I followed the hype and stayed for one night. It was a good experience. The hotel staff were generally quick to respond and polite (provided you communicate in English). Buggy service was also pretty prompt, no long waits. The mattress was the most comfortable out of all the hotels I stayed at in AlUla this trip. For dinner, I had the Red Sea catch of the day, which was seabass. The texture felt a bit soft and cotton-like; I'm not sure if that's typical for fish from the Red Sea, as it tasted different elsewhere, but it didn't seem old. The restaurant manager, Joshua, saw I was from East Asia and proactively wished me 'Gong Xi Fa Cai' (Happy New Year) and even offered a complimentary special drink, which really elevated my overall experience here. Breakfast quality was also very high. I'd come again. Recommended.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

Very near to the Masjid Nabawi entrance and the Rasul makam doors. Few steps as well to the buggy shuttles station for the Quba Masjid. The cleanliness can be improve for better. The only downside is the provided wifi and cell networks connections are really bad.

Overall, the welcome at the Radisson hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel's decor is very well done, and the rooms are pleasant. There's a nice cafe on the ground floor, and on the 8th floor, you'll find a gym with a sauna and pool, perfect for relaxation. The location is quite good, less than a 10-minute walk to Quba Mosque. From Quba Mosque, you can catch electric carts to Nabawi Mosque. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Nabawi Mosque, which is a nice touch. I think this hotel is more enjoyable than those right next to Nabawi Mosque because it's very quiet. While getting back and forth to the mosque can take some time, it's generally manageable. This is a good option for those who want to experience the city of Medina more than just Nabawi Mosque itself. The only downside to this hotel is that you have to request room cleaning. If you don't ask, no one will come to do it (during my 3-night stay, I had to call reception 3 times for cleaning). Other than that, everything is fine.

The room was impeccably clean. The housekeeping manager was also very friendly and courteous, deserving of praise. However, a downside for Chinese travelers is that the breakfast might not be to their liking. There were also no disposable slippers in the room. So, perhaps you should reconsider.

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.

The room is large and the price is high. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The buffet food in the evening is OK. Remind the four choices of roasting and three quantities are very high. Other food is leisurely before the roasting comes up.

Everything's great, except not having buses to the Prophet Mosque. It cost us about 20 rials every time we go from the hotel to the mosque. There's breakfasts or magic, but restaurants are close, and delivery apps are fast. The hygiene is good, and the staff is nice. I can repeat it.

The site is beautiful. The reception staff are wonderful and collaborative. If the operator cares about Milly, The chalets don't have water-cycle pads. Soap that was put on the washing machine, the first use of contamination and hand contamination, was supposed to be a liquid, cleaner, healthy soap with the use.
