MMaki stellaI've used this hotel many times, and each time the staff changes. This time, I felt the customer service and attitude were slightly better. There are still no staff members who speak perfect English. Savannakhet is the second largest city in Laos, but the tourist spots are a bit far apart, so I always rent a motorbike. This time, perhaps because the staff had changed to new employees, they didn't seem to know that we offered motorbike rentals. There were pictures of car and motorbike rentals posted in the accommodation building, so I rented a motorbike again this time. Breakfast has a wide variety of options. There's a convenience store on the main road, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

PPiti_PitipornWe had a great time staying in this property. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Mr Otto the front desk manager. Rooms are clean and basic amenities provided but the bedding a bit too hard. The restaurant situated by the poolside which located on the 2nd floor of the Suite. Serving breakfast at 200bht per pax, lunch and dinner buffet at only 250bht per pax. There’s a golf course, spa, fitness room, business center and a water park in front of the resort for children. Whereby in the casino there’s a nice island bar serving alcohol and a great selection of wines too. Overall staying here was quite comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended.
