Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

This hotel is very nice and very clean hotel but My experience with this hotel quite literally was scary because at night time got a few things happen. So scary and hunted for me and my family when the door is bell without any person around.  Something is moving around the room and noises coming from the window, we’re all just trying to ignore this situation but for you guys information I stay at 611 and 612.  Thankyou

The location is convenient, right inside T3 terminal, easily reachable on foot, perfect for transit passengers. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was incredibly fast. The breakfast offers a good variety and starts serving from 2 AM, catering to the needs of all types of travelers. The room facilities are complete, clean, hygienic, and there's no noise.

I've stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. The restaurant is right outside a large plaza, offering many convenient dining options, and the environment is quite good. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. For breakfast, I personally feel it's more geared towards locals; I usually go for rice noodles, toast, vegetables, and some fried items. It gets extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays.

The room's hygiene was terrible. There were even traces of feces from the previous guest on the bedding, which I only discovered in the morning. It disgusted me for a long time. When I reported it to the front desk, all I got was an apology! Whatever, I'm definitely not staying here again.

An excellent option for transit with maximum comfort and a wonderful spa center FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport turned out to be a real lifesaver before our night flight. The hotel is very close to Soekarno–Hatta Airport, making it ideal for a short stay — especially if you value comfort, good facilities, and a calm atmosphere. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, treatments, and massages are all high quality. Perfect for recharging before your next flight. * Friendly staff — welcoming and helpful, they make your stay truly pleasant. * Variety of dining options and 24/7 service — you can get food anytime, and the selection is impressive. Overall: FM7 Resort Hotel offers comfort, tranquility, and thoughtful service. A perfect choice for transit — especially if you want not just a place to sleep near the airport, but a place to truly relax.

Overall, a decent stay for a quick airport transition. However, I was disappointed to find no shuttle service available when arriving at CGK around midnight. On the plus side, the check-in process was seamless even at that late hour; the front desk was staffed and had our key cards ready immediately. Good for a basic stay, but better transport coordination is needed.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

First, the downsides: I expected the garden-view room to have a strong musty smell, but surprisingly, the lake-view room had it too. I highly recommend the hotel address this musty odor; it really detracts from the stay. Secondly, the airport shuttle only runs on the hour, not on the half-hour. Given its proximity to the airport, I suggest increasing the shuttle frequency, at least by adding half-hourly services. On the positive side: it's close to the airport.
