My trip was too short to experience some of the services. Facilities: All the facilities were available, and the decor was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the elevators were Otis. Hygiene: There were sugar grains and stains on the sofa, and the minibar was moldy. There was no trash can in the bedroom, only a paper wastebasket, which isn't suitable for liquids. However, there was a trash can in the bathroom. Environment: Acceptable. Service: The staff were friendly and polite. There was a discrepancy in the app's room description between 'alcoholic beverages' and 'minibar'. Only the minibar had a charge notice, while 'alcoholic beverages' was ambiguous, even though the alcoholic drinks were in the fridge.

The warmth of Harbin truly embraced us right from our first stop! Check-in was an absolute delight; they showered us with so many thoughtful gifts, I almost felt my own hand warmers were overkill because what they provided was so comprehensive and considerate. They even put our IDs in adorable cardholders. After a day out, we returned to find welcome fruits and a special bowl of *youtiao mian* (fried dough twist noodles). My partner, a Northeasterner who often lives away from home, was incredibly excited, saying it had been ages since he'd had it – he was truly satisfied. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of Central Street and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. On our first day, the snowman outside the hotel lost an eye, but by the next day, it had been fixed! When we checked out, they even gave us some local dried blueberries. Honestly, this has been the most thoughtful and attentive hotel experience I've had in all my travels across the country.

The hotel lobby was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were great at helping with luggage, especially Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Liu Shuang, and Zheng Linchun. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. I'll definitely come back next time!

When we arrived at the hotel on the first night, the waiter asked if we had any requirements for the room. He was very friendly and arranged a quiet room according to our request. The room is new and big, the bathroom is spacious and has separate wet and dry areas, and the shower water is good. The overall experience is very good and I will choose it again next time. This hotel does a great job with its service.

This is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802.

The hotel service is excellent, perfect for families with kids. You don't even have to leave the hotel for meals or to change your ski equipment, which is super convenient, and there's a great selection of ski rentals. They offer hotpot and BBQ, and the front desk is very responsive. They also arranged a day trip to Xuexiang for us.

The entire experience was smooth with no complaints, and both the service and decor exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin!
