Hot Springs Hotels in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was consistently excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to help. The location is a major highlight—convenient, easy to access, and close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it offers great comfort and value, and I would happily stay here again.

Room is much much better than I expected. I’m surprised by the bad reviews. Service will have been excellent if not for this particular counter staff who is very unhelpful and lazy to provide drive to their sister hotel for onsen. The other 2 more elderly staffs were so nice and friendly, unlike him. He should learn to be nice in service line, if not get out pls !

Pocopoco is also cool. The auto set is also cool!!! Quiet, friendly, delicious and nice!!! It would be better if it wasn't expensive? ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

This hotel offers incredible value for money, and the hot springs weren't crowded at all, which was a huge plus. The dinner was absolutely fantastic, a real highlight! 👍 After dinner, there was even an acrobatic show in the lobby.

This hotel is truly wonderful, definitely worth staying at least once. The snow views are absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely come back again, and the breakfast was delicious. It'll be my top choice for my next trip to Japan!

The hotel overall is great for the price paid, and service was excellent especially from the Vietnamese girl at the front desk who speaks English AND Japanese fluently. Even Japanese guests thought she was Jap. Haha. However, the company could do with hiring a bit more staff as there are things that need a bit more attention and some repairs needed in the room. That being said, the rooms are huge! The outdoor onsen was also colder than expected (although this is explained during check in) and is best in the morning.

The hotel is new and clean, with a variety of facilities suitable for families. It features large indoor and outdoor baths, a large free parking lot, and spacious, comfortable Japanese-style rooms. The price is reasonable and offers excellent value.

A premium hotel & hotspring in kinugagawa onsen,this hotel also is famous all over japan, because of superb hotspring creation made by a big rock,very new & romantic interior design especially in the lobby,w/ an luxurios chandelier,the outside view is amazing,the famous fureai bridge in kinugawa & river is in the front ,very nice autumn view outside,the room is big,but don't have a telephone & dresser,the food is superb but if you want to drink alcohol,you need to reserve from the front desk during check-in.Intagramable view inside & outside,but don't go here by walking with baggage because of the high stairs in fureai bridge,there's a shuttle bus but you need to pay 300yen.Overall,you can feel the scenic views even you don't go outside,Thanks always Trip.com for very nice booking,more power & God bless always

You can't enter the hotel until 3 pm, and you have to clean it up before that time. You can only check in at 3 pm before. This is the first time that I can’t enter the hotel if I arrive early! There are not many service staff, maybe they are too busy. However, the room was not bad. Dinner was delivered to the room, and a Chinese girl served us. It is rare to have a Chinese-speaking waiter in such a remote place. There is a self-service bar in the lobby, where you can take drinks at will.

Nestled along the shores of Lake Chuzenji, some rooms offer breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic Mount Nantai. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, featuring tatami flooring, scenic areas, and comfortable beds, perfect for enjoying the beautiful autumn leaves! A special thanks to the two staff members, Lisz and Yuka, for their excellent service and fluent English in introducing each dish. They were truly professional!
