Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. My staying in this hotel was amazing but they should improve there quality of phone answering when you call 📞 the number was no answer but they said 24/7 receptionist and why no answer my call in number is very poor communication please fixed your reservation department  And make update your number in google if no one answers in that number was posted in google  What is the purpose of phone details in google To reach your department right  And don’t put  24/7 receptionist if no can answer in your number

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

My recent stay here was amazing. It has the best location as everything you need is just a few steps away. Beach front and very convenient. I love the infinity pool. I'm also satisfied with the service especially the staff at the infinity pool, they're friendly and very accomodating. The buffet breakfast is one the best in the island.

I recently stayed at La Carmela de Boracay and had a wonderful experience! The location is absolutely perfect—right along White Beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful shoreline and stunning sunsets anytime. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and activities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after spending time under the sun.

The room is very old, the equipment is very old, similar to the old guesthouses in China, the place is large, there is a swimming pool, the environment is good, the price-performance ratio is average, the breakfast is average, but it is close to the airport

The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. The hotel was clean and lovely. I liked that I had two bathrooms and a balcony. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and very close to two malls, Robinson and City mall.
