The facilities is located in the middle of a building site so extremely noisy so very difficult to sleep as the work to late at night and start around 4.30am.

Towlan Suits 1 Hotel, Riyadh Location & Transportation: The hotel is located approximately 36km from RUH Terminal 5, with no public transport options available. You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR. Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us. This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab. Parking: Outside parking is available for guests. Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed. The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.

The room is quite big. You don't need to order breakfast, as it may not be available anyway. It is close to the exhibition and not far from the airport.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

The room is clean and good, Egyptian staff are collaborative and respected, breakfast is less than normal.

We had a great time at this hotel. This is my second time staying here—my first visit was during my birthday with some friends. I really liked their service, which is why I came back. The customer service is excellent, and the receptionist was very accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights and even wanted to extend our stay, but we had to transfer to another hotel since our next itinerary was far from this location. The receptionist also allowed us to extend our stay until 4 PM without any additional charges, which I truly appreciated 😊 The service exceeded my expectations, and because of that, we will definitely come back again. Hopefully, on our next stay, the room will already be fully equipped with essentials like plates, spoons and forks, mugs, and glasses and tv remote, so there will be no need to call the receptionist to request them, especially during late hours. But all in all.. Excellent 😊

For the price of USD100 per night including Arabic daily breakfast sending to your room is definitely value for money. Apartment style living that can accommodate two adults in a big spacious room. Conveniently located near Granada Mall and with lots of eateries outlets to choose from. For daily housekeeping service, they do not automatically clean and change your bedding and toiletries, tell them in advance if you need the services or just top-up on anything whenever you need it, no question ask.

The hotel is located in a residential area, and the surrounding environment is average. There is no toilet paper in the hotel, and you must rinse it with water after putting on the queen size. There are no towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. in the room, so you must bring these toiletries yourself. The room is equipped with a microwave and kettle. There is a small convenience store next to it where you can buy food and supplies, including instant noodles.

Overall the room and experience was pretty good - big room, with washing machine, microwave and various other things. There wasn't much service, but I want really looking for any, just a place to stay. There wasn't much in the immediate area, but it seems you need to drive/everywhere in Riyadh anyways, so it's pretty centrally located thinking about that. A weird smell initially in the bathroom upon arrival, but that seemed to dissipate... Overall a pretty good option if you get a good deal!
