As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There were no strange odors in the room, the carpet was dry, and the sheets were pristine white and wrinkle-free. The bathroom had excellent separation of wet and dry areas, and water stains were promptly cleaned. You can really tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into its cleaning and disinfection, which made for a very reassuring stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, very clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent, always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious and bright, with an elegant environment, offering a garden-style accommodation experience. Highly recommended.

I arrived quite late, but the front desk service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and asked if I wanted a late-night snack – the fermented glutinous rice balls were absolutely delicious! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was a bathtub. I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the White House. Just exit the elevator, turn right, and walk about 200-300 meters, and you're at Exit B of Songhua Road subway station, which is quite convenient. It's also only two stops from Qianling Park. The snacks near Qianling Park are a bit cheaper than those in Huaguoyuan. This hotel has an excellent location; you can book it without hesitation!

Came to Wanfenglin with my family and chose this incredibly beautiful guesthouse. We picked a second-floor room with a balcony, and the views from the bed were stunning. The bedding was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. The warm lighting in the room was a thoughtful touch, not harsh on the eyes. The room was clean and odor-free, and outside the window, there were endless green mountains. Opening the window, I felt like I could breathe so much easier. In the afternoon, we went to their backyard area to enjoy the scenery and swim – every photo turned out amazing. During the day, we chatted in the room and admired the mountain views, and in the evening, we enjoyed the breeze on the balcony while talking with family. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helped us plan our travel routes perfectly. This will definitely be our first choice when we visit Wanfenglin again!

Traveling with family, the guesthouse is located not far from the main gate of the village, which is also the starting point for exploring the village. It's especially beautiful at night when the lights are on. Outside the village gate is a square, and you can even watch performances from the guesthouse upstairs, perfect if you want to avoid the crowds. There's a small river in front, and the flowers in the courtyard are exceptionally vibrant. The owner also has an adorable 8-month-old dog. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the owner is incredibly kind, offering tips on what to do and recommending great food. We had a wonderful trip overall.

From our first day in Luanxii, 小夢picked us up from the viewing platform. She meticulously took care of everything for us and also introduced us to the unique attractions of the Miao village. The most delightful thing was that she suggested and helped us arrange a photography session. She also helped us with our laundry and organized our clothes. On our last night at the hotel, she helped arranged luggage shipping and a chartered car to Kaili to catch the high-speed train. This made our hotel stay a very pleasant experience. We are very grateful to 小夢。We found staff members in this hotel very kind and friendly to the guests. I remember every morning at breakfast, a male staff member was always sincere and kind, and always very concerned about our needs. We are also very grateful to him. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

From my room, I could see Zhusheng Bridge and the Qinglong Cave ancient building complex. The rooftop cafe offers a beautiful night view, which is a big plus. The hotel 'housekeeper' (concierge/manager) was a very kind lady.

Worried about where to stay in Libo, I kept seeing old hotels until I finally stumbled upon this hidden gem on Trip.com after countless searches. There was only one review when I booked, so I was a bit hesitant, but I was beyond satisfied once I checked in. The hotel is super new, and I wondered why such a great place had so few reviews. I found out they had just been listed on Trip.com. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures – my photography skills don't do the room's beauty justice! From the moment I booked, someone thoughtfully asked about our high-speed train tickets to arrange a pick-up. At the station, the young man eagerly helped us with our heavy luggage. Everything felt so warm and welcoming. I'm willing to spend time writing an honest review so more tourists can see this amazing hotel and help those who are undecided. Haha! I love staying in new hotels, and the overall experience truly makes it the top choice for a trip to Libo. We stayed in a room type that's unique to the entire hotel. Compared to other hotels near or within the scenic area, the price is genuinely not expensive at all, considering the room is large, new, and you can see the distant mountains from your bed, watching the clouds change. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk to the East Gate of the scenic area, and you can even see the scenic area's ticket office from your bed. Transportation is convenient right outside, and amenities are all around. It's not noisy at all; I usually have trouble sleeping, but whether it was the comfortable bedding or the super quiet environment, I slept soundly until morning. The lobby design is simple yet grand, with an elegant style – I particularly loved it; it felt soothing and relaxing the moment I walked in. The room was meticulously clean, with attention to every detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making sleep especially restful. It's worth mentioning the staff's thoughtful and proper service, with gentle and polite attitudes. Especially the manager – I've never seen a hotel professional so passionate about their job. They were full of energy throughout, incredibly patient at all times. The check-in process was smooth, and they even gave us directions, making our travels convenient and saving us a lot of time. On the day we left, May 3rd, it was raining heavily, and we had a lot of luggage. Several staff members at the front desk, without umbrellas themselves, braved the rain to help us load our luggage into the car and took us to the high-speed train station. At the station, the manager asked me to help my elderly mother while they again braved the rain to move our luggage to a sheltered spot right at the station entrance, ready for boarding. It was so heartwarming! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Every young lady at reception was meticulous and promptly responded to any needs, making us feel respected and warm. The young lady who helped us check in on the first day was also super nice; I loved interacting with her. I mentioned wanting to see other room types, and she enthusiastically showed us two other Loft styles. Next time, if we're with more people, I can bring my family to stay. One of them even had a small pavilion on the top, perfect for having tea, very comfortable. I didn't see her on checkout day and wanted to say goodbye. Thumbs up to the welcoming staff and the children at the restaurant – their service was absolutely fantastic, super enthusiastic. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with complete and practical facilities, embodying both quality and warmth. I hope they'll have long-stay packages so I can come back for an extended period during the off-season. One ticket allows free entry for seven days – so worth it for just over a hundred yuan! The scenic area staff were also super enthusiastic, patiently explaining routes when we were unsure. Even during the busy May Day holiday, they patiently explained everything, making the experience excellent. Vehicle management was orderly; there was no traffic at all. We went to the East Gate on May 1st and 2nd at noon, and there was hardly any queue. I'm writing this on the high-speed train and at the station. It's worth noting that every platform at Libo High-Speed Train Station has scenic elevators, which is another bonus point, making it friendly for large luggage, seniors, and children. Okay, I won't write any more. In short, for my first time in Libo, both the hotel and the scenic area service were superb. I'll definitely come again if I have time. Wishing Libo Xiaoqikong Scenic Area all the best, the hotel thriving business, and the front desk ladies becoming even more beautiful, hahaha!

Facilities: The facilities are pretty good, but some things aren't very practical, like the lighting being too dim and the light switches not being well-placed. Environment: The design is beautiful; the old house renovation is very tastefully done. The room style is minimalist yet well-designed. Cleanliness: There were some cleanliness issues; the blanket had some stains. Service: The housekeeper contacted us in advance and recommended some good local restaurants. However, they might be short-staffed as the front desk was often unattended. One issue was that the room was very large, but there was heavy rain that night, and the toilet leaked. It's an old house, so it's understandable, but it still needs to be repaired promptly.

I chose Gui Lai Xi based on the ratings, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's design is innovative, with a white aesthetic that feels particularly warm and stylish. It has a wonderful ambiance and atmosphere, especially since you can see Zhusheng Bridge and Qinglong Cave from the room windows. Facing the bustling crowds outside, it’s quite a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's close to the riverbank, the ancient alleys, and the intangible cultural heritage food street. Zhenyuan's nightlife is beautiful, and it's most enchanting when the lights first come on in the evening. Standing on the hotel's rooftop terrace at that time, you truly see a river of lights and a city full of tenderness. What's more, the hotel owner is incredibly nice. When we couldn't get a taxi on our departure day, the hotel helped us call one. Because the small town's alleys were under renovation and the taxi was momentarily stuck, the owner personally drove us on an electric scooter to meet the taxi, ensuring we arrived at the bus station smoothly. In short, Zhenyuan is a place I'd definitely visit again, offering beautiful scenery, delicious food, and wonderful accommodation.
