Overkill on security which is just a formality, but great if you get a kick out of staying at an extra โsecureโ hotel with people kissing your ass. Also good for leg day because it takes about 10 minutes to get to your room due to stupid amounts of security and how big the place is.
Hotel rooms outdated, there are much better options for literally half the price. I just booked to see what the fuss was about (and this is coming from someone who regualrly stays ar 4/5 star hotels all around the world)
Reception staff also need to be more approachable, personality dead as a wooden top

Apart from the old hardware in the room, everything else is very good! The whole building is very local and historical! Dinner in the hotel restaurant in the evening with local singers performance appreciation, it is also a very good experience!
The size of the room is neither too big nor too small. It is just right. The bathroom is separated. There are many types of breakfast, especially desserts and cakes. There are also a lot of people. Overall, it is not bad.
I stayed another night. Everything is ok. Room service was a bit too instrusive with excessive and unnecessary knocking on the door for questions (especially when I am a woman staying alone in the room). Otherwise all good. Breakfast was a plus.

The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to Lahore Airport, and the premises felt very secure with several security checks before reaching the lobby. I was warmly greeted by a hotel representative who picked me up and took me to the hotel. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff across all areas, including the reception and restaurant, were very respectful and helpful. I want to especially mention Muhammad Arslan, who stood out for his attentiveness and dedication to serving all guests with the utmost care.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the prayer hall is located in an awkward and unclean area. I noticed a family struggling to find a suitable place to pray, and the staff was not even aware of the Qibla direction. They ended up praying in the executive room, which was not ideal. Secondly, the cafรฉ and restaurant lacked alternatives like almond or soy milk, which is important for guests with allergies. Some in-room amenities, like the dental kit, were missing at check-in and appears the second day after the room makeup. The swimming pool ladder felt weak and was not deep enough, which could be a safety concern. Additionally, the iron in the room was dirty, broken, and leaking water, which made it difficult to use.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay but hope these points will be addressed to enhance the guest experience further.
Yes, I go to this place every year. If it's not for business, I won't go there. Chinese are not allowed to go out unless they arrange a bulletproof car + security. Otherwise, they can only be taken to the hotel. It was boring to death. I couldn't stand it after staying for 6 days, so I changed my flight ticket and left early.

Mr.B promised to ask Mr.A what Mr.A did for the noise and give me feedback. But Mr.B didnโt give me any feedback.next day on 8am I requested to change room but since the reception staff (Mr.C)seems to be sick, Mr.C said Mr.C request other staff to change room. But nothing happened. So around 11am,I again went to reception to request change room. But then other staff (Mr.D) said still there are no available rooms since check out time is 12 noon.but it means even I requested to change room at 8, until 11pm I again went to reception, they didnโt inform me anything. They should have informed to wait until noon etc in advanced. I was very much disappointed such poor service. They didnโt react anything about the notice issue at all and next day they didnโt inform me anything about changing room until I requested again and again. Very poor and unprofessional staff at reception.

GGuest UserIts an old apartment complex. Most bedrooms are based on 3 bedrooms suite style. The bedroom window opens in the corridor and that itself is such a lame tactic of Avari. The location itself is quite inconvenient as you need to take a 5km u turn whenever you exit or enter the property. Overall, the hotel is disappointing and depressing. I hate to stereotype but It looks like another faizabad hotel took over by careless abbasi (s). The staff is apparently courteous but never cares to listen or understand the guests concerns. I hope that management will consider this as a constructive review and make solid improvements.

SShehroz1I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
