Very nice stay. The room had an unusual configuration more in tune for couples rather than a family. The bedroom is up some stairs and there is a bathtub in front of the bed that is open to below which has a pullout bed and TV. The service was great, the pullout bed was pre-made for our son who was traveling with us and the room was cleaned, tidied with the bed made every night. We paid extra for the morning breakfast which was great and it had a lot of food options beyond the usual continental breakfast offerings. It also had a very nice terrace which we visited in the evening. We were also there during a heat wave and the room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. I would definitely stay there again.
Let me start with the good things.
1. location: this hotel located in better place.Very close to the bus stops, and most attractions are reachable by foot(although there are many steep hills).
2. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite decent, as you would expect from a hotel of this class.
3. The room was a bit small, but overall OK, The bathroom was good size and also OK.
Nice, elegant hotel, very warm, comfortable beds. Before breakfast the water in the shower came out cold, something that happened 2 days in a row.
There were 2 nights, on the first day breakfast was at a set time and everything went smoothly, on the second day which was Sunday the hotel was full, they didn't set a time for breakfast and it was chaos, people waiting standing up at the bar. Afterwards there was almost nothing to eat, no juices, no glasses, it was a mess, the waiters running around in distress, in short, it wasn't nice.
Then, at check-out time, they presented us with a bar bill from the previous day, which we had not even been to, nor had we been there. In other words, they either made a mistake when giving the room number or the guests made a mistake and gave us our room number. In short, it shows some disorganization.
Aware and available staff
Very quiet place great to relax
The food is good in the pool area as well as in the restaurant and breakfast.
Part of the pool very pleasant and excellent to enjoy
The indoor pool wasn't very hot, but perhaps because it was summer, I don't know.
I need a bill on behalf of : ************ with the taxpayer ********* and please send to the email ****************** because the hotel did not make available to me claiming that it was necessary to be requested to the company to which I made the booking and payment.

The hotel is impressive when you arrive, amidst the greenery, parking lot, and lobby with columns and beautiful flooring. Then you get to the check-in desk and notice that one of the staff chairs is completely ruined. Go up to the bar and restaurant area and notice that the beautiful lobby flooring has disappeared, completely covered in carpeting. Some of it is no longer snug, but creases make it a tripping hazard. You take the elevator to your room, and the hallways ”greet” you with a ”splendid musty smell”—carpeting everywhere, walls with almost plastic/fabric wallpaper, and the rest of it wood. The smell is very strong. You enter the room, and it's half the size of the one you booked.
You step out onto the balcony and notice that it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I ask the front desk about the room and the state of cleaning, and they tell me they don't have rooms like the one I booked, but they offer me the option of changing rooms. I see the second one as very large but with an even more persistent ”stale” smell than the first. I see the third one as smaller than the first but with a less persistent smell. I'm keeping this one. The bed is very comfortable, but the balcony is as dirty as the first one, both on the floor and the bathroom window, the ceiling, and the walls. The bathroom window is impossible to open, the bathroom door has a broken handle, the shower splashes everywhere, the bidet faucet needs fixing, and the bathtub is ”black” (see photo). The cleaning of all the rooms is very basic. The building was built in two phases, the first in 1967. Perhaps it needs a major renovation or at least maintenance and cleaning. The breakfast is average but with little variety for a 4-star hotel. I'm adding a few photos to give you an idea. This hotel has a ”4-star” name, but...
It was May 13, Holy Mother’s apparition mass was held when we arrived. As tens of thousands people assembled in the mass the hotel did great service for our family to leave luggages in the hotel, attended the mass and have had great time until we leave on the nest day.
This is the third time we have booked at this hotel, as we loved it and this time we were surprised! We had an upgrade to a 4* hotel from the same group!

Very Good
GGuest UserI booked only one night, at the last hour, so the view wasn't the best, the calefactor never really worked, it was more noisy than normal. The bed was not confortable. The place was spotless and the service was OK,
LLukasz_84Excellent location - a few minutes walk to Shrine od Fatima. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was simple but very clean - for me it was perfect.
I sincerely recommend this place everyone to stay in Fatima. I'll turn back here again during my next trip to Portugal and Fatima.

TTanglaoshiroyThis hotel is right next to the new church and echoes the old church square. It only takes five minutes to walk to the tourist attraction. You can go back to the hotel to rest at any time. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The local Portuguese food is very delicious. It is a very rare experience.

MMoreiraLuisThe Hotel was excelent, the location perfect , and I would like to mention Mr Vitor Reis from FrontDesk. I travel around the world and this gentleman is outstanding, very profissional in an easy way! My congratulations to Mr Reis!
GGuest UserMy family and I stayed at rhis hotel in February. The staff were all very kind, had good choice of breakfast items, could relax in the evening at the bar, with comfortable armchairs and settees.
Great environment.
Easy to reach from the Shrine in Fatima
Large and clean rooms
Conveniently located. My mum is an elderly woman of 85 years old and it was easy for her to walk about.
Ttt747This is the four-star hotel closest to the Fatima Sanctuary. The family room was functional and very comfortable. The shampoo and soap were from a company in Porto, which I liked so much that I went out to buy some when I arrived in Porto, as this was my next destination.
The staff were also kind and polite, and helped me in many ways.
I would like to stay at this hotel again if I come to Fatima again.
