Coming to Wuhan, choosing Shuiyunlan was absolutely the right decision! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. You can explore the shopping district and enjoy delicious food within a five-minute walk. It's also super close to Metro Lines 2 and 6, making it incredibly convenient to visit Hankou Beach and Li Huangpi Road. After a long day of sightseeing, it's a breeze to walk back to the hotel at night. The cleanliness and soundproofing were the biggest surprises! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and odor-free, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no hidden dirty spots – a real win for neat freaks like me. The soundproofing was unexpectedly good too; once you closed the door, the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian street completely disappeared. I could barely hear neighboring doors opening and closing, so late-night chats weren't an issue at all, providing plenty of privacy for couples. The hotel's light luxury, simple European decor creates a very cozy atmosphere. The lobby also offers free tea and snacks, and the service was very attentive. Overall, the experience was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Wuhan, and I highly recommend it to all couples visiting Jianghan Road!

This stay was perfect! The hotel lobby is elegantly designed, with green plants and warm lighting creating a tranquil atmosphere. The staff always responds to your needs accurately. From customized breakfast to nightly snacks, every thoughtful arrangement is heartwarming.

My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I absolutely have to give this hotel a positive review! From Kitty reaching out early, to the doorman proactively helping with luggage as soon as we got out of the car, to Ana at the front desk efficiently handling check-in and thoughtfully informing us of the executive lounge's opening hours, the entire experience was excellent. The room I booked had a great view; I could even zoom in on my phone to see the Yellow Crane Tower. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with the Xiangyang beef noodles and freshly steamed buns being particularly delicious.

I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍

It was a very pleasant trip to Xiangyang, and the InterContinental Hotel left us with wonderful memories. The hotel has a great location, situated in the southwest corner outside the ancient city, about a 20-minute taxi ride from Xiangyang East Railway Station, making it convenient to reach the ancient city, Gulongzhong, and Tang City. The hotel is designed in a Chinese garden style, with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the attached courtyard is unique. The rooms have a coffee machine with a variety of complimentary capsule coffees, which taste quite good. The breakfast was plentiful, including Xiangyang's specialty—brown sugar potstickers. The heated swimming pool was very clean, and there was also a sauna. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. Special praise goes to Ms. Shi Yixuan at the front desk; she even gave each of us a small gift upon check-out. Next time I visit Xiangyang, I will definitely choose to stay at the InterContinental Xiangyang again.

Our family traveled and stayed at R&F Wanda Realm Hotel in Jingzhou. The hotel is not far from the ancient city and is convenient for sightseeing. Miss Zhao, who received us at the front desk, was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage (there was also a wheelchair, and my 90-year-old mother was accompanying us), she asked the concierge to help deliver the luggage to the room. Thank you! The double room we booked only had 2 breakfasts, so we asked Miss Zhao to help give one to the elderly. Miss Zhao helped apply for it quickly. Thank you Miss Zhao! The hotel room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and good service. Great! Recommend this hotel!

The lobby is incredibly grand, and the facilities are decent; it has everything you'd expect. The bedding quality is excellent! The bathroom has a ton of little odds and ends, essentially a small item pulled from each pretty little box. It lacks a sense of brand identity and is quite a distance from being a luxury hotel. I used the Black Diamond ”One City, One Room” benefit, and upon checking in, I noticed the executive room amenities were L'Occitane. The butler mentioned that only suites currently come with Acqua di Parma, but they still provided it for us. The executive lounge, as pictured, is good for a quick bite, and the fruit selection is quite rich. Free hotel parking is a really nice touch. The butler's response speed wasn't great.

The check in system was such a mess, we booked four rooms individually, but when I checked in, I got a room which had already checked in by my sister. I asked the front office to double check by using my name, but they insisted that they could NOT find my booking under my name. They only identified the booking by checking the booking confirmation number rather than by checking against the spelling of one's full name printed on the ID. The problem was solved in the end after I showed them my sister's room confirmation number, see how it ******, but I was not satifised with such a serious mistake that IHG group could encounter. Quite disappointed although the front office manager did apologize to me afterwards and gave the complimentary breakfast. The room key card could not been placed together with my mobile phone, it was quite wired. I always travel to Beijing and other places, and it was the first time that the room key turned invalid when it stayed close to a mobile phone! Interesting experience!
