Sirinati Ban Thung Samo Khao Kho-Adults Only

There's nothing much to see in Phetchabun itself, but this hotel seems to have made a really unexpected discovery. I was very satisfied with the bedding, bathroom and bathtub, and I had a comfortable day.

Booked this with 2 friends together as we are on a road trip stayed here for 1 night only. The location of this hotel is only 17 mins away from Wat Phrathat Pha Sorn Kaew Therefore the price was very good for a night stay. As this area is in the mid mountain you will wake up with fresh air and beautiful views of greenery. Room is really spacious it would be even better if the interior deco is given a slightly modern touch while retaining its identity as the moment stepping into the room you will feel that you are back to 70’s Toilet amenities is basic ... no bed room slippers ready unless you request Oh and also you have to pay for utensils if you not not using in room dining service Lucky for us their set meal for dinner is superbly affordable for 3 course.
Pino Latte Resort and Hotel

3rd time here ever since it opened around 2015. Only 5 exclusive units that looked onto the twin ridges of the fog shrouded mountains in the national park. A lot has changed over the years. The stylish café above has now expanded. There is now a restaurant block cast in glass and a new hotel rendered in grey like a Star Trek Borg Cube is now under construction by this same establishment. There is also now a parking lot and still, all these developments are not able to cope with the marauding horde of weekend and holiday crowds. This mountain where Pino Latte stands had gain popularity at an exponential rate. With popularity then comes unrestrained developments by other investors. There are multiple resorts encroaching on this once desolated mountain. There is one big Chinese restaurant further up the narrow road. I used to gaze out from behind our unit in Pino Latte back in 2015. It was only pleasant green and the two futuristic star-dock structures of the café above. Now as I gazed the surrounding, it is a chaotic clutter of property un-synch with the once mystical avant-garde vibes which the lone Pino Latte used to offer. I still like Pino Latte even though the price for a night’s stay is rather extravagant. On the right day with the right combination of climatic events, misty fog mask out the new eyesores that were constructed in recent years. And rooms are well maintained, they did not deteriorate too much in this humid environment from the first 2 times I was here. Breakfast is now served in the restaurant block instead of the common café where public guest aplenty. Ala-carte styled, perfect scrambled eggs and grilled asparagus I had. We also had the boiled rice which was served centerstage in a large dim sum bamboo basket surrounded by an assortment of condiments. The food layout was certainly trendy. All good things said, the noncontrollable factor of stampeding weekend crowds plus the excessive destruction of surrounding nature probably means this is the last time I am going to be here. This region has lost her magical touch. I wish we can turn back the clock, but we know we can’t.
A Day in Phetchabun

Going during high season? The price is therefore a bit expensive, more than 900 baht/room. Book a total of 6 rooms. Forced to reserve a single bed. But we want a double bed Must add another 330 baht per room. In conclusion, the room price is almost 1,200 baht. The room is really spacious, clean, but old. The lobby doesn't work. The living room is very narrow. I asked to borrow a glass, and the employee told me to use the things in the room. There were already 2 glasses. I had to complain a bit, so I went to get the back one for you. If not necessary, will not reserve again. Sorry to be blunt, but the food is good. Fresh coffee is also available. For foodies, it's considered good.

The room decoration is well done. You can lie down and admire the view of the mountains and trees. The smart TV has a large screen, perfect for lying down and relaxing. The room I got when I arrived was very good. I have a lot of ant problems. Causing you to change to another room. Which looked a bit older and the bathroom smelled. Breakfast may not be diverse. because it is arranged appropriately for the number of rooms Good service staff

Although it is not at the top of Khao Kho, the view was really pretty where the owners didn't turn it into an extremely commerical area, there were still more greens than building. However, if it does rain at night, you are in for a challenge; keep the kamikaze light flies from entering your room (trust me - they infested everything in the room, including the bed!!!) A simple & fast hack is to lay toilet paper to block all the entry areas (eg: window & sliding door openings, any loopholes that was caused by wear & tear) & turn off all the lights when you sleep. The night flies will kamikaze themselves outside anyways.
The D257 Hotel

A 5-story hotel near the Pecharat intersection in the city of Pechabuon. It seems that the day is still shallow from the opening, and the interior and guest rooms of the modern living feeling are clean and comfortable. In the guest room, the bedroom and the shower room are made of a see-through partition structure by a large plate glass, and the large screen liquid crystal TV and the refrigerator to the closet are a continuous built-in form Both functionality and design are compatible. In addition, the owner's commitment can be felt in that the wooden panel is effectively used to create a calm atmosphere in that it has warmth. The switch and power outlet of the room lighting are arranged near the bed, and the convenience is considered. It is convenient to move around the city while it is near the main road, and it is convenient to move around the city, and it is also possible to win a high evaluation on the hotel reservation site.

It is not normal for me to book an adult only hotel but when I seen this one I thought I would give it a try to see if it made our stay any better, not that I dislike kids but they can make a relaxing break miserable for other people especially if the parents have no control or no interest about how there kids are behaving. We stayed at this hotel for two nights and both mornings when we went to breakfast there were kids running around the buffet the first day they were a little older and well behaved but the second day they had two under 6 who the parents had no control over at all running in and out through the tables almost causing an accident with a boiling kettle. It appears that although its falsely advertised as adults only on all the major hotel websites that its up to the management if they accept children or not.The resort itself is beautifully placed with magnificent views and pleasant gardens the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and nice linen the bathroom is huge and the towels are luxurious and anyone who likes mirrors this is the place for you beautiful big mirrors. There maintenance team needs to get there act together with the paint splashes around the room and the shower head and toilet seat being loose and an even more important one the boards that have been replaced on the walkway outside the rooms two that I seen in the section I was in stood 1” proud of the rest making them a trip risk. The breakfast buffet is good with a good selection of Euro and Thai food and a good selection of teas and coffees to me well worth the money, I would recommend the freshly made omelette. One very important point to make is that if you have any mobility problems this may not be the place for you as there are stairs everywhere even when they take you to your room in a shuttle bus or you telephone them to collect you which they do with no problem you still have to climb about 15 stairs to get to the pickup point. Normally at this point in my reviews I give my overall opinion this time is different so all I will say is that remember that its on the side of a mountain and there is a LOT of stairs if you’re fit enough then overall it’s a great hotel with good service and friendly staff.Note; you will need your own transport to get around this area.
