PPangdaniuniuWe booked two Deluxe Ocean View rooms since we were traveling with seniors. I emailed them beforehand to request adjoining rooms, and they delivered! We had a decent-sized balcony with a table and two chairs, offering a beautiful frontal view of the windmills and the sea, though the ocean was a bit distant. The rooms didn't look old, about 40 square meters each, with fresh wallpaper and no signs of damage. The 1.8-meter Simmons beds were perfect – neither too soft nor too firm. There were also a sofa and a lounge chair, both looking quite new. The air conditioning was good, quiet, and didn't blow directly at us, keeping the temperature comfortable. The cleaning staff were excellent; they'd always greet us with a smile. The bathroom had a smart toilet, a bathtub, and a separate shower, quite spacious at around 6 square meters. It looked like it might have been recently renovated. However, there was a humming sound at night, which seemed to be coming from the swimming pool area, but I still managed to sleep through it. The breakfast buffet was fantastic; I highly recommend booking it. While there are restaurants nearby, Korean food honestly isn't my favorite, so the hotel's breakfast, offering Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, plus abalone porridge and ice cream, was a real treat. If you skip breakfast, you can even exchange it for lunch. We explored the hotel gardens, which were huge and beautiful, featuring hills, trees, flowers, and a large windmill. There was a big swimming pool and several smaller hot tubs, with live music from 7-9 PM. At the end of the garden, you reach the sea, with its blue-green waters and a beach, though it requires quite a few steps to get down. We walked along the beach to the Shilla Hotel, but found it a bit small compared to the grander Lotte. A bonus point is that you can book a hotel shuttle to the airport if your flight schedule aligns. I also noticed a bowling alley and game room on the sixth floor, but didn't get a chance to try them. All in all, we had a wonderful four-night stay.
