The hotel is very quiet. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is a great choice. It is only 10 minutes away from Princeton University. The hotel environment is very good, and the gym and swimming pool are all available. The view outside the window is also great!
The location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com.
They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk.
The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade.
Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.
The room was incredibly clean, tidy, and new with great attention to detail. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a PATH station, which gets you to New York in just one stop. There's also a playground for kids, and the hotel room offers a fantastic view of the New York skyline. This is a superb hotel, and I'll definitely be staying here again.
I extended my stay at this hotel as the remodeling of the hotel didn't create any issue to me, for the price I paid, no complain for what I got, so if my recommendation is book it, if the price is right, no hidden surprises, nothing fancy, but a night of descent sleep....
The room was large and clean. The hotel restaurant was good. There was a small unmanned vending area in the lobby. Transportation was convenient, with many shops within 1-3 miles. It's not far from Newark Airport. The hotel service was good. Parking was convenient, but it was charged. It was free within 30 minutes.
Although the decoration is a bit old, the room is OK, parking is also convenient, the surrounding environment is very good, and it is very convenient to Princeton University. It can be seen that many people come here to attend meetings or something. The breakfast is a la carte, which is not bad.
The room was very satisfied, it was very late, and the front desk was very patient. The key opened the door for the first time and was unsuccessful. I went downstairs to ask the front desk. The waiter left to help me open the door. Although it was late at night, I was not impatient.
Hygienic: Objectively speaking, the room is very clean, there is no obvious smell and stains, etc., the front desk brother is also very cold and asked him for quilts and tableware to solve it quickly.
Environment: But I don't know if it is because it is on the first floor. The especially wet carpets are semi-wet. The quilt is also moist. The sound insulation is particularly poor. There are requirements for sound insulation.
✅ The surrounding environment is great. There is a small lake nearby, very close to Princeton.
40 years ago, it was Merrill Lynch headquarters, and later it was a bridge between the hotels of Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn Express connecting the two.
The hotel is being renovated so we're moved to the Crown side.
The facilities are old, but the environment has nothing to say. Parking is free. Room space is abundant.
LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.
GGuest UserEverything was very nice in Atlantic City. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The hotel was clean. There was lots to do with the casino and very good dining would highly recommend.
EEndlesssideThe location is still very convenient, and the facilities are okay. It is suitable for families traveling with children. It has a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very convenient for hot food.
JJennyyoAlthough the price comparison and hygiene and service are very disappointing, it's good to spend a day. There are no disposable items such as slippers or toothbrushes, so
GGuest UserRoom was very small, but great location super easy to walk to bars, resturants and boardwalk. You only really sleep in the room so it worked out well.
SSouth East RangerThis hotel is the best in Atlantic City. Champion location, spectacular viewing outdoor place, New, the standard room is spacious, clean and up to date design. Staff is friendly and in term of service Everything is good. Only things is lack of room amenities like tooth brush, tooth paste and also slipper since this is a resort next to beach side.
GGuest UserVery nice, very clean updated room. We were in room 301- so no view or balcony- but you could step outside and walk around and look at the water (which is across the street)-BUT people do walk by the front of your room, in front of the sliding glass doors, so if you don't want that, book room with a view- they have balconies and you cannot walk in front of them.Check in was a breeze and Diane was very efficient and informative. We only stayed 1 night, but chose not to go to the pool because we came on a Sunday, thinking it would be quiet and chill. The bar is right next to the heated pool and there was a band, so it was not quiet- nothing wrong with it- just not what we were looking for. Beach was gorgeous. They have a jitney that takes you to town and towels available that you can also take to the beach. Keurig, microwave and mini-fridge in each room as well as a safe and robes. Well-lit at night and felt safe walking to my room solo. AC worked wonderfully - I should have brought an extra blanket. Water pressure was a little weak but doable.
Only negatives- beds were pretty soft and the pillows were terrible- bring your own.
MMiaoxiaoxidemaoThe hotel's location is super convenient, right by the ferry terminal, and it's just one stop by bus to the island. It's clean and tidy. I'd especially like to commend the front desk staff; their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. After moving to another hotel, it really highlighted just how great they were – there's no comparison. All the front desk staff were excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.
