The location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com.
They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk.
The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade.
Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.
Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance.
Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh…..
Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long!
At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise.
The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby.
At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby.
Overall I won’t come back to this hotel.
I really loved the hotel. However, my room was directly above a conference room where high school celebrations were loud and disturbing. The music was thumping, the microphones screamed, and I found it difficult to rest. The first night was supposedly a dress rehearsal for the event. I called the front desk where it was explained what was going on. The second night I called the desk again to ask what time the noise was going to stop. I was told there’s nothing that can be done about it. I’d love to give you a good review, but that kind of noise in a hotel such as the Madison really is unfortunate and disappointing. Manager in the pub was awesome. Ricky at the front desk was amazing. I had driven from NH for my best friend’s celebration of life which was held in the conservatory, but I was so exhausted that I really wanted to sleep. The loud music and loudspeakers made it impossible.
4th of July and birthday weekend trip. We booked the king contemporary room. Checking in was fast and easy and the room was ready at checkin time. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Fabulous inlet view with the huge floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks, big shower, and water closet. We were on the 39th floor and catching an elevator is no problem. The resort is huge but easily navigable. We dined at Wahlburgers and Villian & Saint. Food at both places was great and reasonably priced. Even with a holiday weekend we were able to dine at the time we wanted without a long wait. Caffeccino is open 24 hours so it was great to grab early morning coffee and a pastry or a late night snack. The birthday bar was fun. They gave me a free happy birthday sash to wear. It was cool walking around the casino floor having strangers wishing me a happy birthday. I signed up right away for the rewards card. This gives you discounted parking if you drive there. The beach was clean and we were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella. This was my first time staying at this resort and I would definitely go back again!
We had a great time. Everything you need is on the property. Getting to the boardwalk was easy. Many options like the shuttle but we took uber for the same price as the AC bus. Room was nice and check in smooth
The room was large and clean. The hotel restaurant was good. There was a small unmanned vending area in the lobby. Transportation was convenient, with many shops within 1-3 miles. It's not far from Newark Airport. The hotel service was good. Parking was convenient, but it was charged. It was free within 30 minutes.
It should be the best hotel in Princeton, generally in line with domestic four-star standards.
Health: It's a very new hotel, so far it's very good.
Environment: The most atmospheric hotel in Princeton. The restaurants and bars on the first floor have a very prosperous nightlife. The hotel is located on the busiest commercial street, close to the main gate of Princeton.
Service: The attitude of the front desk staff was very good, and the check-out time was smoothly extended from 11 o'clock to 12 o'clock. However, housekeeping was not done on the first night and the cleaning on the second night was excellent.
Facilities: In line with domestic four-star standards. Toiletries basically need to be requested proactively. The lighting control is not very smart, and the sensor lights are easy to turn off by themselves. Other than that it was pretty good. The water pressure is great and very comfortable. I have never stayed in a hotel with higher water pressure.
The room is ordinary on the first floor. The wooden structure is not very soundproof. But the overall noise is not loud in the US. The rest is OK. The room is moderate in size. The service is excellent. When I checked out in the morning, my iwatch fell under the pillow. The waiter rushed to take it out.
The hotel location is fine. It is connected with the airport by shuttle limo every 30 minutes, 24/7. It is two mile away from Elizabeth Station, not a long rideshare but definitely not walkable.
No water in the suite. We were surprised to find this fact from a Renaissance Hotel and we were told the boss of the hotel wants to reduce the cost so a lot of programs are cut down. This definitely explains why half of the amenity are shut down, including the resturant and the bar. The gym is on but the water fountain is out of maintenance.
In general, it is fine for a night at the airport.
Very Good

LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

Wwolfsvane**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | A Truly Exceptional Stay — Beyond Expectations!**
From the moment we arrived at \[Hotel Name], everything was pure perfection. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming — we were greeted with a smile, a refreshing welcome drink, and helpful staff who made us feel at home instantly.
**Room:**
Our room was spotless, modern, and elegantly designed, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline/ocean/mountains (customize as needed). The bed was heavenly — I honestly had the best sleep I’ve had in months. The daily housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and small details like the nightly turndown service and complimentary bottled water made a big difference.
**Amenities:**
The infinity pool was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa treatments were heavenly. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and convenient business center.
**Dining:**
Breakfast was a daily treat! The buffet had everything from fresh tropical fruits and artisan pastries to made-to-order omelets and local delicacies. We dined twice at the in-house restaurant, and both meals were five-star quality — beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful.
**Service:**
What really sets \[Hotel Name] apart is the **exceptional service**. Every staff member we encountered — from the concierge to housekeeping — went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special shoutout to \[Staff Name, if applicable] for their kindness and helpful local tips!
**Location:**
Perfectly located near top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still quiet enough for a restful sleep. It felt like the best of both worlds.
**Final Thoughts:**
I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but \[Hotel Name] genuinely stood out. Whether you’re visiting for business, romance, or a family getaway, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again — in fact, I can’t wait to return!
AAnonymous UserIt takes about 20 minutes to drive to Manhattan. There is no place to eat nearby. There are some Korean food. Easy parking. If you have a car, it is recommended to live here. There is no need to live in the New York City area. It is safer.
AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean, and there's an airport shuttle. However, when I asked at the front desk if I could store my luggage for the next day, they said the hotel doesn't offer that service. This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel that didn't provide luggage storage.
YYiqiyihui186The rooms are quite new and spacious. After landing, you have to go to a designated airport pickup point, but for departure, you can go directly to the terminal. The hotel breakfast is pretty poor, which is a common issue with American hotels – not only is the quality lacking ☹️, but it's also presented very unattractively.
GGuest UserThe room was clean, if a little basic/dated. I arrived at midnight, the only opportunity for any food or drink was their outrageously overpriced snack bar. I did not partake.
However, all if the staff I dealt with were super friendly and knowledgeable. I'd stay here again if the price was reasonable, but I certainly wouldn't pay a premium.
Other travelers should be warned (and this is not the hotel's fault) that depending on which terminal your flight departs from, you could be looking at 30 minutes of transit time. I left from Terminal A - shuttle to the Air Train stop, Air Train to TA stop, another shuttle to the actual terminal. Insane. Likewise to get to the hotel, you have to take at least one other transit to get to the shuttle pick up point.
EEndlesssideThe location is still very convenient, and the facilities are okay. It is suitable for families traveling with children. It has a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very convenient for hot food.
