Hotels With breakfast in Zala, Hungary

Неоднократно посещала отели данной сети. Сначала Данубиус, теперь Энсана. В Акве впервые и в последний раз. Единственный отель сети, который не вызывает желания вернуться. О плюсах.самое большое достоинство - питьевой режим. Вода практически круглосуточно в неограниченном количестве. Номера. Красиво. Довелось пожить в сьюпериоре и премиуме. Дизайн первого понравился больше. Отличная звукоизоляция. На этом, пожалуй, плюсы заканчиваются. Больше всего не понравилась работа ресепшн. Единственный человек на своем месте - Петер. Остальные, если возникают проблемы, становятся непонимающими, откровенно неприятными в общении. Просила перед заселением тихий несмежный номер повыше. Получила смежный, на 5 этаже, выходящий на дорогу. Кому критично, не советую, ибо спать с открытым окном некомфортно. И все ты ничего, но в ванной комнате лейка душа крепится вертикально, вода течет струей параллельно полу. Чтобы помыться, надо держать ее только в руках. Иное крепление не предусмотрено. Других вариантов нет. Стеклянная стеночка так мала, что вода заливает пол. В номере после отключения вентиляции по вечерам неприятный запах. Просила поменять номер. Отказали. Пришлось писать руководству. На 5 день поменяли номер, но на 2 этаж. Стало еще шумнее. Зато стало возможно нормально принять душ. Далее. Отвратительная работа мед центра. На 1ой же процедуре обертываний сожгли кожу. Сказали, что это аллергия, которая впервые вдруг появилась. Но почему-то эта ”аллергия” стала заживать после противоожоговой мази. На 10й день следы, как от типичных ожогов. Но самое неприятное, что требовали заплатить, ибо процедура же выполнена. Спасибо госпоже Марте, которая решила вопрос. Все остальное лечение в итоге не состоялось. Еда посредственная. Мясо жесткое, даже хит Данубиуслв-Энсан, утка, и та не жевалась.. Арбузы и виноград не заставала никогда, ибо все заканчивалось. Постоянно надо было искать то столовые ложки, то чайные. Хотелось бы поблагодарить официанта с закрученными усами. Если не ошибаююсь, его имя Петер. Белокурая же девушка в очках просто ненавидит гостей и ходит по ресторану с таким лицом, что страшно. Много ступенек, калитка в саду закрыта. Людям с проблемами ОДА очень тяжело подниматься и спускаться. Для себя решила, что лучше вернуться в Термал Энсану в неотремонтированные номера, но с

Love the hot jacuzzi and pool. Location wise is about 30mins walk to 'town' and attractions, 8mins to train station. Nearest restaurant is about 8-10mins walk. Everything was good, including my second night, the table lamp suddenly light up in the middle of the night around 1am. I called reception and the girl said technician needed an hour to come. However she came up to check and mange to off it after few attempts. I was not comfortable to stay in same room, she was kind to let me sleep in another room. Although I couldn't sleep well because of the incident, I still appreciate it. However when I check out the next morning, I expressed I wanted to feedback about the incident, the receptionist (a different lady) was very defensive and her attitude made me felt I was trying to creat problem. She said in harsh way that there is no *****, nothing happened before. In the first hand, I never say that there is *****, I just said I want to feedback about the light and I didn't get good sleep. The buffet breakfast and dinner are good. Overall I am happy with the hotel, except the final encounter with the receptionist during check out.

Heviz is a beautiful place. The location of this hotel is nice. The deluxe room is convenient, quite spacious for 2 people , with a balcony and a nice view. Food is good, various, for any taste. Treatment, exercises, swimming are well organized. Many thanks to staff for friendly and relaxing atmosphere. But the room housekeeping is very disappointing, no every day vacuum cleaning, dust removal, washing floor and cleaning in the bathroom. They just clean out the rubbish bins, that’s all. Within 4 nights stay there was no any normal cleaning, bathroom and toilet washing, bed sheets change. Highly recommend the hotel management to improve room keeping procedures.

It is OK for the Money. I Will rent it again for sure. There is everything inside what you need. It is even much better than a hotel room. It is possible to Cook. Breakfast is also great. Nothing is missing. Thank you for a good stay once again. See you next year

Very good hotel, very close to the hot springs, you can walk there, close to the bus stop, and walk for five minutes. The room is also very good, there is a small balcony. The night in Heviz is very quiet and there are very few lights, so you can watch the stars on the small balcony at night, which is great. (Forgot to take the interior of the hotel, only took a balcony)

It is the perfect place for an pvernight stay along your travels via Western Hungary. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good. The heating requires to be looked at. It has been cold in room.

The old man at the check-in desk had a mediocre attitude and was always sullen! He was also very stubborn. He had to fill in all the information, including the zip code, home address, and room number. It was particularly annoying! He also asked everyone to report their points one by one, as if he was afraid that there would be more people checking in! The efficiency was very slow! It was inconvenient to not have slippers and not fill the toiletries in time.

In the tourist resort, the hot spring is the hot spring, and remember to pay the city tax when you leave the store. The interior decoration of the room is a bit old, the overall is clean and tidy, there is a mini bar not free, the overall is OK. Это довольно стандартный отель в курортном городке, ничего сверхъестественного ожидать не стоит. Есть отличный набор саун, доступный для всех постояльцев. Завтрак и ужин - шведский стол, очень понравилось разнообразие блюд, можно выбрать под свою диету.

Good hotel, facilities are ok, cleaning needed to be improved. Good for short stay.
