convenient
Everything — and I mean everything — was spotless. The property radiates a sense of care and attention to detail that you don't find just anywhere.
Bonus perks: There's a movie theater, KTV, and a cool cocktail bar right downstairs on the first floor. Just step outside, go next door to the left, and you're there — it's that close! Perfect for a fun night in without going far.
Location: Prime Real Estate for Exploring
You couldn't ask for a better spot. K11, tons of shops, diverse food options, the metro, and buzzing bars are all within easy reach. Whether you're in the mood for high-end shopping, local street eats, or a night out, it's all at your fingertips. Easy access to everything you'd ever need or want.

The rooms were fully equipped and brand-new, and the audio-visual equipment provided a great experience. The staff were extremely attentive throughout the stay, arranging convenient pick-up and drop-off services at the port. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. It’s just a short walk from the East Gate business district, offering everything you need for travel, dining, and entertainment. It’s highly recommended for friends visiting Shenzhen.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a little over a kilometer from Yijing Road subway station. It's a manageable walk if you don't have luggage. Check-in and check-out are on the 4th floor, and the front desk staff are very efficient; it only took a few minutes. I booked a twin room with a partial view of Canton Tower. The room is quite spacious and comes with a large, two-door refrigerator, which is super convenient. There's also a private washing machine with detergent provided. It's great to be able to wash clothes daily and hang them in the bathroom, so I don't have to leave with a bag full of dirty laundry. It would be even better if they also provided some disinfectant. The room is well-equipped, but it lacks a full-length mirror. Breakfast is decent, so you don't have to go out looking for food in the morning.
