Amazing! We switched to this hotel last minute from another one in the middle of the night. The room was bright, spacious, and filled with sunlight, facing directly east, so we even got to experience a romantic sunrise without leaving the room! Downstairs is the Venice Water City, which is great for a stroll! The night view is also beautiful, and there are plenty of food and drink options. The owner is really nice; early in the morning, when we went to the front desk with our big suitcases to check in, the owner thoughtfully helped us with our luggage. Next time we go to Dalian, we'll definitely stay here again! It was fantastic.

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!

Staying at this hotel during my trip to Dalian was a great choice. Located in the Donggang area, I mainly booked it for the sea view, and it certainly didn't disappoint—the ocean and night views are stunning, right across from the Water City. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The room is spacious with two large queen beds, separated by a sliding door. The room amenities are fully equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. You can even enjoy the sea view and the unique, beautiful architecture of the Water City right from your bed. The hygiene and facilities are also top-notch; it was very clean, the shower water was nice and hot, the AC worked great, and it even came with a large refrigerator. Whenever we needed anything, the butler responded very quickly. Thumbs up! 👍 We visited the Water City both day and night, and felt the night lighting was even more breathtaking, with small boats gliding by and surrounding restaurants reflecting on the water—truly gorgeous. It's also very convenient to go to the coast to see seagulls. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with choosing this hotel. Just a quick tip: when taking a taxi, locating the hotel, or ordering food delivery, entering through Hengli Hotel is much more convenient.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

Very pleasant stay every time, very friendly owners, also downstairs staff. Shops next to it open until late, beautiful Donggang neighborhood and close to the subway. Huge space, beautiful view, will come back, always a joy to stay, this time I was on 22nd floor, great view. Building is busy and it's a residential building and also hotels, but 4 elevators work and it's never crowded or never takes too long to go up or down Ideal for busy travelers or work related trips

The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, check-in was quick and efficient, and they even kindly upgraded my room type, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the facilities were comprehensive. The shower pressure and temperature control were especially excellent, washing away a day's fatigue. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around super easy. I particularly want to commend the room service, which was prompt and attentive to detail. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted great! Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. The room is quite large, perfect for a family of three, and it even has a kitchen. It's very spacious, and the furnishings and decor are well-arranged. I highly recommend Fraser Place Dalian for anyone visiting Dalian for leisure or business, especially if you're traveling with pets! This international apartment hotel is ideally located in the Donggang Tourist Resort. With Metro Line 2 right outside, you can walk to the Convention Center, Donggang Fountain, Venice Water Town, and the yacht marina, all within 10 minutes. The hotel also offers direct access to Kaidan Shopping Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The guest rooms offer excellent views and are immaculately clean with very comfortable bedding. The staff are always friendly, greeting you in the hallways and promptly addressing any special requests. The apartment facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool, gym, reading room, conference rooms, and a kids' play area, all spacious and well-maintained. The in-room kitchen appliances feature high-end brands like German WMF (Fissler) for cookware and Japanese Narumi pure white bone china for tableware, with a Siemens front-load automatic washing machine. The overall setup is convenient and upscale. The hotel breakfast is also very generous, catering to guests from various countries, and tables are cleared efficiently, demonstrating excellent service. The front desk staff are efficient and attentive. A special thanks to the lovely Cindy for her patient and meticulous service. I truly appreciate all the amenities and services provided by Fraser Place Dalian, which made for a very pleasant holiday!

Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need. Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore! Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical! Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky.
