The hotel is very good, one room and one living room with kitchen and dishwasher. Better than the hotel

For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

The hotel is really nice, every detail is done very well, the service of the front desk lady Lanlan is very good, the check-in is very enthusiastic, and she can consider the guests. I am very satisfied👍

Great location but service standards fluctuated during the stay from checked in and inquiry made at the front desk to daily housekeeping services. Met with hotel duty manager, Jeff and expressed all concerns to him during our 5 day family stay on 2 rooms.

This airport hotel is very large, with a pleasant, clean, and safe environment. The rooms are decent, typical Marriott standard. My room came with executive lounge access, so I asked the front desk what time the executive lounge service ended. They told me 5 PM to 11 PM. However, when we arrived at 7:30 PM, the catering service had already finished, and there were only some packaged snacks and water left. The hotel is huge, and the shuttle bus runs 24/7 every 15 minutes, which is very convenient.

I had an excellent business stay at Holiday Inn. The location is super convenient, saving me a lot of travel time and effort. The hotel environment is simple and fresh, and the room was tidy and well-organized. All the toiletries and office facilities I needed were available, and the layout was sensible and not cramped. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the service was professional and thoughtful, not noisy at all, making it perfect for both rest and work. It offers outstanding value for money and consistent quality, making it an efficient and worry-free choice for business trips.

The location is still very convenient, and the facilities are okay. It is suitable for families traveling with children. It has a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very convenient for hot food.

The Robert Treat Hotel is a very nice place for an overnight getaway or any occasion. Although my room had to be changed 3xs due to a few things not working and a blood stained comforter. The staff from the Front Desk to Engineering/Housekeeping to Security were diligent in making sure I was comfortable for the remainder of my stay!! In the hospitality industry, many things do happen however, it's the way in which things are handled! THANK YOU AGAIN STAFF FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND TAKING CARE OF MY ISSUES PROMPTLY! I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN I WILL STILL GIVE 5 STARS!

If you won’t mind a short bus trip back and forth to NYC, then it’s the best affordable hotel choice you can get. It was not a big deal for us because we liked the vibe of going in and out of NY. Walmart was just a few walks away which was the best part, getting goods was very easy. There’s also a nearby food place which was a plus too. The breakfast was not the best (as an Asian girl who loves her rice meals lol) Coffee is available so that was good start to any day
