Beach Hotels in Taiwan, China

This hotel is located in Kenting's Little Bay, just across the road from Little Bay Beach, and the bus stop is also very close by. The hotel's breakfast spread is fantastic, and the seafood buffet for dinner offers great value for money. The best part is that the restaurant has a window overlooking the ocean (Picture 1), adding a wonderful ambiance to dinner. The hotel's garden is a lovely spot to relax (Picture 2). The swimming pool in the garden was under maintenance, so to compensate guests, the hotel organized some fun activities, like a night crab-hunting trip on the beach. We scared all the crabs away, and only a bunch of hermit crabs (Picture 3) stayed to play with us! ☺️

The location was perfect, right in front of Nanwan Beach and the bus stop. It's a great location for a leisurely stroll by the sea, but if you're looking to get to and from Hengchun, which has plenty to see, eat, and do, and you need to take a bus, I recommend renting a motorbike. You absolutely must try the breakfast!!!!!!! It's absolutely delicious!!!!!! The porridge, noodles, and banh mi are all delicious!!!! Definitely try the breakfast. I'll definitely be back for more. The hotel is cute and pretty, and the cats in the alley in front were adorable. Anyway, definitely try the breakfast.

The location is excellent, near beach and night market. The room is huge with amazing sea view and balcony and bath tub. You can see the sunset from the room. That totally worth the money! The bed is so comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. There is no service though, barely see the staff at the reception desk even when I check out , no one was there. The breakfast is just very basic, don’t expect good taste.

The hotel is generally quite basic, definitely not comparable to hotels in the city center. However, for Kenting, it's probably acceptable. The location is excellent, just a minute's walk from both the beach and Kenting Main Street. The cleanliness was a bit subpar, with stains on the bedside.

You can walk to the hotel from Xincheng station in about 20 minutes. There is a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to either Xincheng or Hualien station for free, which I appreciate. The immediate area around the hotel and from Xincheng station is quite remote and there are basically no stores or restaurants open. Thus you will probably have to eat all meals at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant itself is pretty good though and the pricing is reasonable, all things considered. The main benefit of the hotel is the hotel pool. Personally i have a bit of mixed feelings about the pool because the view of the ocean and the beach is partially blocked by some trees, however, overall it is indeed a nice view especially of the mountains in the back. You can also walk to the beach in a few minutes, which is convenient. Service is good. Overall if you are planning to check out Hualien but don't plan to go to Taroko gorge, I think this is a decent option.

Although the hotel is a bit older, it was very clean, and the service was excellent. The location is also unbeatable. My only minor complaints were that the bed felt a bit wobbly and I wasn't a fan of the very soft pillowcases. Otherwise, everything else was perfectly acceptable.

The room was very spacious and very close to Sail Rock Beach, just across the street. There was a foot-rinse tap in front of the guesthouse, making it convenient to wash up after playing in the water at the beach. The living room on the first floor was fully stocked with instant noodles, coffee, and drinks for your convenience. The owner was very generous and friendly. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Kenting.

The hotel is located on Kenting Street, facing the sea on one side and the food street on the other! If you take the Kenting Express from Kaohsiung, just get off at Kenting Police Station Station, which is very convenient! I like the decoration style of the hotel, it is simple and more comfortable than the Instagram style! The sea view from the balcony is particularly beautiful! The price is well worth it! Although the hotel's breakfast is simple, just sandwiches and milk tea, it is delicious. If we want to talk about the shortcomings, it is that there are no hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom, the wash basin is too shallow and water splashes out easily, the light in the mirror is not enough, and the hair dryer is too weak. If I come to Kenting again, I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Location is just 100m away from Kenting police station which is the exact location of Kenting night market. Very easy to transfer from Fangliao train station by taking public buses to Kenting night market. The beach is just behind the main road.

The room is compact but still comfortable for four adults. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful, answering many of my questions and offering great suggestions over the phone even before check-in. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We also borrowed four bicycles for free and enjoyed a wonderful ride along the seashore. Strongly recommend!
