IIrma ArryaniService is excellent, all the staff from reception to door man is very helpful, clean and spotless room, but the amenities is not too satisfying compare to other hotel with the same price
Location is perfect, near by gate 310 (men’s gate), and if you walk a little towards buggy cart to Quba, there are a lot of gift shops for shopping free with more affordable price than gift shops near Nabawi women’s gate
FFionaClarkeNo words are enough to describe this INCREDIBLE resort!
6star excellence in every way.
Huge thanks to George and all the team for their amazing hospitality and making this the most memorable and unforgettable experience!
Everything from your arrival to departure is luxury-the Rock Pool is one of the most amazing sights, the villa with pool was INSANE!
DDrubileeThe hotel is a relatively new one, with the rooms being exquisitely decorated and clean. Love the nude and calming colours used in the rooms. My stay was comfortable, and service was good. The hotel is just a stones throw away from Masjidil Nabawi, and it was convenient to be walking to the mosque for prayer which took less than 3 mins! Food was readily accessible with the many shops all around the hotel. I did find it odd that the hotel is advertised on trip with a no-child policy yet they told me that it was not true when I checked with the staff. I would have preferred it to be an adult only hotel since that was why I wanted to book anyway, because the room walls were quite thin, and we could hear kids screaming in the other rooms haha! But just small issue of course.
JJunshanruoshuiExcellent hotel.
Cleanliness: Spotless
Facilities: Top-notch
Ambiance: Quiet
Service: Warm and welcoming
I'm incredibly grateful to the hotel staff! I accidentally left my backpack in the room during a room change. After contacting the front desk, they quickly retrieved it for me. My passport, bank cards, and US dollar cash were all inside, and everything was returned to me exactly as I left it! A huge thank you to the hotel staff!
GGuest UserA really close hotel to masjidil nabawi, only takes 2-3 minutes to reach there. The room was decently sized yet equipped with comfortable stuff. The breakfast menu was also good but a bit boring, they cooked the same menu for certain meals every day. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
AarsheelFor what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it.
Jjesputri25I had high expectations for Habitas, especially considering the price point, but unfortunately the service did not live up to it.
First, communication was a recurring issue. Several staff members, particularly at the reception, were not fluent in English, which led to multiple instances of miscommunication and incorrect information. For a property that caters to international guests, it is essential to have front desk staff who can communicate clearly and confidently in English.
The experience at Tama Restaurant was even more disappointing. One of the male staff members was noticeably rude. We were presented with the bill even though we had not requested it, which felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Additionally, when my friend, who had just finished swimming, was told she could not sit because she was wet, no alternative solution was offered. No bathrobe, no towel, no assistance. She was effectively expected to stand while eating. When this was raised, there was no apology or sense of accountability.
For the price charged, the level of service falls significantly short. Compared to other luxury properties such as Banyan Tree, where the staff are consistently warm and attentive, the difference in hospitality is very noticeable.
Habitas has beautiful surroundings, but service is what defines a true luxury experience. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during our stay.
GGuest UserI am very satisfied with my stay at Jayden Hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Al Haram and one of the closest hotels to Rawdah. Because of this, I was able to go for all five daily prayers easily.
The reception staff, especially Masara, was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The bellboy, Nazmul, and the rest of the staff were also kind and very helpful throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Madinah.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Madinah by IHG Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is exceptionally well-located, just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made it incredibly convenient for prayers, especially during this blessed time.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful environment to relax after long days. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, respectful, and perfectly suited for visitors coming for spiritual purposes.
A special thanks to Mr. Omar Mohsen, Duty Manager, and Mohammed Ziyard Firzan from the Food & Beverage team. Their service was of the highest standard — both are true assets to the IHG group. They were extremely respectful, well-spoken, and highly professional, delivering top-level customer service that truly enhanced my stay.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. The staff in general were welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah and look forward to staying here again in the future, inshaAllah.
AAyah.rbI had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the overall stay very relaxing.
One of the biggest advantages is its location—it’s conveniently close to the airport and the Haramain High-Speed Railway station, which makes travel and transfers extremely easy. It’s also directly connected to a shopping mall, which is a great added convenience.
While it’s not right next to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, it’s about a 15-minute drive, and the hotel provides shuttle service that makes getting there quite easy.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is calm and بعيد from the busy central area, which is perfect if you’re looking for a more peaceful stay.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended, especially for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and easy access to transportation.
