Even there is a fumigator with plates and a sheet of paper with an envelope and a pen) Next to the hotel there are many attractions of Zelenograd, to the sea go in a hurry of minutes 12-15. Excellent view from the balcony, On the 3rd floor there is a tea terrace with a wonderful view to the water-proof tower. Cold snacks in a sufficient range of very beautifully served tables and a pleasant atmosphere with panoramic windows. But when leaving the restaurant we were offered to pay for breakfast. We were very surprised by this, the account of 3000 rubles and no one warned that breakfast in our value is not included, but the more its value. The problem is not 3000 rubles, namely in the settlement of this issue and bringing this information to the guests. At the check-in at the settlement we did not inform that when we registered breakfast was not included in the cost and cost of breakfast, but simply handed over a form for the choice of hot meal.  With aggression, the staff tried to just pull out of us 3000 rubles for this breakfast, I do not try to understand and understand this situation. It would be enough to apologize for the misunderstanding and the issue would be resolved, but it was this situation that left a great negative impression of this hotel. I hope the Madame L hotel management will take all possible measures to avoid repeating such situations in the future . On the recommendation of the hotel itself I really liked to advise you to stay there when visiting Svetlogorsk. But be careful and always ask clarifying questions about the value and what is included in your reservation in order not to repeat such situations. It was also unpleasant to realize that the staff did not provide any compliment on the birthday and celebration of it in this hotel, although it was repeatedly announced that we had come there for that. In the previous and subsequent hotels before and after the birthday, the staff of the hotel gave a compliment, and here even an elementary piece of cake regretted. The biggest disappointment of all those hotels who visited this trip was left of this hotel. The hotel room was also not prepared for check-in, although it was said that it was cleaned and prepared for the settlement. There was a large layer of dust on the closet, just like on the luster that hangs right over the bed, dust was also found on the air conditioner and in hard-to-reach places where the staff clearly washed very and very rarely. On our comments from these findings, the staff at the respiratory said they would send the cleaner. But after walking into the room we also found that no one had come in and no one washed. After that we turned to the receptacle again and only this time the staff came and removed the dust. Some staff at the hotel are very friendly, but the second is very dissatisfied and this is not satisfaction sending to the guests. When visiting the SPA, there was a limited number of dresses and towels when we asked to bring, we were told - you have little dresses you are now and so in them, although part of us that was at this moment in the hama and sauna we were without dresses as they were There was no bathing equipment on the counter.  The main choice of this Madame L hotel is the presence of SPA. There is a sauna of Hamam bought. A very pleasant boutique hotel with a friendly staff. The room is quite interesting we lived in an old block where the walls are in the style of the loft. Very successfully located, as is the whole city in the pine ber. 

We don't stay at this hotel for the first time. This trip is unlucky with the room, very cool, small and very uncomfortable beds. Perfect location, excellent breakfast, very responsive staff.
