AAndreI arrived at the hotel to check in. However, there was already someone else in the room where I was going to stay, so I spent 30 minutes at the reception waiting for a solution. After 30 minutes they put me in a different room to the one I had booked. And my special request was not met. I do not recommend this hotel, the Andrade docas chain.

JJeremy LeeeeI was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

GGermano Brasileiro PinheiroStaff were great and so was the service they provided 🤓 overall we had a decent stay but the hotel clearly needs a revamp. WiFi signal can be a struggle depending on the floor you’re on. I’d recommend it as the location is unbeatable, service (like I said) is great and overall I had a good stay.

GGuest UserMuito bem localizado, em bairro seguro e com fácil acesso à toda a cidade. Café da manhã fantástico. As áreas comuns possuem uma decoração de muito bom gosto. Na recepção há uma máquina com água fresca e gelada a disposição, na qual é possível abastecer as garrafinhas ou apenas tomar um copo de água gelada na chegada ou saída. Super indico o hotel.

GGuest UserSecond time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational!
The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!

GGALAXYClean and spacious room, separate dressing room, clean saucer, friendly staff, helped in the rain - approached the car with a umbrella, the service is excellent. Good night, birds sing in the morning, a pleasant garden in the yard... We'll be happy to stop again there.

MMariaLíviaThe hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.
