The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. The view does not see the Kotor Bay but it is very clear to the Tivat airport and the Tivat Bay. There is also a port mountain gro view. There is a very clean air on the hill. People with a car may prefer. The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

The environment is excellent. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. I especially like their ”Do Not Disturb” policy. Even if you don't hang a ”Do Not Disturb” sign, they won't knock on the door to ask if you want to clean. They won't start cleaning until you leave. I particularly like this. There are hidden options for breakfast. You can ask the waiter for eggs Benedict. They are not available on the table outside. The hotel has its own small pier, which is convenient for heading out to sea. Go to the Blue Grotto and go directly. Although the hotel reservation is a bit expensive, you have to spend money for the convenience. There is also a resident performance every night, and the atmosphere is very high. This time I brought a group of friends to play freely. It’s really true to me. The hotel I stayed at was a small, cozy, and clean place by the sea. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. If I have the chance in the future, I would definitely stay here again!
