GGuest UserBe prepared to walk ages to get to your room as a lot of them are far from the lifts.
Didn’t sleep well at all as the pillows were not great.
Could hear everything going on in the corridor which wasn’t great at 07:00 on a Sunday morning.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, staff was a bit slow at first at reception. Told the lady i have a booking for 3 rooms 12 guests and she said nothing came up on her system about 12 guests. Seemed clueless and slow. Had to prove it with my booking email. After that she was ok. They dont tell you that you can request vegan sausage for breakfast and we had only had egg hash brown and beans as we dont eat pork sausages. Microwave in reception seating area good idea.

GGuest UserStaff were lovely. Room in the external wing downstairs was a bit noisy at night as there was an insomniac above me and every movement was audible to me as I’m a light sleeper. I couldn’t get the shower on a temp less than hades the next morning but was kindly shown to one if the deluxe rooms inside. These were supper. Completely quiet and a much better size.
