AAMIRBC2000Amazed by the huge structure, magnificent, and well decorated. What facility is not available, you name it. Lovely staff and excellent views. I would say it is worth every penny you spend to stay in this hotel. Highly recommend.

The hotel has new and very clean rooms. Towels are packaged, rooms are quiet and quite spacious. The reception is friendly and has a team that tries to meet all your requests. The only disadvantage may be its location, but Eskişehir is a small settlement and this is not a problem. I will choose it again for my next stay.

The hotel is easy to find, and there’s staff available to help with parking.
The service is excellent — friendly, helpful, and always ready to recommend local places.
There’s a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which seems quite common here.
The room heating works well, and the bathroom is well-separated.
The elevator inside the hotel is cute but small — it fits about two people at a time.
Overall, it’s a hotel I would recommend, as long as you’re not traveling with young children or sensitive to cigarette smoke.

HerriesHotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

I had preferred and regretted the location of the hotel. I was happy to see one of the most functional streets of Eskişehir when I looked through the window. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is new, the room is spacious, and the price is great. Its excellent location near a shopping mall is a plus, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros: amazing breakfast! Location is great. Parking nearby. Nice building. Comfortable bed
Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

srchmzWe went for New Year's Eve. They welcomed us incredibly warmly and pleasantly. Everything from room cleaning to facility cleaning was great. It was a very thoughtful thought that they greeted us with a heater when we were cold in the cold weather. The only thing missing is parking. It can be easily found along the street. At least we were able to find it on New Year's Eve.

Although we booked a deluxe king room, which is normally non-smoking, we were given a smoking room that smelled of smoke. We declined. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to stay in a standard room. The rooms were below Hilton quality.

The environment is not bad, there is a small park below, there is a supermarket, a restaurant is very convenient, there is a very simple small fitness room, the room is a bit dark but there is a small kitchen with an induction cooker.
