MMangmangbumangThe room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the sunset viewing on the hotel's private beach was beautiful. The kids loved the hotel's swimming pool. However, the hotel didn't provide a swimsuit dryer, and the smart towel rack in the bathroom wasn't working. I reported this to the front desk twice, and a staff member I met on the way brought me into the room to check and confirmed it wasn't working, saying they would contact someone. But after two days, no one seemed to care. So, the kids had to wear their swimsuits wet again in the afternoon after swimming, which was very inconvenient. Also, the room refrigerator wasn't cooling, and I couldn't make calls to the front desk from the room phone. The overall experience didn't meet my expectations!

CChanAnitaThe hotel is close to the cross-border bus station. It is convenient to take the bus in the morning. It only takes about ten minutes to walk. The room equipment is average, two single beds, the space is not too big, and only one stick of water is provided for two people for three nights! Breakfast is in the restaurant downstairs, the environment is very good, there are many types of food, the most pleasant surprise is that there is a fried dumpling column, breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 am, if you want to take an early bus (such as 6:45 in the morning), you can only abandon breakfast!

Service staff was very friendly and competent.
The food was also very tasty.
The room was very clean, but there was no power outlet in the bathroom and no wardrobe.
Other than that, the location of the hotel is very quiet and nice to relax.

PPARKThe staff is really friendly. There is no air conditioning, and the accommodation conditions in Korea in the 1970s were indeed apartment-level, really old and poor. The room is too small and uncomfortable without air conditioning.
The key is not a card key, so it is not convenient to carry in large bundles. Since it is a large metal ball, it is inconvenient to carry.
Never use the summer from June to September. The toilet is too narrow and the facilities are outdated. The door is an old tree,

WiFi is only available in the lobby. I can't do it in my room, but I can do it on the terrace of my hotel. The hotel is 20m from the lobby.
Parking is more relaxing.
Never use it in summer,
If the room is eye-catching in other seasons, please think about it, it will never shine.

GGuest UserThe location is very good. The seaview is very beautiful. Mr. Andreaw is very helpful and nice, he introduced a very good restaurant for our dinner and the food iwas great. He drove the golf car to take us to the carpark and help us bring our luggage. All the staff in this hotel were helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant, were very polite and professional and the chef cook excellent breadkfast to us. Only one thing is if follow the google will direct you to the wrong way cannot find the hotel. Better contact the hotel lead you to find them before you arrive. As the car is not park in the hotel . Rovinj is a very beautiful place! I will stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserConvenient location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Pula. The reception / bar area was well set out and always had helpful,friendly staff on duty between 7am and -10pm. Breakfast was good quality with a variety of options to choose from. We stayed in a standard superior double room which has everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was clean with nice decor. We liked the electric shutters and door lock as well. Check out was at 10am and they allowed us to keep our baggage in their storage room and return to it later. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

AAljaž RamotThe hotel is amazing in it self, but adding to that are the amazing, friendly, people that work in it. The rooms are spacious and very clean, location is superb for Rovinj, especially if you have a little child than there are a lot of stroller friendly walk paths.

GGuest User酒店將我們安排在副樓，副樓須要走出主樓大堂再經樓梯才能到達（我們幾件行李都重，上落極麻煩），我們已經是幾個月前訂房，是否經trip.con訂房會成為二等客人？或是酒店歧視中國人？這個沒法求証，因為我不會再住這間酒店。我們曾嘗試要求𨍭回主樓，但女服務員只冷淡地說主樓已滿，無能為力！
而房間的露台，一打開玻璃門行出去已經見到蜘蛛網，其他衛生情況都滿意。

On top of its excellent location, the service we received was second to none. Omar was friendly and flexible and nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was very good and the lady who served it was very nice and met all our requests.
The room was clean and the mattress very comfortable.
