I really liked the hotel's location: literally a 10-minute walk to the center and a 5-minute walk to the street where the restaurants are. It's very quiet, not noisy, which can't be said about the center. It's close to the old town. New hotel, modern rooms. I liked everything. It's a beautiful building. There's a large supermarket nearby and many small shops where you can buy fruit. Everything is within walking distance. The service is excellent.

Arrived at 3 am. They put me in a room where someone was sleeping 😀 . About 30 minutes later they gave me a room. Everything is clean. No extra smells. The guys at the reception during the day are adequate. I wrote everything in advance, it is unpleasant to wait so much at night (for this I took off 1 star). In the room there is a minibar, tea and coffee, a kettle. A robe. In my room for two there was 1 tiny shampoo, 1 tiny shower gel and soap, a toothbrush. A room for two! It was possible to put this for two at least. Total: it takes about 25 minutes to get there by taxi for 1600 money. The bus is 2 km from the hotel. It is not the center. In general, I liked the hotel, good attitude, clean, large rooms. I recommend it. There is also breakfast, I did not try it. Oh! There is a terrace on the 7th floor, a gym.

This is a local five-star hotel. The walls and floors of the bathroom are made of Armenia's unique beige and pink volcanic rocks. I personally like it and think it is very distinctive, but my fat son complained that the holes are too big and not smooth enough; the sanitary ware is not from the high-end brands generally used by international five-star hotels but a local brand, so the user experience is slightly inferior, which was also complained by my fat son. But even a picky person like him admits that the buffet breakfast is first-rate (the opening hours are 7:30-11:00, which should actually be considered brunch): unlimited salmon; several local hot dishes are changed every day; various dried fruits and fresh fruits are of excellent quality. In recent years, we have traveled almost all over the surrounding areas, including Turkey, Russia, India, Egypt, Iran, the Arabian Peninsula, etc., all of which are in-depth tours, adding up to more than half a year. We are familiar with the agricultural products of these regions. In this hotel, we have eaten high-quality dried apricots and very sweet and sour prunes; Russian side dishes are also top-notch, and pickles are only two or three centimeters long; as well as blue cheese, high-quality air-dried beef, top-quality bacon, etc. ... We go to the supermarket every day and are very familiar with the prices in Armenia, which are almost the same as those in the first and second tier cities in China, so these carefully selected ingredients are expensive, which shows the sincerity of the hotel. The hotel is very gentle and polite from the front desk to the restaurant to the guest room. I have left a very good impression during these days of stay.

The location is great, right near Republic Square. The service was excellent and friendly. The breakfast was varied and satisfying! The room was also quite large, well-equipped, and clean!

Hotel is helpful and friendly. Quick service. Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Food is variety and good. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre. City is safe and alive at night. Cascade can be seen from hotel window Many restaurants/cafe walking distance from hotel open morning till 11pm. Very convenient.

The hotel breakfast is quite rich, the doorman is very friendly. The swimming pool is nice. But the gym has few equipment. The location is OK, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the Grand Staircase and Republic Square. There is a small supermarket downstairs.

Исторический отель, как Negresco в Ницце или Ritz в Париже. Десятки знаменательных людей, останавливающихся здесь. Очень уютно, тихо и размеренно. Небольшие, но очень комфортабельные номера. Приятное постельное белье. Шикарнейшие завтраки. Персонал выше всяких похвал- везде чувствуется забота и внимание. Локация- центральнее не придумаешь. Хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

A wonderful hotel, not far from the center of Yerevan. The staff is very responsive, when help was needed, they not only explained, but did everything they could and really helped! Delicious breakfasts, cookies and fruits in the lobby. I would like to separately note the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. There is a beauty salon and spa area, a gym, restaurants and cafes. I definitely recommend it

Very large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.
