The hotel environment is good. I stayed there for a exhibition. There's a convenience store downstairs and many Chinese restaurants.

Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

I had such a pleasant stay at Model J Hotel Jakarta. The hospitality from the staff was truly wonderful. Everyone at the front office and the housekeeping team greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’m really happy to have found this hotel. If I return to Jakarta in the future, I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality. We booked this hotel for 6days 5 nights and we almost would like to give 9.5/10 due to the reason below 1. breakfast is good 2. location is good 3. staff is friendly 4. sound insulation slightly poor but bearable 5. room is clean for first 4 days but got problem on 5th night) But things turn bad in 5th night On the 5th night we came back to hotel after long days, the room A is full of insects as photo/video attached. We have infant with us so have to change room immediately The staff was helpful and helped us carry our luggage to new room - B After few hours in room B, my infant keep crying and can’t sleep which is weird And my full body feels itchy . Noticed the room B might be defect room where the toilet door can only open 1/3 (if I slight chubby then can’t enter toilet to shower ), the wall is cracking might due to water leaking, toilets has spider nets Even we are extremely tired late night around 11pm but we stil decided to move room as it’s super uncomfortable Big thumbs up to the staff who help us moved to room C and we feels very comfortable with it. My body no longer feels itchy in room C and I can have a good rest

I spent two nights. With my baby , I forgot my charger there and when I called they said that they didn't see it. The bathroom door wasn't that clean. Apart from that all good

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

I recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.

The highlight was the service, housekeeping, cleanliness, and the interior. Very attentive and the controllables are spot on. Soundproofing can be better with hallway noises can be heard early morning and late nights. Similarly, inventory control can be improved too. Checked in around 4pm and was advised that room wasn’t ready. Understood that it’s a fully booked weekend and the system could’ve been improved. However, the hospitality and service more than make it up for the non controllables.

We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.

I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers from China. The cleanliness is comparable to a five-star hotel back home. The service is excellent, and they even provide complimentary fruit. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making it very clean and hygienic. They offer airport shuttle service, but it comes with a fee. There's also a complimentary fruit platter.
