The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of three adults. The room itself was spacious, bright, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly thoughtful! The dining table, which also served as a desk, was very practical. Having a Siemens washer-dryer combo, microwave, and a full set of tableware made our stay incredibly convenient. With a supermarket just downstairs where we could easily pick up laundry detergent, doing laundry daily was a breeze. The hotel's amenities, including the swimming pool, billiards room, and gym, were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious Japanese cuisine at the restaurant. The subway station is conveniently located right outside to the right, and a ten-minute walk straight ahead takes you to the scenic Donggang Fountain by the sea. Our few days of vacation here were truly relaxing and enjoyable. Dalian is a truly wonderful city, and the Donggang area is particularly pleasant. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Thank you!

As soon as I entered the hotel, the handsome concierge helped me carry my luggage, showed me the way enthusiastically, and told me where to eat and where to have fun. It felt like an old friend who hadn't seen me for many years. The check-in at the front desk was also very smooth, and they helped me arrange a quiet non-smoking room. It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great. The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

I'm a local from Shenyang, and for Qixi Festival, I wanted to try something different. This time, I booked a Horizon Club Garden View Room at Shangri-La. The view was fantastic, and in the evening, I could even take a stroll in Youth Park downstairs. The hotel's location is excellent; it connects directly to Kerry Centre Shopping Mall and MixC City underground, making shopping 🛍️ and dining incredibly convenient. **Ambiance:** Shangri-La has a classic, slightly dated feel in its traditional Chinese decor, but it still exudes a stately and comfortable elegance. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean and tidy. I didn't find any neglected spots in the room. **Facilities:** While the in-room facilities are a bit dated, the bedding, in particular, was uncomfortable for me. The standard pillows were very soft, and the mattress was also quite soft, which didn't provide enough support for a comfortable sleep. This can be easily resolved by requesting latex or buckwheat pillows from the front desk, or asking to remove the feather topper from the mattress. (I personally prefer a combination of firm and soft elements for bedding.) Overall, it was acceptable. The hotel's swimming pool is heated. I had researched it before checking in, so I brought my swimsuit. It wasn't crowded, the water was very clean, and the lifeguard was constantly by the poolside, very dedicated. My partner and I swam 30 laps on the day we checked in – it was fantastic. **Service:** The service was incredibly attentive. I arrived before 1 PM, and since there was a vacant room, they arranged for me to check in immediately. Although it was a connecting room, it was very quiet at night and didn't disturb my sleep. However, if available, I would still try to avoid connecting rooms. Since I booked an executive floor room, I had access to the 30th-floor executive lounge. I'm not an elite member, but the overall service and hospitality were excellent and thoughtful. They offer soft drinks and snacks throughout the day. The afternoon tea is simple, with soft drinks and some light bites, but sitting by the window on the 30th floor with its expansive view and relaxing is a truly pleasant experience. The evening Happy Hour can also be quite satisfying if your expectations aren't too high, offering hot and cold dishes, along with alcoholic beverages. Now for the highlight: the Horizon Club breakfast was truly something to look forward to! The à la carte menu offered high-quality dishes, and as a foodie, I was absolutely delighted. It's more distinctive than a standard five-star breakfast. I would definitely return just for this breakfast!

Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life. **Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.) **First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.) Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once: * **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite. * **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that. * **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway! * **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation. * **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

Went to Dalian with friends and checked out all the five-star hotels there. We finally settled on the Shangri-La and were very satisfied. We had booked two rooms beforehand because we wanted to see them before deciding which one to stay in. Yilia assisted us, explaining the differences between the rooms and showing them to us. We ultimately chose the Deluxe Twin Room, and all our requests were met. The floor was great, and the view was excellent. They even knew it was my birthday and decorated the room for me, sending a cake and red wine. A big thank you to the lovely Yilia! As for the hotel itself, as a well-established five-star hotel, the Shangri-La truly lives up to its reputation in terms of decor, facilities, location, and service – all five-star quality. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Dalian.

She was incredibly proactive and went above and beyond to assist with our requests, truly showcasing the exceptional service and heartwarming hospitality synonymous with the Four Seasons brand. * **Comfortable & Inviting Rooms:** We stayed in a city view room, and upon entering, we were immediately captivated by the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The view outside was breathtaking, and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from bed was incredibly romantic. The room's layout was thoughtfully designed, with separate and undisturbed areas for relaxation and work. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, feeling like sleeping on clouds. The bathroom boasted elegant, high-end Kohler fixtures, and the luxury toiletries had a distinctive, delightful scent. Every detail truly exuded quality. * **Rich & Delicious Dining:** The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. It included delectable sea urchin wontons, flaky croissants, a wide array of fresh fruits, and freshly brewed coffee – the perfect start to an energetic day. * **Prime Location:** The hotel boasts an excellent location in the Donggang Business District, with numerous attractions nearby. We could easily walk to the East Harbor Venetian Water Town to soak in its unique atmosphere. It's also very close to the Donggang Musical Fountain, and watching the vibrant and spectacular fountain show at night was truly mesmerizing. Getting around was incredibly convenient too, with a nearby subway station providing easy access to all the sights. From its impeccable service and rooms to its exceptional dining and facilities, the Four Seasons Dalian truly stands out. Without a doubt, we'll be choosing to stay here again on our next trip to Dalian!

first! Full marks for service go to all the staff, especially the two pretty ladies at the front desk, who were warm and thoughtful! However, other parts of the hotel are indeed more or less insufficient because it has just opened. The first is that the room smells a bit strong, which is inevitable as a new hotel has just opened, but the hotel should take some corresponding measures, such as providing fragrance for customers in need. Currently, the room only relies on a small purifier to relieve physical discomfort; secondly, the refrigerator in the room does not cool but heats, and the yogurt I bought became warm after being left overnight, which is very puzzling; thirdly, the room price is not very different from that of Shenyang New World, but the richness of breakfast categories is quite different. Although the meal standards are different, as a newly opened benchmark hotel in Jinzhou, the quality of breakfast should be appropriately improved. The main reason for coming here is that the hotel is five-star and the conditions are quite good. There are two other reasons, one is the hot springs and the other is to see the sea. The biggest surprise during my stay at this hotel was the city night view! Facing Youth Street, and located at its very end, I had a panoramic view of the entire street – absolutely stunning! Plus, Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, arranged a suite on the highest floor for me! She proactively checked in on my experience throughout my stay and helped me with various procedures and coordination at the hotel, something I haven't encountered elsewhere! Definitely five-star praise! The hotel also has a pool and a gym, which is great. The location is superb. It's a 15-minute taxi ride to Zhongjie and 28 minutes to Shenyang Station, both very convenient. Shenyang is really nice; you can take a high-speed train for half an hour to Benxi to try their specialty dried tofu skin, which is excellent.

This stay at Conrad Shenyang with my friend completely exceeded our expectations! I especially want to commend the housekeeper – she'd always knock softly and quietly, and proactively ask if we needed more bottled water or toiletries. She was incredibly meticulous when tidying the room; she even gently placed my earphones, which I'd left casually on the nightstand, onto the desktop tray. So thoughtful! The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable: the desk and vanity were spotless, the bathroom counter and mirror had not a single water stain, and the bedding was perfectly smooth and soft. Even tiny crumbs in the sofa crevices had been cleaned away. The moment we walked into the room, it felt fresh and reassuring. Overall, from the detailed service to the immaculate cleanliness, we both had a wonderfully comfortable stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Shenyang!
