Excellent stay. I came specifically for the Stargazer's Pavilion and expected the rooms to be old, but they were actually well-equipped and very comfortable. Every staff member was smiling. The Chinese restaurant offered great value for money and warm service. When I left, I had plenty of time, so I planned to wait for the bus. A staff member drove me to the station and told me to call him if the bus didn't show up, and he would take me to the city. I'll definitely stay here again when I bring my kids to Dunhuang, and I'll recommend it to friends.

Very nice and clean hotel You can easily find nice restaurants for lunch and dinner right next to it. The hotel itself have super nice breakfast buffet and lots of free snacks and drinks in the lobby It's not so far from airport and only 500m from railway station 👍 It was a perfect stay for us👍👍

The hotel is on the side of the road, easy to find. There is a parking lot in front, and the uncle of the car will fill in the license plate number and get out of the car for free. The front desk has questions and answers. The room was clean and tidy as a whole. Close to Guanzhugou, about 5km, about 15km from Goosegou. The river crossing bridge in front of the hotel is under maintenance, and you have to detour to eat on the other side. If the bridge is repaired, it will be very convenient. Breakfast is not bad, the variety is not small, the taste is good. But every morning, the restaurant waiter did not let the guests show the breakfast coupon. In this case, people who did not book the hotel breakfast may drill. Since they do not want the breakfast coupon, everyone can eat it. I hope this hotel will strengthen management.

Clean, good service and very high quality rooms! Bad points: curtains have no blackouts, which makes you wake up with the sunrise, not letting much space for a good rest; breakfast not so good. I think for one of the highest prices in town, the could improve.

We stayed at the hotel on the way to Xinjiang. We didn't know the entrance to the underground parking lot before we arrived. We only found out that we had to go back more than 100 meters to enter the underground parking lot when we arrived at the hotel. We would like to praise the security guard who was on duty on the afternoon of July 9th for patiently guiding us to park. The underground parking lot was clearly marked, the hotel environment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bath water was good, disposable toilet covers, bath towels and towels were provided, fruit yogurt was given, free drinks were available in the refrigerator, and the breakfast was rich, including crabs, fish, crispy ribs and various vegetable snacks, etc. The staff was enthusiastic. Disadvantages: There are few sockets in the room, and the shower room partition leaks, causing water around the toilet, which poses a safety hazard.

Can the mattress of Hilton Garden Inn be improved? The edge of the bed is always exposed, and the edge of the bed is a bit sharp. The child bumped into it once because of this reason. The service staff in the restaurant is very good. There is a lady with glasses who closes the table in time. The restaurant manager is also very good and has a very kind smile. The restaurant is also very delicious. The beef noodles in the northwest are really delicious! Very chewy, I like it! There is a small noodle shop opposite the hotel (not the first Xu noodle shop, but a smaller noodle shop). There is a big plate of beef tripe noodles. I was shocked when it was served. Hahahaha, I have never seen noodles served in such a big plate. The uncle is also very nice. He also made a small bowl of non-spicy noodles for the child for free. I think the people in the northwest are so warm and simple!

Vienna Hotel always gives people an extraordinary stay experience. We are very satisfied with the service quality of this hotel. From check-in to check-out, it is very smooth and pleasant. The room price is very affordable, cost-effective, and very cost-effective. We spent an unforgettable night here. We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.
