This stay was absolutely perfect! The receptionist, Xiao Fu, was incredibly attentive. He proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly checked me in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a clean and refreshing separate shower and toilet. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. He even inquired about my stay upon check-out. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. A five-star experience! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the Zigong High Speed Train Station. Although it is far from the downtown of Zigong City, the Zigong High Speed Train Station has buses to the city and many attractions. I walked to the Zigong High Speed Train Station for a few minutes, the Xianshi Old Town for about 20 minutes and the Zigong Lantern and Light World for about an hour. People can get a taxi at the hotel easily. The hotel provides free pickup and drop off services for the Zigong High Speed Train Station for free . The hotel workers are friendly and helpful. Ms. Peng is helpful. She helped me contacting my next hotel, and following up to confirm the pickup service of the next hotel. The hotel email was also responsive and prompt. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Chengdu this time was absolutely wonderful. The service was warm and attentive; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was very polite. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and any requests were promptly addressed, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding and a fresh, odor-free bathroom. The attention to detail in maintenance was excellent, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant stay. The view from the room was spectacular, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Jinjiang River and the Anshun Bridge. During the day, I enjoyed the flowing river, and at night, the dazzling city lights – simply breathtaking. The hotel's location is also superb, making getting around very convenient. Overall, the quality is top-notch, making it a prime choice for accommodation in Chengdu. I will definitely choose to stay here again!

1. I hesitated between Wanda and this hotel. After checking in, I felt that this hotel was the first choice for Neijiang. It was relatively quiet. Wanda was close to the business district and felt a bit noisy. This room can see the night view of Tuojiang River. There is a pier downstairs to take a boat to Dongmen Old Street on the other side, although I didn't go there. 2. The swimming pool is open. We stayed at the CD Yuenchi hotel for two nights in February. We arrived much earlier than our check-in time, but the staff – including Cong Li and Maoli Ran – was very accommodating as they revealed our room was indeed ready. Its location is wonderful, with the hotel blending harmoniously into the artful and historical qingyang district just a few steps away from the monastery. The main courtyard of the hotel is beautiful. With outdoor tables available at morning, afternoon, and night. On one day during our stay there was a wedding with a vibrant, elaborate display. We were welcome to watch and witness the festivities. Among other spaces, the venue includes a coffee shop, Michelin restaurant, performance, venue, gym, and spa. While we weren’t able to take advantage of all the facilities, we did enjoy a cocktail at the hotel whiskey bar which was sophisticated in design, sultry in atmosphere, and staffed by talented mixologists. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and highly recommend the zhongshui dumplings We weren’t able to see a traditional performance at the hotel – we had seen another elsewhere in chengdu earlier that evening – but we looked in on the performance at the hotel and it appeared to feature a higher production value and more talented performers than the other performance we had seen earlier. Our stay was great. The room was eloquent and traditional in design with modern amenities. Our lodging came with a balcony that provided a serene look over an outdoor walkway. The toilet had a seat warmer and other advanced technology. All in all, it was a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was accommodating, the location ideal, the design beautiful, and various amenities and facilities enjoyable.

There are plenty of activities for kids. The water park and the large lawn were great fun, and the hotel also had many activities. The limbo game at the bar in the evening was very lively, and the fireworks show at night was beautiful. I'd love to come back again. The butler also responded quickly on WeChat. Thanks to our ClubMed GRO, Ivy, who helped us get three new wristbands when we checked out but wanted to go back to the lawn to play. The only downside was the buffet dinner. I absolutely have to give this hotel a great review! The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. The service was excellent, and they even included breakfast with a wide variety of options. We extended our stay for half a day until 6 PM, and they kindly let us stay until 6:30 PM. It's these little details that made our stay so comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is really great! The front desk staff was so welcoming during check-in, and Lily even thoughtfully provided a hotel guide. We arrived a bit late and hadn't had dinner, so Lily helped us order some late-night snacks, which were absolutely delicious! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the room even came with a humidifier. The soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet stay. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. We had a comfortable stay, and the room was clean with no strange odors. Highly recommend!~~~
