The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the view was great, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient transportation, and the breakfast selection was extensive.

The location was a bit further than I expected. It took me about 10 minutes of walking from the nearest tram station, but my luggage were not too heavy so it's not a big problem to me. The price was also affordable and reasonable among most of the hotels I found in Amsterdam. Although it is a little far from central Amsterdam, it's not too complicated to go there using public transport, as you only need to get on one tram and one metro. The room was quite small, but the bed was super large for 2 people, and everything was so clean. I also received good service there even though it was a bit late (11.30pm).

Great location and staff, but poor cleanliness I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain. Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it. My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is 7 min walk to tram station and 50 min to Central.  The best part of the hotel was free parking and had a charging point.  The hotel rooms were spacious and super clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.  Smooth check in process

I’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected. My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Sitting on the sofa and looking out over the river, watching boats pass by, gave me a peaceful feeling that reminded me of my hometown. I hope to have even more memorable experiences the next time I stay at Mövenpick.

This is a clean hotel in a pleasant suburban area, offering good value for money. However, the location is not ideal for frequent city center visits; it takes over 40 minutes to get there, and buses are infrequent. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk away. Be very careful with the final bill. I was charged 38 Euros when the app confirmed 19. I had to contact Trip.com to get the overcharge refunded. Double-check everything at checkout.

We spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. Stay wise it’s comfortable but can get tad abit noisy as the sound insulation between walls are rather weak. All in all we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the train station and all the main attractions. Both the hotel and the room were spotless and didn't have any strange smells, which was great. The only minor downside was that the music from nearby bars could be a bit loud at night.

Thank you very much for letting us check in early. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly functional. The hotel's location is excellent – about a 10-minute walk from the cruise ship terminal and a 5-minute walk from the train station. It's also not far from the meeting points for day tours. You do have to transfer elevators once, but there was basically no waiting time.

Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam actually has a whole honeycomb for breakfast! Their breakfast is truly amazing – a honeycomb, grapefruit, freshly made 'jianbing guozi' (a savory Chinese crepe), and the best omelets I've ever had. Definitely lives up to its reputation as a classic German hotel. Oh, and out of the four pillows, one is lavender-filled. It felt lumpy at first, and I thought it was a buckwheat pillow. I slept wonderfully. There were many Chinese and German guests, and a lot of flight attendants were also having breakfast there. There's a forest near the hotel, perfect for morning runs. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the toiletries feel like those in a budget hotel, all 2-in-1.
