The staff were incredible. The lobby and bar look dated, but the room was perfect. The airport shuttle was a great surprise! The hotel is near a T stop, so it is easy to get into the city, but there isn’t a whole lot around (in walking distance) in terms of restaurants/bars- although we only stayed for one night so we could have missed something!

I was in the area looking at universities with my son. Having stayed in a couple of hotels that were expensive on the way to Boston (but were hugely disappointing) I couldn't spend hundreds on another night and feel the room wasn't clean, was tired/dated and yucky. So coming into Boston, I struggled to find a hotel that was really nice for less than $500 per night. The Encore was one of the best value places I could find and so reluctantly, I booked. I am so thrilled I did. It felt like incredible value for what we got and a real treat after being on the road for a few days in very average places. It was clean, large, well considered and was a fun place for us to lay our heads for the night. We didn't take part in the ****** (I didn't realise it was a ******) but we had a fun dinner and enjoyed the property the next day too. Highly recommended!

Great location for exploring Boston with subway and bus service a very short walk from hotel. Subway is cheap and very efficient way to get around. Hotel rooms are spacious and reception team are very welcoming and helpful. If you want to visit the theatres or Chinatown both are only a few minutes walk. Like any hotel there are downsides.... The includes breakfast option is not correct, you get an allowance towards breakfast which does not cover the cost, also breakfast service can be very good or very bad over the 8 days we stayed we experienced both. Evening meals are OK but you can get much better a few minutes walk away. Whilst the hotel is generally well sound insulated for an old building which has been sympathetically converted to an hotel it does not help on a Saturday night, The local nightclub is extremely popular with long queue's down the street, the ones who cannot get in seem to have a weekly rave on the adjoining multi storey car park until around 3am. The noise is incredible and despite this being a weekly occurrence the hotels complaints seem to be ignored by the local authorities. My advice is to either be prepared and accept the inconvenience or avoid staying on a Saturday Night, the same applies to all the other hotels in the immediate vicinity, especially the one with the Candibar nightclub in its basement! Overall a good hotel which could be even be great if the onsite restaurant was improved, the ”includes breakfast” listing was correctly worded, and the local authorities took action about the unsociable noise. Final word of praise for the super reception staff who really go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay.

The dolls and decorations in the room are more suitable for young couples than families. The hotel lobby seems to be full of students and young couples doing homework. The worst thing is that the windows in the room are leaking, and the air conditioning and heating function is very poor. You have to wear a down jacket in the room. You can only call the front desk to ask their system to increase the temperature! The front desk staff is very nice, but no one answered the phone around 12 o'clock in the evening. I had to cover my down jacket on the quilt to fall asleep for several nights I stayed there... Don't stay here in winter!

Very satisfied with this place, close to the city and the airport. For travelers that arrive early you can pay for an early check-in. At the time of writing I paid 50 dollars and it was absolutely worth it.

I loved the place. It's clean. The staff members were friendly, and the dining area on the second floor with all the necessart kitchen wares like dishes, utensils, microwave, kettles, etc was just amazing I would stay here again.

The service was pretty good. It gave me a $40 ”Food & Breakfast” credit per day. I just didn't expect that I also had to pay an extra $30 ”Unban Destination Fee” per day.

Stayed for 28 days in this HOTEL. Location is good rooms are spacious and and nothing beats to the WARM HELPFUL AND POLITE FRONTDEST a big shout out to the manager MAM SERENA for going out her way just to give me a hand to make my stay stress free as I have problems with my creditcard. The staffs are very approachable and very respectful… I would also like to thank sir MARIO and mam ALYSSA you guys did a great job… I have stayed with a few Marriott hotel as i travel very often but one thing that makes this hotel different from the others is that they give you 25 dollars voucher that you can use to buy foods and a complementary welcome drinks that’s very refreshing… I will surely recommend this hotel to some of my friends if ever they come to Boston… YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG if you checked in… I mean why would u settle for less when you can have the BEST And that’s the MOXY HOTEL BOSTON DOWNTOWN i surely will be back in this place…. Good location… good food… good value for money and above all the warm approach of the front desk and the willingness to help TOPS IT ALL…

The hotel is very comfortable, and the facilities and equipment are all complete, including coffee machines, TVs, air conditioners, etc. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. I was impressed by the foreign guy who provided parking services. He was thoughtful and enthusiastic! I felt at home! The service was very good! The hotel is located on the Charles River, only one or two miles away from MIT and HARVARD. I ran between MIT and HARVARD in the morning, which was exactly 10 kilometers. It was really comfortable! I will choose this hotel again when I come to Boston!

Hotel on the highway, 10th floor, not very noisy, service is very good, although there is no microwave, there is hot water in the lobby, the air conditioner has no sound, the bedding is also good, but the thickness of the quilts in the twin beds is different, I only found out in the morning that the child's The quilt was thin and I caught a little cold. There is a one-way street in front of the hotel. When passing the traffic lights, you must take the middle road to get to the hotel. Do not take the left road and go directly to the highway.

We are traveling with family of five. The location is a bit far from downtown. Anyway, with the cost and free parking are beat the downtown hotels. There are a big mall and grocery nearby within 5 minutes walking which is very convenient. The orange train station is in walking distance about 10 minutes. Anyway, we always use Lyft service which is very convenient as well. The room is a bit old, but everything is functional. Overall is good for a quick trip to Boston.

Very satisfied, from the location to the facilities to the service. Of course, hotel prices in the United States are much more expensive than last year, but if it is a necessity, you have to face it.

The room is relatively spacious and the sanitary conditions are up to standard, but the quilt feels like a smell of oily smoke. I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk said no when I checked in. I communicated with Ctrip customer service for this matter and finally solved it, but the breakfast was actually more general. Breakfast coupons are issued every day for breakfast. When I eat, I don't know why I have to sign a confirmation order even if I show a breakfast coupon. This caused a communication misunderstanding and gave a breakfast tip that should not be given.

The service at the front desk is friendly, the hotel is strategically located, just next to the expressway, and there is a large parking lot. The room we booked has a balcony, and the nearby floors are not high outside, and we can enjoy the sunset view. The airtight sound insulation effect is good, and it is not affected by the sound of traffic. There is a swimming pool, suitable for children to play in the water; there is breakfast, mainly cold meals, which are relatively simple; there is a gym, which children like. There is an American restaurant on the first floor, which tastes good and has a large amount of food. Small downside is a little bit of old smell in the hallway, maybe because of the age of the facilities, it's acceptable.

Very good hotel, right next to the MIT Science Museum, with a subway station downstairs, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets for shopping. The room is very cozy. Next to it is the Google office building with complete facilities. It is great to meet with teachers and friends. It is also very convenient to Harvard, just two subway stops away. I highly recommend it.

The room was not bad, very clean and the surrounding facilities were very complete. The room service needs to be improved. It is not consciously cleaned and changed towels every day. This is not in line with the image of Hilton.

Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.
