It was raining and snowing, and no taxi came for a long time, leaving us shivering from the cold… I called the hotel to ask if they could pick us up, and the lady at the front desk quickly arranged for a colleague to pick us up from the station! I'm very grateful for their 'help in time of need'! (No charge) Also, the front desk reception, breakfast guidance, and greetings were all very warm and friendly 👍 A good stay overall!

The surrounding scenery of the hotel itself is also beautiful, and the facilities offer a great experience. While the dining options are quite varied, the Japanese cuisine isn't among the best, and the ingredient selection is just average. There are some seafood restaurants nearby that can offer a good alternative.

Although I only stayed in Shirahama for one night, I canceled two hotels in succession and came to Haiyue after struggling. In a quiet harbor, the boss was elegant and elegant, Lao Bai was enthusiastic and meticulous, and communication was smooth throughout the process. Opened more than a year ago, the facilities are very new, and the room is very big. You can lie on the tatami and watch the sunrise directly. You can drink up to 6 bottles of drinks a day and it is impossible to finish them. Pola toiletries have two series from makeup remover to moisturizer. There are also pigeons for children. The bathing supplies are so meticulous that they provide socks and silk eye masks. The bathing pool is super clean, and there are all kinds of ice creams for free, and the meals provided are also very rich. He is already thinking about coming to Haiyue next time when the weather is hot.

And the generosity of Chef Matsuki in sharing his culinary wisdom, guiding us on how to savor each morsel, elevated the entire dining experience to sheer perfection. The language barrier was no obstacle to the remarkable team of staff members who graced us with their presence. Their command of the English language was commendable, and even those who were not entirely fluent went above and beyond to cater to our every whim and need. Their genuine desire to assist us was palpable, leaving us feeling truly valued and cared for. I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. This hotel has set the bar impossibly high, redefining the meaning of hospitality and creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. So if you seek a hotel experience that transcends mere accommodation and transforms into a symphony of opulence, impeccable service, and culinary artistry, then look no further. The hotel's location is superb. From the room and the hot spring, you can see Hangqiao Rock. Soaking in the hot spring while watching the sunrise over the Pacific in the morning, and enjoying the starry sky at night, was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel's breakfast and dinner were of good quality, and they provided a shuttle service to and from the train station. My only dissatisfaction was that the Ctrip confirmation stated that all three meals were included, but the hotel only provided two, which didn't match my Ctrip order.

Summary: 1. Airport transfer to Shirahama needs to be booked in advance via email. 2. The hotel is excellent and newly renovated. The hot springs are fantastic. 3. Transportation is inconvenient, but there's a shuttle service to Shirarahama Beach. 4. It's about a 15-20 minute walk downhill to a convenience store. The distance isn't actually that far.

I stayed in both the main building and the annex, and the annex offers significantly better value for money than the main building. All facilities are shared, and I highly recommend the hot spring. I spent the first night in the main building and the second in the annex. Before arriving, I saw pictures with a Syrian-style aesthetic and mentally prepared myself for something run-down. However, I actually found the annex, with its Japanese-style design, to be superior to the main building and more suitable for younger guests. The only drawback was the overly rigid front desk staff. After checking out of the main building, I seamlessly processed my check-in for the annex, but still had to wait until 3 PM to get the keys. Also, on the night of my check-in, I could hear a group of Korean girls chattering loudly on the public balcony downstairs from my room on the second floor; they kept talking until past midnight.

I've tried both of the onsen hotels in Nachi that require a ferry to access, Urashima and Nakanoshima, and I highly recommend Nakanoshima. Everything from the hotel environment to the dinner and breakfast was excellent, especially the kaiseki dinner, which left a very deep impression on my trip to Kyoto. The picture shows the menu translated by my phone, and I must specifically mention the wagyu beef – it was absolutely delicious!!! The waitstaff even gave us an extra plate when they saw how much we enjoyed it, which was a great touch! Also, if you're going to use the onsen, you absolutely must try the outdoor one. Relaxing comfortably while looking out at the sea – now that's a vacation!

The Japanese-style room is old but very warm and tidy. The hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. The hot spring water is very slippery. The skin is very good. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. There is a clear stream with people fishing around.
