Excellent
GGuest UserI stayed here once for a business trip, and at that time, the room had cleanliness issues and mosquitoes. The hotel proactively contacted me to apologize and promised to improve room hygiene and mosquito control procedures.
This time, my girlfriend visited Wanfenglin, and I booked a king room for her again. I didn't go myself, but my girlfriend was very satisfied. She reported that the room's cleanliness was excellent, and there were no mosquito problems. The staff were as warm and attentive as ever. Although this courtyard view room is on the first floor, the view is superb. However, if privacy is a major concern, I wouldn't recommend it, as there's no private balcony.
It's clear that the hotel genuinely listens to guest feedback and has made real improvements to the details. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Wanfenglin.

Perfect
GGuest UserI held off on writing this review because I was so incredibly satisfied! So, so satisfied!
This was my second trip to Xingyi, and I convinced my international friends to choose Wanfenglin over Yangshuo. This hotel made our trip perfect from start to finish.
The staff were all efficient, warm, and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was arranging a car rental, sending a package, or doing laundry. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and on warm evenings, they even offered iced mung bean porridge. When we left, they gave us a gift of colorful rice, which was such a touching gesture!
The room was clean and tidy, with a convenient wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Before bed, I even did some stretches following along on the large TV. And the stunning view from the window? That goes without saying! Don't forget to wear something nice and head up to the rooftop for some beautiful photos. The village is very quiet at night, so you don't need to worry about noise. Rent a bicycle and you can get to the Lower Nahui market in just 10 minutes. In the early morning or evening, take a stroll down to the boardwalk to see the dam and the large waterwheel, then wander through the fields – it's incredibly pleasant!
Thank you, ladies! I hope to see you again soon!

Outstanding
GGuest UserThis hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of privacy and service. Our dedicated butler had already contacted us to arrange everything before we even arrived. By the time we checked in, they had already booked our tickets, reserved our spot at Shuiliandong, and made dinner reservations. Our room had a private hot tub, and we could watch little squirrels跳 around in the trees outside our window. During the day, when the crowds were out, we stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the complimentary batik workshop and the hot springs. This was a perfect way to avoid the bustling crowds at Huangguoshu Waterfall during the holiday. By using the hotel's private access in the early mornings and evenings, we were able to experience the beautiful Huangguoshu Waterfall with fewer people, even during the May Day holiday.
LLvxiaokeThe hotel was new and very clean! The staff were friendly! I specifically noted that I wanted a non-smoking room when I booked! When I checked in at the front desk, I again specifically told them I wanted a non-smoking room, without any smell of smoke. It was like I said nothing at all. If your hotel really can't make it non-smoking, could you at least separate the non-smoking rooms from the smoking rooms? In the end, I had no choice but to sleep with the air conditioning on and the window open all night, which was slightly better than keeping the window closed. It rained and was very humid that night, so I didn't sleep much. I woke up with a headache and sore throat. What should have been a very nice hotel became a terrible experience because of this!
QQuricaoThe hotel is located in a newly built hot spring town. Besides the inconvenient transportation, the environment and air quality are excellent. The room and hot springs exceeded my expectations. We booked a two-day stay, and the hotel upgraded us to a suite with a private hot spring tub, two bathrooms, two balconies, and a large living room, which was incredibly comfortable. After one hot spring dip, which was so relaxing, we immediately extended our stay for another day in the same room. We ended up staying for three days, truly a vacation vibe. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.
GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities and environment were excellent, meeting five-star standards. After breakfast, strolling around the grounds and soaking in the hot springs was very relaxing. However, the breakfast and cleanliness were just average; the floor tiles didn't look very clean, and while the breakfast looked plentiful, there wasn't much to eat. The overall service was poor, mainly due to staff shortages. We had booked a tour bus, and they kept saying it was almost there, but it never arrived. After waiting for over 40 minutes, we had to yell at the front desk, and finally they said the bus had gone to refuel… Out of desperation, we questioned the front desk whether, if this caused delays to our entire trip, we would also be given a delayed check-out, just like with service delays. Immediately, a staff member drove us around themselves… This service is something for others to judge 😂. Speaking of check-out, we handed our room keys to the front desk and left around 11:00 AM, but the staff called us again at 2:30 PM to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, saying we hadn't checked out…
GGuest UserTraveling with my kids and parents, the hotel proactively upgraded us to a lake view room and even arranged a family room with an extra bed. Their thoughtful consideration and meticulous, patient service were much appreciated. We had an excellent last night's rest in Guiyang. It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel. We also enjoyed complimentary access to the hot springs, which was a lot of fun! The late-night snack was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

Excellent
AAnonymous UserThis B&B is conveniently located close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. The environment is beautiful, and the facilities are comprehensive, even boasting an elevator. The breakfast spread is generous, and there are many dining options nearby. The owner and staff were incredibly thoughtful; they not only upgraded our room for free but also helped us with our luggage. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a wet/dry separation in the bathroom and a full range of toiletries, including excellent shampoo. There's also a terrace on the 7th floor with a great view. Overall, it was an excellent experience for a family trip.
TTanAiniSo far, this is the 3rd hotel we stayed in Tongren, i would definitely say, this is the best and so far for me and family. This JinJiang hotspring hotel really met international standard in terms of counter service (very polite and good attitude receptionist), and service at hotspring area deserves a thumbs up. The room is very spacious, nice interior and important - clean and neat. The water playground is definitely a good place for kids to have fun during summer holiday.
I told the hotel desk that it was my actual birthday yesterday, guess what, they sent me a plate of grapes, so sweet of them.
I would definitely come to this hotel next time when i am visiting my niece and nephew again.
GGuest UserI brought my family to stay in the deluxe parent-child suite at Kaiyuan Manju Huangguoshu for two nights, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The suite was spacious and well-designed, specifically equipped with children's amenities, and decorated in a warm and playful style. The smart home system was convenient to use, and the room was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a children's playground and a pet park, which my kids absolutely loved. It's very close to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, making our travels effortless. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and Ms. Winnie, a staff member, provided warm, thoughtful, and prompt service. After visiting the waterfall, we could return to the hotel and rest assured. It's perfect for family trips, and definitely our top choice for a parent-child vacation in Huangguoshu. We'll choose to stay here again on our next trip.
