I always book this hotel when I go to Sendai. The room is quite spacious for Japan, and the bed is big enough. It's only about a 5-minute walk from Sendai Station, so the transportation is super convenient.
Pretty good! The bed was huge, and it's super close to Sendai Station. Breakfast was also excellent. I could occasionally hear the train at night, but it wasn't disruptive at all. It's also quite close to Sendai Morning Market, and it probably takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Aoba-dori. Don Quijote is nearby, and I found the Sendai branch to be really well-stocked – they have everything, which is great! The AER observation deck is just a 3-minute walk away. Super convenient!
This hotel exceeded my expectations. First, the service was excellent. Ms. Yoshida at the front desk was very patient during check-in, and seeing I had a lot of luggage, she offered to help me carry it to my room. Second, the hotel facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, and the bathroom design is great. The location is convenient; you can access the Shinkansen directly from the 3rd floor, and walk to the West Exit and S-PAL mall from the 2nd floor. From the window, you can overlook the East Exit high-speed bus terminal, making it extremely easy to get to attractions like Yamagata Zao. There's also a Lopia supermarket within a five-minute walk, which is handy for groceries. The only drawback is that there's only one washing machine and dryer per floor. Since you need to use your key card to access each guest floor, it can be hard to get a spot during peak evening hours for laundry. I recommend planning your time accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sendai and its surrounding areas.
I forgot to snap a picture of the room.
It’s the nicest hotel I have stayed in Japan for the price I paid.
The hotel’s bed is slightly fixed higher to allow storage of luggages. This is very convenient for travellers with larger luggage. We had two 30mins luggage and had no problem roaming around the room.
The amenities provided here is of better quality as well. Feels nice to the skin.
It was New Year’s Eve yesterday and the hotel prepared soba noodle for everyone. Felt so warm after a long chilly day in Sendai!
Overall. Great stay!
We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.
The hotel is in a great location. Exit the west exit of Sendai Station and walk a few minutes to the left on the overpass. The overpass is about 50 meters away from the Sendai Morning Market, so the hotel is also very close to the morning market. There is a small door on the first floor of the hotel that leads directly to FamilyMart. There are also small samples of Pola every night. The hotel breakfast is good, equivalent to about RMB 100, which is worth staying.
The hotel is clean and tidy. It’s unfortunate that the weather is really bad on the day of my arrival. So I’m basically forced to stay at the hotel and enjoy the hot spring. It’s also really great that they provide free ice pop outside the hot spring and coffee downstairs.
The hotel staff was excellent, doubtless.
The location is convenient, just next to a metro station; however, it takes about 15 minutes tio go from Sendai Station to the hotel. But if you try the metro, it leads to to severl levels dwon plus lots of waiting time for the train. So it is not the best location i would say.
For the hotel room itself, it is a standard Japan hotel room. Smaller than i expected or expereinced in othe Mitsui Garden Hotel. That was a bit disappointing. I remember i was given a room with stinky smell. And i rushed to the front desk to ask for a cahnge of room. They immedaitely changed another room for me. But the reaction from their face, I wonder this smell problem must not have been new to them.
But anyway, the staff was super nice.
By the way, the public bath is normal. But i would say it lacks a space for people to relaxe outside the bath. There is no seat nor sofa outside. I need to go down to my room straightly. That was a bit not common in Japan hotels.
The hotel's location is excellent, about a 5-10 minute walk from Sendai Station. The room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy, which is a plus. The breakfast is a real highlight, with both Japanese and Western options available. The Japanese breakfast was particularly impressive – definitely a good choice.
I really like this hotel. The details are very well done. It is very close to the airport and Meitianyuan subway station, and there is a Family Mart next to it. There is a welcome bar after check-in, and drinks such as water and juice are provided. The bath towel is more hygienic and comes with a clean plastic bag. There are even pillows of different heights to choose from. Various toiletries are provided. Although there are not many choices for breakfast, they are all delicious and of good quality. I feel that the water quality of the hot spring is better than the baths I took in Hokkaido. I can feel the flow of water. Although the pool is small, it is more comfortable than other hotels. Various reminders are well done, and the equipment is quite new. Anyway, I am quite satisfied. If I have the opportunity next time, I will choose again.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good. 5 min to sendai train station.
There is a famous grilled beef tongue across the hotel.
There is also convenience store nearby.
I think the coin laundry is so expensive, it’s 700 yen.
Room is spacious and clean.
11390181****Facilities: Pretty good. You can pick up cosmetic samples at the front desk yourself.
Hygiene: You leave your trash outside your door, and only towels are changed daily.
Environment: Quiet with no noise, and there's a convenience store right next door.
Service: Chinese-speaking staff are available, so communication is seamless.

MMike from CaliforniaWould definitely stay here again after spending 4 nights here.
Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market.
Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way.
Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines.
Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily.
My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.
MmicchigetaThe staff were very friendly and pleasant. However, while the room was cleaned, it didn't seem like the bedding was changed. Also, there was a lot of dust when I looked under the bed, and the bathroom had a rather strong drain smell. Overall, it wasn't a major problem.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff were incredibly helpful, and even the cleaning team offered warm greetings, creating a very pleasant atmosphere throughout. The amenities were plentiful, and above all, the room was spotlessly clean. What truly impressed me was that the room came fully equipped with ReFa brand essentials: a straightener, curling iron, hairdryer, and even a ReFa shower head – it was absolutely fantastic! The excellent location was another huge plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which was incredibly convenient.
GGuest UserLocation a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre.
LLIANGLlANGThe vending machine doesn't accept new banknotes yet, so I had to ask the cleaning lady for old ones. Every time I go to do laundry, I have to walk through the lobby, basically shamelessly in my slippers and pajamas. I wish the laundry room was on the second floor. The currency exchange machine should be near the laundry room, but I couldn't find it and frankly, I was too lazy to look (=TェT=). I also couldn't find a dry cleaning bag in the room; it would be great if one could be provided for every guest.

2205795****The room was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. It was quiet, and the hot spring was very relaxing with a good selection of bath amenities, which I really liked. It's also very close to Sendai Station, making shopping and getting around super convenient.
