If my expectations were an 8, then the reality was a perfect 10! The front desk manager who checked us in was incredibly enthusiastic. They went above and beyond, helping us with things like delivering milk tea, explaining local attractions, and even replacing our binoculars. The hotel must have been recently renovated. While the cabinets in the room definitely have a retro feel, it was impeccably clean, and the slippers were super comfortable – great attention to detail. And the view? Absolutely spectacular! It was maximized to the fullest!

For 70 yuan, you can't find a single fault with this hotel. I stayed for three consecutive days, and every morning after I left, the cleaning staff tidied up the room and replenished the mineral water. I slept soundly and went out to explore again the next day. For a solo traveler, the value for money is absolutely unbeatable.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

This hotel is located very close to the Middle Street Grand Marshal's Mansion, which is a fantastic location. The design is also very nice. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. The complimentary bottled water in the room is unlimited, which is a great touch! The TV's screen mirroring feature was very convenient to use, and my kids had a blast with it. The best part, though, is the free underground parking. Being able to park for free in a bustling area like Middle Street saved us a ton of money, and it felt very secure. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money, with excellent service and a great atmosphere. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! This is a designer hotel, definitely from the master's pen. I don't know if the Achilles and Achilles are a design team. The hotel is good everywhere. This service is difficult to say. Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store. From check-in to check-out, I felt respected and cared for the entire time. The hotel boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms, but Alisa's service was truly the biggest highlight. She exemplified Hilton's hospitality with her professionalism and sincerity, making my trip to Shenyang exceptionally pleasant. On New Year's Eve, December 31st, compared to other hotels that were drastically raising their prices, this hotel was very affordable and offered great value for money. The staff were all excellent. Definitely worth every penny! Thumbs up!

The front desk staff are all warm, polite, and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. I'll definitely be recommending this place to any friends or family visiting Shenyang in the future.
