Purchasing an Alpine ticket is highly recommended, as it seamlessly covers the uphill gondola, the famous Peak 2 Peak gondola, and the chairlift to the very top, capping off a wonderful mountain getaway.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

The location is great, really easy to find. There's a shuttle bus directly from the airport, so getting around is super convenient. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and right behind the hotel is a huge mall with lots of food options and even a T&T Supermarket.

It's a bit of a distance from the SkyTrain station and requires taking a bus; walking isn't recommended. Shopping nearby isn't convenient, as the large supermarket about 50 meters away is membership-only. The 7-Eleven at the gas station is an option, but it requires crossing a busy main road and walking for about ten minutes. The room was spacious, with strong but noisy air conditioning. The room amenities were quite basic. The fridge was empty but extremely loud, significantly disturbing sleep, and the room's soundproofing was just average. Breakfast was provided but very simple, almost negligible. Trip.com's customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to an issue I raised and promptly contacted the hotel to resolve it, which was fantastic.

I just had my surgery. They dont do room service like bringing food to the room. I was in the room outside, 2 nd floor without elevator. I requested to transfer in other room as it is still difficult for me to walk. Good thing they transferred me to the room close to the dining.

The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

The room was spacious, and the hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk from the station, which makes getting to and from the airport on the Canada Line very convenient. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic.

Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!
