GGuest UserThe hotel is average. The room is small. The air conditioner is by the window, taking up a lot of space. It's hard to get to the window, and the curtains can't be closed tightly. Housekeeping is terrible. The bed linens are cheap. The only plus is the location and the view from the window, if you have a south-facing room.

Персонал очень внимательный и вежливый, по первой просьбе предоставили манеж, горшок, подставку для раковины. Расположение классное, в самом сердце Калининграда 👍🏻🤗

Удобная локация, красивый отель, неплохой выбор еды на завтрак. Уютный номер.
Недостатки
За все время моего проживания не меняли набор с зубной щеткой/пастой, бутилированную воду тоже не предоставляли (только в день заселения).
На кровати пододеяльник с большим желтым пятном, прикрыт пледом, такое лучше выкидывать.
Уборка неполная, мусор выносили через раз.

Very delicious breakfasts, eggs and becons are wonderful. Only fresh baking is missing (which was - not particularly, biscuits some). Tea, water and refrigerator in 👍

GGuest UserIn Kaliningrad for the first time. According to good tradition, I booked a network hotel. Everything is wonderful. Location, service, cleanliness. With breakfast there was a minuscule. In fact, instead of the stated on the site 600r, the cost of breakfast per person is 1500r. I was not in principle relevant. In the rest of five!

GGuest UserToday I came to a tour group. The restaurant opened at 7:30. There were too many people. There were still many people at 8:30. The plates were gone. The hotel is generally not cost-effective compared to domestic

GGuest UserЕсть своё кафе с завтраками и шведским столом (на момент написания отзыва это стоило 750р). Расположен отлично, до Южного вокзала минут 15 пешком, остановка «в город» сразу у выхода из отеля.

OOlyasanHotel super! Very authentic, beautiful rooms, feel history, silence, big green fond territory , next to 500 meters of the Nesselberg castle, breakfast is chic, in the room everything is thought up to the tiny, we will definitely come back!
