We were given a basement room which is big but no view and no bath towels. After our request, they changed the room to a classic room per our booking. Location is near the port and metro station.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. On such a hot day, they even had free lemonade downstairs when we arrived, which was a thoughtful touch. The lounge area downstairs was also very comfortable, and the location is super convenient, really close to the subway station.
The hotel overall isn’t bad; it’s located right in front of the metro exit and is a 15-minute walk from the city center. However, considering what I paid, I expected more.
The room was old, with no shutters and curtains that barely blocked the blue LED lights that stay on all night on the balcony to illuminate the hotel’s façade.
The bathroom flooded with every shower because the drain was clogged, and water would come out of a second drain outside the shower box.
Breakfast was fairly good.
The rooftop pool is very nice, with a beautiful view of the Acropolis.

Great location just outside Syntagma station. The AirPort Express bus is just around the corner. It also has quite a good breakfast spread. We could even see the Acropolis from our room. You will get 10% discount if you dine at the rooftop restaurant with great view of the Acropolis. Everything is good, just a bit pricey.
Definitely recommend this hotel.
I've never written a review before.
Welcoming from the moment you step into the hotel.
Staff are extremely helpful and carry a warm smile.
Restaurant staff go out of their way to meet your requirements.
And they even allow you to store your luggage if your flight is later then your check out.
Not only they allow you to all that, but go as far as allowing you to use the pool area..the swimming pool shower.
One of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel.
Top. 💯
Very clean and new. Nearby food and transportation are very convenient. Bian's best location choice. The price is very high. I have lived in a lot of 4-5 star hotels in Athena. This is really good.
The hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, everything was perfect!
My mother uses a wheelchair and the support was excellent.
And best of all, the location from which we could see the Parthenon during breakfast was the best!
This is a must-visit hotel when you visit Athens.

My room was on the first floor and the button lock on the window was broken, so I was a little worried and scared to stay there alone as a woman.
The bathtub was great.
It was great for warming up my tired body after the flight and getting my blood flowing.
Although it was far from the market, it was very convenient for getting to the main attractions of Zeus, Athena, and the museums by train.
The location isn't very convenient, but the breakfast is absolutely amazing, and the views are great. The front desk staff was also super nice and even upgraded my room. The hallways are a bit confusing to navigate, and the layout feels a little strange, but the rooftop pool offers a view of the Acropolis.

GGuest UserThe service as expected from greek people was excellent and helpful
The hotel location is close to the center and was quite satisfying
facilities were good, a bit crowded at breakfast time
at the first day we had a problem with shower water, leaking out of the door which made the bathroom floor very wet but the problem was fixed immediatly
we had mosquitos in the room and after complaining they provided us with mosquito trap, the thing with mosquitos is critical since my daughter skin is very sensitive and every bite can turn into awful inflammation which what exactly happened to her.
on the last day there was no hot water, so i had to take shower in slightly warm water.
TTravel enthusiastI booked this hotel without doing much research and was slightly nervous about its location, but due to already paying in full, we decided to make the best of it I have to say this place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is modern, clean, and centrally located. The metro is a short walk, and there are loads of places to eat nearby. The rooms are small, but very nice. They have a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. The bathroom is nice but small. Be sure to try the spray function on the handheld shower head. The staff were professional and gave us advice on safety and there being security 24/7. You need to scan your room key to get into the hotel. Yes, the area is sketchy and ghetto like, but we didn't feel unsafe at all. I would stay there again without hesitation. Thanks Ermass.
GGuest UserStunning hotel in a great location, close to hop on hop off bus stops and other attractions. Roof top is fabulous, great views and comfortable. Breakfast really varied and delicious. Welcome champagne on arrival was a really welcoming touch. I was able to check in early and out late which I really appreciated. Would 100% book this for my next stay in Athens
XXinshoumoyuThe room was incredibly spacious, which we were absolutely thrilled with. It was also spotlessly clean, truly living up to four-star hotel standards. The transport links were quite good; it's only about a 7-minute walk to the subway station entrance. With the subway so accessible, being a little further from the main attractions wasn't an issue at all. I've included a photo of the street below. The neighborhood felt like a typical local residential area.
MM269250****The hotel was renovated from an old building, and the elevator is so small that it can only accommodate one person and one suitcase, but the room facilities are very new and the bed is very comfortable. On the first day, I got a larger room at the corner of the street. Although I could see a little bit of the mountain view, the sound insulation was not good. The sound of cars and motorcycles on the street was endless, and it was noisy until ten o'clock in the evening. Fortunately, the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very warm and friendly. The next day, I changed to a room facing the inner courtyard. It immediately calmed down and I slept well, feeling refreshed. The breakfast restaurant is on the top floor. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the open air and enjoy the mountain view of Athens. However, there is really no choice in food, they are all sweet. There are many homeless people around the hotel and the roads are not easy to walk, but the subway station is nearby and you can easily go anywhere. It is recommended to stay for one day first, then extend if you feel it is good, or change if not, there are many hotels around.

MMariaBeautiful & convenient to Athens Airport. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed all the Amenities and the food was Excellent!!
Would stay there again!!
AAnonymous UserThe family room is average, the window is an interior view, looking out to an atrium. There is no sun, and the sofa bed is average in texture. The bottled water in the refrigerator seems to be charged, but I didn't drink it anyway. The advantage is that the breakfast is very rich. One meal is enough for half a day.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, the sanitation is very good, and the pillowcases are changed every day. The InterContinental in Athens where I stayed last year left me with a very bad impression. The facilities of the InterContinental are equivalent to those of three-star hotels in China, and the service is not good, so I was still nervous when booking this hotel. I didn't expect the waiter to be kind and enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, especially when you have breakfast in the restaurant on the 8th floor, you can see the Acropolis, which is very amazing. The location is also good, and it is very close to Constitution Square and the Acropolis. The only drawback is that the room is not soundproof, and the noise of cars and motorcycles downstairs is very loud before 12 o'clock in the evening! But overall it is very good, I will choose to stay here next time I come to Athens
