I can not praise this wonderful family orientated Hotel highly enough. My son and I stayed just two nights on our short stopover in India after sightseeing in Delhi, Namaste Dwaar was a perfect antidote to city life. The staff made us feel part of the family from the moment we arrived, we could not have had a warmer welcome. The grounds are huge and beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and exquisitely decorated. We were fortunate enough to experience both the Premier Twin room and one of the Suites on the 3rd floor, both rooms were extremely comfortable, with extensive views of green farmland and the setting sun in the evening. The Suite, one of only 4, was quite frankly magnificent! We tried many of the activities on offer including a Tractor Ride into the sugar cane fields, star gazing (we actually saw the ring around Saturn) snooker 🎱 on a full size table, swimming, the library, a free consultation with the onsite Ayurvedic Doctor, Yoga, high Tea, spinning, pottery, cricket, crazy golf and walking in the beautiful wellness garden. There are countless eating options both inside and outside the hotel all offering a high standard of cuisine, affordable and delicious. We were lucky enough to meet Mr Arvind Rathi and his wife who own the property and whose vision has created this magical space for multi generational families to enjoy time together. It is clear that their warmth and hospitality is extended to all guests and the staff team to create an atmosphere of inclusivity and exceptionally high customer service. Amrin and Radhika on reception and Arvind who looks after the telescope amongst other duties went above and beyond to make our stay special, and our heartfelt thanks extend to staff who played cricket with my son and those who served us a wonderful breakfast. Great stay and definitely a good hotel if you’re visiting Agra and Taj. One feedback at check-in, I was asked TWICE by the front desk if I prefer to have a twin bed because I booked a king bed for 2 male adults. I told them I’m with my “partner”. They don’t seem to get that he’s my **************** and ASKED AGAIN. Not sure if there’s cultural nuance or outright discrimination — but given that this is a Marriott property with strong global LGBTQ+ inclusion agenda, I’m surprised why I had to be asked differently despite the bed preference stated in my confirmed booking.

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

I stayed at this hotel several times a few years ago and now decided to stay here. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, cosmetics are good. But that's what changed so that breakfast, basically no sausages and noodles, you can certainly ask omlet and pancakes or dos, but where is the usual food? Three times breakfast and only one day was of meat sausage, as well as beans, which were not in the other two days. Fruit cuts one person in such a volume that even at 7:30 a.m. there is not enough for 5-10 people who come to this time. At the same time, dinners are good, big choice and diversity. Adjust breakfast! Service at the same time in the restaurant is good!

I stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

Since it is located in the new city, it takes about 30 minutes to reach the Ganges River by rickshaw. Also, the shopping mall is conveniently close enough that you can walk there, but on the other hand, there aren't ***y fun things to do in the surrounding area (if you want to get away from that atmosphere ***** the Ganges River and take a break, the location is good) That's excellent). The service was also good, including extending the check-out time for free.

La Sarovar Lucknow is an excellent stay option with a prime location close to key attractions and transport. The hotel offers excellent hospitality, attentive staff, and prompt service that makes guests feel valued. Comfortable rooms, slightly dated but well maintained amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere ensure a memorable experience for both leisure and business travelers.
