The room was very clean, and the environment was pleasant. The blackout curtains worked really well. The breakfast tasted good, and the lady serving breakfast was very nice. The hotel manager was also very helpful. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. It's also plum blossom season right now~

Huzhou Giraffe Manor Hotel is, without a doubt, a fantastic place for kids. It has two main highlights: 1. You can find various small animals everywhere and interact with them up close, which is really fun. 2. During breakfast, you can get close to the giraffes and even feed them while you eat. My child absolutely loved it! However, if you're visiting on a weekend, try to get to the restaurant before 8 AM for breakfast. Otherwise, all the seats near the giraffes will be taken, and people won't want to leave – and who can blame them, haha! Now for a few drawbacks, mainly concerning the room facilities: 1. We stayed in a wooden cabin, and there was a persistent odor in the bathroom. I'd suggest the hotel place some air fresheners in the bathrooms, as the smell wasn't pleasant. 2. When the air conditioning was first turned on, there was a musty smell. It would dissipate after a short while, but we had to open the door to air it out. The downside was that opening the door let in mosquitoes, which was a dilemma. 3. Speaking of mosquitoes, they can be quite a problem during the warmer months.

Chose to stay at the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake, and it was a wonderful experience with beautiful views and a pleasant environment, perfect for a relaxing family trip. We had butler service, and our butler was incredibly attentive, following up on every detail. The service was impeccable, really top-notch! The room was very clean with excellent attention to detail, and the facilities were complete and in great condition. Highly recommend!

This was a very last minute and unplanned stay necessitated by travel issues but nevertheless ended up being very enjoyable. The hotel itself is huge and sprawling covering a very large area but despite this size it has been very well maintained. Despite the slightly dated feel in places there is a high attention to detail and cleanliness. We booked two basic double rooms but the fantastic front desk team quietly upgraded us to suites for the night. Such a pleasant surprise to go with our welcome gifts. So needless to say our rooms were spacious and very comfortable with the usual good standard of amenities you expect with Hilton. Breakfast offered a good selection of food and a lovely view of the lake. The indoor pool seemed a very good size and the gym fairly well provisioned. Lastly, our thank to Mia (and indeed the whole team) for kindly allowing a late checkout without any fuss and for their general warmth and kindness. Will try and find our way back less accidentally in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located. The services are as advertised. Staff were helpful. Mr.Ren, at the front office was exceptional with customer service. Good job to the team we had a wonderful stay. Suggestion: The ceiling panels in the restaurant needs changing/cleaning. Mould and water stains do not look good in dining area. Also not good for people with allergies.

The room is simple and comfortable. They provided fruits, drinking water, nice-smelling shampoo, and diffusers, among other thoughtful touches. The third floor has laundry facilities and a scripture copying room, which is very considerate. Downstairs, the restaurant offers private dining options. The shuttle service from the ferry terminal was spacious and comfortable. All the butlers had clear roles and responded promptly! A big thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😘

I had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

Although it's an older establishment, the facilities and equipment are well-maintained and quite user-friendly. I especially liked that the guest room areas have blackout curtains, providing a good sense of privacy. 3. The hotel's one-stop butler service is very attentive, especially Butler Xiao Shi. From check-in and reception, to introducing the surrounding area, to thoughtfully asking if we needed any help, to actively resolving any issues – it all demonstrated the team's professionalism and attentiveness. A huge thumbs up! 4. The hotel's location is also quite good, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommended!

1. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Puji Temple. They offer breakfast and have their own restaurant, which is great if you don't feel like queuing up elsewhere; you can just eat at the hotel. 2. The hotel grounds are lovely, but it's a bit of a maze. I stayed one night and walked around for two days, and still didn't quite figure out the layout. 3. The room was quite small. With luggage, it was a tight squeeze for two people to move around. Our room came with one chair, so the other person had to sit on the bed. 4. A design flaw: the room door and window faced each other, both made of wood, with a central garden just outside the door. When it's windy on the island, there's a serious draft, essentially a strong cross-breeze. Even with curtains, the effect was minimal, and it could still get cold inside even with the AC on. 5. The Jiya Hall offers great services like scripture copying and incense making. 6. The best part is that the hotel finally offers pier transfers!
