The hotel is located a few kilometres from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, near Renhe metro station. The room is large, clean and well equipped The hotel offers a free airport pickup and drop-off service. Unfortunately, it took around 2 hours from exiting the airport to reaching the hotel because the shuttle was extremely full on that day, but the hotel kindly and proactively offered a discount on the stay for the inconvenience caused. The airport drop-off service is hourly and pre-arranged with the front desk staff, who were very helpful. Overall, this was a pleasant stay despite the delays with airport pickup.

Read the rave about this hotel and having stayed here ourselves, we totally understand why. Firstly, the location is superb with the Beijing Pedestrian street and TeeMall literally just at its door step. Next, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We have booked 2 rooms and they have proactively allocated us on the same floor. The rooms were clean and the room size is comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel provided free laundry (self-service) which is a plus for us as we were in Guangzhou for 10days. Breakfast is just so-so, can give it a miss and enjoy nicer food nearby. Overall, highly recommended and we will certainly choose the hotel again when we are back.

This hotel is directly operated by Baiyun Airport, offering high quality, cleanliness, and no unpleasant odors. It's very close to the airport and provides a dedicated shuttle service, wake-up calls, and breakfast. The front desk staff and service team were very attentive and deserve praise. The surrounding environment is tidy, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's perfect for travelers catching a flight. I will definitely book again.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Excellent stay! The facilities are great and the location is super convenient, whether you're exploring Zhuhai or Macau. The butler upgraded our room and even gave us a small gift. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time. We also received a welcome fruit platter, which was a lovely touch!

My stay at Xinuo Light Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The overall decor is simple and clean, and the room had excellent natural light. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high-quality. The hot water supply was stable, no sudden temperature changes. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they responded quickly to any requests. The public areas were tidy and quiet, and the location was convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. It offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice for business trips or short stays. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

This is my second time visiting Chimelong Zhuhai, and since my main purpose this trip was to see the killer whales at the Spaceship Park, I booked a stay at the Spaceship Hotel. Overall, it's not the most impressive hotel in the Chimelong series, but it still maintains the standard quality you'd expect from Chimelong. Room Facilities: The front desk upgraded us to a Moon Exploration King Room. The room size was moderate, perhaps a bit smaller than the room we stayed in at Chimelong Qingyuan, but overall, it was comfortable. The facilities looked well-maintained and new, with vibrant colors that are kid-friendly. Value for Money: The package deal (scenic spot + hotel) was slightly more expensive than at Chimelong Qingyuan, but the price felt acceptable, especially considering the excellent tourist facilities and service quality at Chimelong. Breakfast: My expectations were high, but I was a little disappointed. Perhaps the breakfast variety at the Chimelong Qingyuan hotel was just too extensive, as the selection here at the Spaceship Hotel felt somewhat limited. However, the quality of the breakfast was still very good. Wi-Fi: Fast and stable signal. Bed: Neither too soft nor too hard, very comfortable. Restaurant: We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the top floor, and it was a great experience, much better than at Chimelong Qingyuan, and the service quality was also superior. Cleanliness: Exceeded expectations; it was extremely clean and tidy. Parking: You can park directly in the underground parking lot. During the off-peak season, there were plenty of available spaces. Room View: From the room, you can directly see the roof of the Spaceship Park, offering an expansive view. Location and Transportation: This is something Chimelong excels at; each park is tightly integrated with its respective hotel. You can access the park directly from the hotel by just going downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. Service: Overall good, though the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming; they seemed a bit stone-faced. Swimming Pool: There's an infinity pool on the top floor which looked nice, though it's a bit small. Guests can use it for free. Gym: Well-equipped and very functional, but it seems to close at 9:30 PM.

Disadvantages: 1. Service needs improvement. We booked a twin room with friends for the May Day holiday. We booked in advance for the holiday, and the hotel confirmed the reservation. However, check-in took a long time; the staff said they needed to clean the rooms. We arrived at the hotel around 1 or 2 pm, and I've never encountered such a slow check-in process. But considering it was a holiday, it was understandable. The hotel front desk didn't provide a clear solution for the long wait. 2. Poor soundproofing; we could hear people talking in the hallway from the room. 3. No wardrobe; limited space for drying clothes next to the sink. Advantages: 1. New facilities; the toilet has a separate wet and dry area. 2. There is a laundry room and ironing facilities. 3. A clothesline for hanging wet clothes is located in the toilet.

Our stay in the Zhuhai Xiangwang Luxuary Twin Room was absolutely fantastic! The light luxury minimalist design made the space bright and spacious. The two 1.5-meter beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pressure-relieving mattresses were a dream. The dual vanity design was a thoughtful touch, perfect for multiple people getting ready without waiting. Smart devices were plentiful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. The location is superb, close to Gongbei Port and shopping areas, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. The hotel's 6th floor features a kids' play area, a restaurant, and a gym! The amenities are comprehensive, the staff are warm and attentive, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

If you're visiting Shiqi, Zhongshan, this hotel has a great location. You can walk to all the nearby eateries. The front desk service was excellent; we arrived early and weren't sure if we could check in, but they handled it smoothly. We were very happy with the room. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends for their next visit.
