Its been awhile since i stay in hostel. The hostel combined with bar & restaurants. The room i got have inside toilet/shower with really bad insulation and thin wall. Imagine u stay with 6 strangers inside 1 room, other than u hear the noise in the room, u also hear wht they do in the bathroom room really clearly. Some people check in in the middle of the night (1am -4am…and u can hear everything. Advice to stay if u dont mind with all that or it just pit stop for u if u stay in milan and need to go somewhere else next day. But i like how they make privacy for the bed and have plug, lamp and small space for the guest at the bed.

Absolutely great hotel, staff was friendly, breakfast with wide range of different food, beverages, fruits, etc. Fantastic swimming pool and restaurant in the yard, quiet and clean area. We felt ourselves very comfortable during our 5 days stay. Strongly recommend!!! ”-”: the only negative thing is their gym - small, poorly equipped, stuffy with destroyed (worn) exercise machines, see pics.

The hotel was nice and clean, the waiter from restaurant was friendly and provided a good service. Good that they done the room every day and quit calm atmosphere. That would’ve be nice if they provided drinking water bottles every day too. We requested water bottles and they said that they only provide two bottles of water free of charge and after that guests has to pay for the water bottles. That was very new to me because I been to so many hotels around different countries and I didn’t have to pay for them. I thought checking out in Holidays in would be simple too but the receptionist’s service was unacceptable because he took time to sign us off and our cab was waiting. Recommendations for improvement: Guests/customers should receive water supplies I they’re hotel’s every day. Trained and fast reception staff Thank you for your service and having us

The hotel was great, very quiet surroundings, and exceptionally clean and beautiful. The location was convenient, and breakfast was delicious too.

The hotel is very decent. Everything looks fresh and well-groomed. Nice interior and modern rooms. We liked everything. The only thing is that the breakfast could be improved a little more, because... There were no vegetables or greens/salad at all.

Dissatisfactory points: 1. The shower water is cold at night, and there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. They can only be scattered on the floor. It is very inconvenient. 2. The first floor is a bar, not a place for hostel guests to eat buffet food. The self-service kitchen is on the top floor with few equipments, which is very inconvenient.

Upon check-in, I was assigned a room on the first floor and requested to change to a different floor. The female hotel staff then told me that they would assign a room with one king bed and one single bed, and asked me to use the first-floor room. Reluctantly, I entered the assigned first-floor room only to find out that it wasn't a single bed but a sofa bed. Moreover, the toilet in the bathroom had an open front, which is inconvenient for women to use. Ultimately, I went back and explained that it was a sofa bed, not a single bed, and I didn't need a sofa bed. I requested to be moved to a different floor with the same room conditions as the one I originally booked. The female staff member then told me that all rooms were occupied and a change wasn't possible. This was at 3:30 PM. Frustrated by the continuous lies from the female staff, I complained, and eventually, a male staff member who was nearby switched me to a different room. The male staff member was kind, but the black-haired female staff member, who appeared to be around 150cm tall, clearly needs a lot more training.

The location of the hotel is great, and the service was great. We had an issue with a safe in the room, which was fixed immediately. The front desk team was wonderful! In general, it's a very clean and nice hotel from the lobby to the rooms. We stayed from Sept 26, 2025, to Oct 1, 2025. I rated facilities as 4 and not 5 stars due to a few reasons: - It was extremely cold in the room, especially in the mornings. Shivering in the morning was extremely uncomfortable when you get out of the shower and wish there was a heat source close by because you are shivering. - One night, we returned from a theatre and ordered two grilled sandwiches in the bar, 14 euros per one. The sandwich was two semi-cold pieces of white bread, one piece of cold cut meat (no idea what kind) and one piece of semi-cold cheese. - The hotel has no food in the rooms policy. Since the use of the late-night ”bar” is definitely not recommended, keep in mind that you will have to eat something outside before returning late. We didn't try their restaurant, but considering the experience with the late-night ”bar”, I would be cautious. If you are prepared to overlook the minor things stated above, we recommend staying in this hotel.

The hotel's location isn't bad, close to a metro stop, and it seemed clean at first, but then... surprise! There was a sock, who knows how long it had been there. The front desk staff were great. The bathroom has no ventilation, and the walls seem paper-thin. At 3 AM, a couple started screaming and arguing. It sounded like the guy was hitting the girl, and it felt like they were right in my room... Security or anyone in charge never came to check what was happening. All in all, it wasn't a very good experience.
