The hotel service was good. Booking the timed shuttle bus service was very convenient! Our room was in the East Wing, which required carrying luggage up a few steps before being able to take the elevator to the room. This aspect needs improvement. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style, offering a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties. After 9 PM, dandan noodles were available as a late-night snack. The public hot spring bath was also quite nice!

I stayed here from 21 April to 24 April and it was a highlight of my trip. The hotel offers very refined dining experience; instead of a standard kaiseuki, dinner was served course by course. This allowed us to slowly enjoy the incredibly fresh, regional ingredients. It was easily one of the best meals I've had. The onsen is pristine and offers a truly serene atmosphere, facing a lovely garden. Since I visited in late April, I was lucky enough to enjoy the view of cherry blossoms while soaking - a spectacular and relaxing experience. Most importantly, the staff's dedication to service is world class. I realised after checking out that I left my earphones behind. The team was kind enough to courier them directly to my next hotel. I am so thankful for their help. If you want a stay that combines beautiful views with genuine care, this is the place to book.

Hot springs and food were very good. I don't know that the refrigerator in the room is turned off, and if you look closely, it says, but I was grateful if you could say a word at the front desk. I thought I was going to cool my drink and take a bath, but I noticed it was too wet.

Staying here again after a year felt so familiar and welcoming. The platform initially mentioned that the hotel didn't offer 24-hour hot water when I booked, but I didn't encounter any issues with that during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, and my family was very happy with it. However, because it was a long holiday in Japan, there were a lot of guests, and the lounge was quite small, so we sometimes had to wait for a seat. Also, there weren't many staff members, so restocking items occasionally took a while.

We stayed in the glamping tents on our trip to see the kantou matsuri. The tent was spacious, even with 3 in the tent. The air conditioning was a life saver as it was very hot outside. We were very close to the bathroom facilities where there were toilets, showers, and kitchen space. The hotel allowed us to use the onsen in the main hotel and there was free gelato cups next to the onsen. The women's onsen was supplied with face wash, lotion, hair brush, dryer etc. We had everything we needed, and it was a great experience.

The hotel has a very good location. Although not immediately next to the JR station, it's a short and easy walk to get to the hotel from Akita Station. When you see the Museum of Art in the photo, you are arriving. Also, the famous Senshū Park is just across from the street. It's a grand hotel with nice rooms. The staff are friendly and professional. It's not far from the bar district. There are many interesting bars over there. After a couple of drinks, you can just walk back to the hotel.

Very nice experience. The cafe has a warm and cozy ambience. The room is unique too with nice lakeview. The meals are special too. It is better to order meals during this period as you cannot find food elsewhere easily. It’s strongly recommended to visit the Lake Tazawa. The water is so calm and clear and clean.

This hotel, located on the Akita Prefecture side of Lake Towada, exceeded our expectations in terms of both accommodation space and dining experience. It's a highly competitive choice in the area, perfect for our self-drive trip with three people. **Room and Environment:** The Japanese tatami room was more than spacious enough for three of us. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Lake Towada, making it very convenient for morning or evening strolls. **Signature Robatayaki Dinner:** The dinner was the absolute highlight of our stay. The 'Robatayaki' experience offered at the restaurant was not only theatrical but also featured incredibly fresh ingredients, including scallops, prawns, seasonal vegetables, and the unique mentaiko-stuffed chicken. What truly stood out was the integration of Akita's traditional 'Kiritanpo' rice sticks, grilled with a rich miso sauce, offering an authentic local flavor. A dedicated chef managed the grilling and cooking right in front of us, allowing guests to simply relax and enjoy the delicious food – the service was impeccable. Furthermore, there was a diverse selection of additional ingredients and beverages available for purchase, catering to various tastes. **Onsen Facilities:** The next morning, we experienced the hotel's onsen facilities. The large public bath, separated for men and women, was clean and comfortable, an ideal spot for relaxation. **Transportation and Summary:** The hotel is situated in a tranquil environment. As there are no nearby train stations, a self-drive is highly recommended, and the hotel provides convenient parking for guests. Considering the generous room size, professional dining service, and reasonable prices, this is a hotel with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to travelers planning an in-depth visit to Lake Towada.

I wasn’t too impressed with the top floor public bath at first but the trick is to use the day use one on the ground floor which is connected. My biggest objection is to breakfast ending at 8:30. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked breakfast in advance.

I enjoyed the moment while staying here a lot, the price is so cheap compared to what I got, big room, dinner and breakfast, private bath and public bath access. I believe if you enjoy drinking Sake you will love the bar
