The hotel is service is good. They gave us a cake as it was our anniversary. Overall was good. Only 1 negative point. The room was supposed to be smoke free but we could smell even in the corridors second hand smoke. The room was really really thick with cigarette smoke smell in their carpets all the way to the bed sheets. But their room service was prompt to respond. Kudos. But the smell lingered. I suspect there are guests smoking on the non smoking floors. We can smell in through the ventilation system The hotel should seriously enforce their non smoking policy.

Front desk was super smelly , toilet smell.. with flies.. check in process was slow.. Swimming pool water was smelly and too much chlorine.. Breakfast was average, not tasty Kids bed was not cleaned properly, itchy.. toilet small and door was not done properly... View was good, deco room okay

Room is good beds are comfy and no complaints about service and other aspects of the hotel It is slightly aged and the surrounding roads may have some traffic, but if you’re looking for a place to stay to wake up and head to the Marriage Registration office, ITS RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD

I had a wonderful stay at Bangi Resort Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Mr. Aizat, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even upgraded my room from a Deluxe to a Premium room, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to the team for the complimentary birthday cake for my wife — it was a thoughtful surprise that made our celebration extra meaningful. Overall, great service, beautiful environment, and a memorable experience. Highly recommended! 🎉🏨✨

A very well maintained hotel. The amenities is pretty good with a nice gym and swimming pool. The hotel itself is link to the Sunway Pyramid Mall which offers great food variety, shopping and entertainment. The only con is the breakfast is a bit expensive for extra guest at RM120 per person. Perhaps a 50% discount for additional guest. Anyway they provide 2 breakfast for staying guest. And it's not a problem finding food there. The Gordon Ramsey restaurant is nice but the portion is noticeable smaller than Singapore. 😄 Overall a good stay can he expected.

I brought my mum to stay at Monkey Canopy Resort for a short getaway. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The weather was extremely hot, and the room felt like a sauna. The air-conditioning took a very long time to cool down, which made it uncomfortable to rest, especially for elderly guests. On top of that, the blanket provided in the room was dirty, which is unacceptable for a resort stay as cleanliness should be a basic standard. We had dinner at Sticks & Baron restaurant, and I’d like to compliment the staff there. The staff was friendly and thoughtful — she asked whether we were in-house guests, and after I confirmed, we were given an additional discount. That was good service. However, the experience at the go-kart counter at night (around 9pm) was very disappointing. The cashier did not ask whether we were in-house guests and directly charged us RM80 per person. Only after payment, she told us that the charge could not be voided. This resulted in us missing out on the in-house guest discount. This kind of mistake should not be borne by the customer. The staff should always check guest status before charging. This left us with a bad impression and affected our overall experience at the resort. Hope the management can improve on room cooling efficiency and staff training on proper procedures.

This is my first time staying at the One World Hotel, which is recommended by my friend. It’s a very grand and clean 5-Stars hotel, which is located away from the usual busy Bukit Bintang. The hotel is directly link to the 1-Utama shopping mall, which is very convenient if you need to buy or eat anything. Upon arrival, there is bellboy helped to load the luggage and placed aside till check-in. The service is fast and efficient. The check-in is hassle free. However, it is not for the check-out, as you need to join together in the same queue as those who check-in. There is no quick and fast self check-out. The room comes with two Queen beds, which is good and ideal for a family stay. It is clean and tidy. It also comes with some complimentary drinks, snacks and also bathtub which my kids love to bath in. For the breakfast, it is just located directly near the lift at a lower floor after the lobby. The spread is amazing, the quality of the food is great and it tastes really nice and delicious. One of the highlight is the prata, which is freshly made on the spot and it is crispy and tasty. Next is the pastry, especially the Pain au chocolat, the chocolate is so rich and creamy. Likewise for the buttery croissant. They do sell them in their bakery too. It is definitely a breakfast not to be missed! They have amazing swimming pools which has the normal usual one and another is for the kids to play in. The overall experience is great and we have a wonderful time staying in One World Hotel. We will definitely come back again next time. Thank you One World!

Had a wonderful stay at Espira Kinrara! The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of food and friendly service. We were lucky to get a room right in front of the kids’ pool, which was perfect for our family — the kids had a great time! The environment was clean, peaceful, and family-friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we’d definitely love to come back again!

It's decent. It's close to my company, and traffic isn't too bad. Rooms get booked up quickly, so you need to reserve in advance. I'd consider staying here again next time. The twin room was a good value. I recommend it. I stayed for two nights.
