Peace and Quite resort, the dinner in clouded is good. The only problem I have is the Shower is not in the room, I understand the room is small and it could not fit a shower in, but at least they could make the shower more accessible. I have to walk around 200m in the morning and night in the middle of winter just to take a shower, so inconvenient.

Although we didn't see the Northern Lights, overall we were very satisfied with this hotel. The service was great; they even allowed us to check in early. The room was better than expected; despite its size, the large glass windows and glass roof made it feel quite open and not as cramped as I'd imagined. The shower water pressure was a bit low, but sufficient, and the temperature was good. Breakfast was included, and the quality was excellent and filling. For dinner, they had a special offer that gave us one free main course per person (starters and other à la carte items cost extra). The portions were generous, and the food tasted great. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from Santa Claus Village, which is an acceptable distance, though it might be a bit challenging if you're dragging luggage. The hotel notifies guests via an in-room iPad if the Northern Lights are visible. It would have been amazing if we had seen them, but unfortunately, the night we stayed was cloudy with light rain. Nevertheless, if you need a place to stay near Santa Claus Village for a night, I think this is a pretty good option overall.

Hotel location is very good, very close to the bus station, outdoor activity center, the room is warm, the hotel service staff is very warm, the hotel has a free sauna and gym, the room is a bit old, the bathroom is a bit tide, but it is within acceptable range, very good

One-bedroom, one-living apartment, living room sofa bed with worms, my husband slept a night and the sofa bed became infected a little bit. I fell asleep for two nights because of a cold, and became infected with severe insect bite dermatitis. , Half of my right face is full of blisters and scars, so depressed

There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, so bring your own. Skiing is quite convenient, and the breakfast is delicious. But the check-in lobby is not easy to find. The navigation guide is uphill, and it is wrong to climb up and then climb down. I have to drag a board bag everywhere to find it... It's a bit tiring

The room is warm, the spa is fun, the hotel quality is good, the price is cheap, the buffet is also very good, the attitude of the merchants is good, the customer service staff are very service-minded and have a great attitude, the skiing is high-quality and low-priced, the equipment can be rented with confidence, and you are happy to use it, everything I like it and am completely satisfied with it, friends who want to buy it Don't hesitate, place your order as soon as possible, be happy early, and will book again in the future. A nice hotel with good breakfast. My family of 4 adults were enjoyed our 2N stayed there. However, there are rooms for improvement on the room door key system and the lift. They are too old and inconvenient to use in today’s environment. Even thot it is functionally working. The door is hard to open and closed with the key, where the cards system will be a better choice. The lift is too small for guest.

My family of 4 adults had a nice 2 nights stayed in this beautiful hotel. So nice and everything is excellent. My prefer hotel if u ever have a chance to go Levi again

I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze. Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep. Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner. Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊 There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything. I will definitely choose to stay again next time I travel to Rovaniemi. Sha, Sydney, Australia. 🇦🇺
