This hotel is amazing, I can’t fault anything from the room to the staff. When we arrived, we were impressed with how large the room is and how modern it looks. The staff and reception and behind the bar were polite and helpful. The rooftop pool is a great addition for enjoying the sun. I would 100% return here again.

I was originally concerned about staying so far from the city center. However, the hotel is right next to a metro stop and we were able to travel to the city and main sights without any difficulty. Furthermore, the beach is only a couple blocks away, and it is one of the less crowded beaches in the city, a huge plus. Finally, this hotel is right next to the conference center and a huge shopping center, so the necessities are close by. I attended a conference and was able to walk there in 10 minutes. The management is very responsive. The bar in the courtyard is open until 1 am and typically attracts a crowd. Therefore if you are here on business or attending a conference (such as myself) it is probably best to ask for a room facing away from the courtyard if you plan to get an early start to the day. I did not know this when checking in, so the first night I was up until 1 am. (To be fair I can be a light sleeper.) However, when I brought this to management’s attention, they moved us to a new room that afternoon. They clearly want their guests to have a great time and have a positive experience. If you have any issues during your stay at this hotel, I encourage you to bring it to the manager’s attention. He was incredibly professional. Vincci Maritimo should be proud to have a manager as dedicated as Adria. Their front desk staff was equally excellent and friendly. As a side note, the breakfast is excellent. Completely worth the extra money in my opinion. In summary, I would stay here again without reservation on our next trip to Barcelona.

Location is a so-so for me. Just 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro and it's a paved road all the way to the hotel which is good for travelers with luggages. Room view was nice as well. The hotel is situated near the beach which is a plus and the sorroundings were clean. The Service is perfect I could say because I made some changes with regards the check-in process and they were kind enough to reconsider my request. The hotel provided us with combs and toothbrushes and other hygiene stuffs which is convenient for those who forgot to bring theirs. Their buffet has a lot of options so you could really choose on what to eat. So far everthing went well with our stay.

The hotel is a little far from the metro but still accessible by taxi or bus. During the spring the rooftop was a bit too chilly for us and the pool is not heated. It’s also very small and extremely shallow so it’s more of a wading pool. Nice view of the sea and okay service.

Wonderful staff with warm greetings and great knowledge. Walking distance from bus and metro. 7-10 min walk to beach. The stay was comfortable and the room with a balcony was a good option to go for. Decent size for Europe. Housekeeping extremely effective. Enjoyed the breakfast - very good. Scooters and bicycles to rent in the lobby. Quite a few quant restaurants within walking distance. Good for a beer, sangria and lunch/dinner. Awesome welcome plate of snacks in the room - very very cool. The bedding was strange - pillows and duvet covers just slip on.. no buttons to keep them secure over the inners. Bed was slightly uncomfortable.. but not bad. The location of the hotel is in a more residential/business area - so no real 'Spain' feeling to it. However, close to public transport to get you to the necessary tourist sites. The TMB app is your friend - excellent app

We had the good fortune to land at this hotel after an American Airlines flight was returned to Barcelona midair. We were shuttled to different places in the airport and waited almost 7 hours for information from AA. We were then given no paper voucher but sent to this hotel and told to give our names. This was an exercise in trust and we had no idea how it would turn out when we arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff were amazing, and helped us every step of the way. Apparently American Airlines was communicating in some fashion with the hotel even though the airlines was not communicating with us. There was a plane load of people at the hotel and the hotel staff handled this unexpected bevy of people with professionalism and good humor. The property itself was fantastic, three restaurants, rooftop pool and bar and fantastic food. We were so grateful to have landed at this hotel in what was otherwise very stressful situation. If you are looking for a hotel with exemplary staff close to the beach, with fantastic amenities, this is the hotel for you

Nice location, very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Would have appreciated to know the number of reception in the room (without having to exit and physically ask). Another would be to have an information book/pamphlet to indicate all that is possible in the hotel. THESE ARE JUST IDEAS. I loved the cleanliness and the friendly staff and ofcourse the location!

👍🏻 Location close to the beach, several buses to attractions, close to Rambla Poblenou, where all the local restaurants are 👍🏻 Friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast with very good quality Iberian ham. 👍🏿The roof is equipped with a swimming pool, with a 360-degree invincible view 👎 No tea and coffee welcome tray in the room, no kettle, no glass, but there is a small fridge, the breakfast room is sad, the station should be better presented. Overall very satisfied, quiet, with heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. Off-season prices are unbeatable!

This hotel was fine, and yet quite confounding. What should have been a fine experience otherwise was marred several stupid and small flaws, which would be really easy to fix, if there was any will at all on the part of management:   1) Check-in - with only one person before me, took 20 minutes. Computers were not working.    2) Privacy policy - I was made to sign a paper, but after signing the person kept the paper. I had no copy so no record of what I signed.   3) Room: Totally baffling array of switches for the lighting system, impossible to decipher.   4) Hair dryer: broken, screeching sound and no air coming out. Wondef if the staff bother check them? I was quite scared and turned it off immediately.   5) Contacting reception - I had to use my mobile phone to call the front desk to report the hair dryer, at which time i was told that the number to contact reception was 1700. Amazing. NO one said that on check in. I did later discovered it was handwritten on the key-card paper, but the receptionist could have bothered to point that out.   6) Elevators. Ridiculous! I visited several floors to find the way back to reception. There is a giant sign OUTSIDE the elevator that says 0 for reception. But INSIDE the elevator there is no ”O”, only ”B”. I finally go thtere, but I mean seriously, how unhelpful.   7) Invoice - I requested an invoice at reception on departure. When I got home I discovered it is not even a correctly done official invoice for VAT purposes. It was issued on a plain piece of paper, lacked the company name address and VAT number, and they didn´t bother to put my info on it.   I had to write to atencion cliente and comercia1 to request a new one.   Items 5 and 6 could be so easily solved with small stickers (one for each phone, two for each elevator).   How much effort is that? Obviously too much.    I should add, that the stay was otherwise fine. This could be a five star experience. Except, it isn't.   These are small things. Never have I encountered a hotel that gave off such a feeling of no one caring at all about the place.

From entering the hotel to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty. We came to Barcelona for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and on the day of check in I was greeted by beautiful patisserie and a bottle of chilled cabs in our room! Our first breakfast was heralded by complimentary pancakes and the staff were so courteous and helpful. But what made our stay so special was that this isn’t just an ordinary city hotel. They ooze individuality at every opportunity, from the selection of drinks in your room to the evening entertainment and everything else in between. This is our little secret hideaway in Barcelona, and we shall be returning.

A very pleasant stay, we arrived late at night and the woman on reception was polite and spoke great English. Our room was basic but clean and tidy and that's all we wanted and expected. The hotel was fairly quiet, I have read a few reviews about loud music but we had a room at the front of the hotel only 1 floor up and I can honestly say we heard nothing and got 3 good nights sleep. The hotel is situated quite far away from the main part of Barcelona where many of the tourist locations are but its about a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and it's all easy enough to navigate so you are there in no time at all. Every night we stayed we retired back to the hotel about 7 or 8pm we sat in the bar area until about 11pm and had a few relaxing drinks. The two people on the bar a young girl and an older gentleman where absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for making us feel welcome, they bent over backwards to make us feel at home and served us drinks to our table as well as supplying us with some complimentary nuts which never go a miss after a few beers. All in all it was perfect for our long weekend break. Thank you.

I hate a person in reception who picked up my call in night time! Her English wasn’t good. She didn’t understand what I ask because she replied wrong answer. So I have to kept asking in the same question and than she changed her voice in moody voice and still reply wrong answer. WOW! How's that for a start? And that's how it started. We arrived at about 1000 - well too early for the 1400 check-in time. The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful from ”Hello/Hola”. They took our bags and put them into locked storage until our room was ready; they pointed out the breakfast buffet (more on that); and offered ideas on nearby places we could walk to/visit while we waited. The breakfast was an experience from another world. Fresh squeezed juices, fresh fruits and avocado, cereals, breads, meats, lox, cheeses, eggs, sausage, potato, fresh tomatoes...and more. It truly represented my idea of a 'luxury buffet' in a unique and quiet environment. The menu varied slightly each day but was consistently awesome and enjoyable. The attendant was very efficient and proficient in keeping the selections full, fresh and clean. Earlier than the appointed check-in time the room was ready. We went up and found a very nice, well-appointed and comfortable room with a refrigerator that was stocked - and open for use. Juices, wine, beer, soda, water - all ready for use and replaced as it was consumed. The hotel was nicely centrally located, with plenty of features, stores, and sights within a reasonable walking distance. And, with 10,500 cabs in town, it was never a problem either having the desk call for one or going out into the street and hailing one. Again, staff was phenomenal! They were on-the-ready to answer any question and assist with any request. I (negligently) didn't get the name of the young man with the beard who was on the desk, but I want a good 'shout-out' for him; and also for Noelia, who overcame all of the problems I was having with what should have been a simple on-line airline check-in. KLM's process and coordination with partner Delta just wasn't working for me. The general condition of the hotel was very good-to-excellent, and clean. The 'sitting area' featured some terrific settee's, tables, reading and local information books and information, and quiet! And there was an occasional bottle of wine and glasses awaiting anyone who wanted to have a sip. This was our first 'European' hotel stay. I don't know how well it compares with others. But until I find anywhere that beats it, Casa Elliot will be the standard to beat.

The Majestic Hotel is in a great location. Lots of shopping and places to eat in the area. Our room was a junior suite. It was large, comfortable, very clean and extremely welcoming upon our return after a long day out enjoying the sites of Barcelona. The breakfast was wonderful having pretty much everything you could want for breakfast and more! When we come back to Barcelona in the future, we will definitely stay at the Majestic Hotel.

We had the best stay. The hotel is in a great location it took us less than 5 minutes walk from the airport bus drop off. La Ramblas is a short walk away and around the hotel are lots of bars and shops. Recommend Lucciano’s ice cream and el nacional for drinks/ food. The room was perfect and clean good size and nice bathroom. Everyday we had a breakfast bag left with a muffin and juice and free coffee. A welcome treat. The staff were all lovely. We would definitely stay again and would recommend

The hotel is located in the centre of Barcelona , and the Ramblas is 10 minutes ' walk from the hotel . Personnel très agréable , carte individuelle pour chaque personne de la chambre permettant d'accéder aux étages par l'ascenseur et pour ouvrir porte de chaque pallier ainsi que porte de la chambre et d'un grand tiroir sous le lit. In terms of comfort it is very light , there is the strict minimum. However, bathroom and shower really too narrow , automatic light that starts when you go to the toilet . The showers was not cleaned when we arrived but all other days they where nice and clean. Could be good to bring some flip flops. Nice refridgerator. I didn’t use the kitchen to cook. They just had a sponge to clean your dishes with which was kind of groose, I would have wanted a regular dishbrush. The walls is thin so you hear your neighbours much, earplugs was a must for me. This was the most negative about the hostel for me. But The staff helped to say to other guests if they where to loud. Nice and comfortable beds. Nice with big lockers/storage in your room. Really kind and helpful staff. Nice rooftoop to sit and eat your breakfast. It is a local tax you have to pay when you check im, 20 euros for me and my friend for 4 nights. Good location. Close to several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, metro and bus stops and we also walked from the hostel to some sightseeing things to save some money. Easy to get to the airport.

Easy to get to the airport, bus 46 direct. 3 minutes walk to the city subway. There is also a Chinese restaurant within walking distance, opposite Sants, which is more cost-effective than the paid breakfast provided by the hotel. After eating a breakfast, 7 euros a person, very few types, except coffee is cold. It is recommended to go to the Chinese restaurant to eat a bowl of beef noodles of 4.5 euros. The facilities are very clean and modern.

The hotel is located in a calm street in a great neighbourhood. There are great restaurants and gelaterias located within 15 minutes walking. The design of the rooms is contemporary and minimal, it was nice to get a good night’s sleep in a clean and clear space after spending the day in the city sightseeing. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks great English. The breakfast menu is very limited, however there are some healty options to balance all the culinary experiences that are unmissable in Barcelona. The complementary luggage storage is a huge plus, so is the big supermarket next door.

Super apartment in a great central location. Beds comfortable, well equipped kitchen (except no mugs only small cups), spacious rooms with one exception - the bathroom was very narrow! On arrival, it might have helped to have a few instructions as to where the buliding was (next door to Starbucks) rather than just the number. Would have given 5 stars were it not for a hiccup at check out. We phoned the day before and asked for a late check out - they offered to midday for free (an extra hour). When we went to put our case in the lockers over the road we came back to find ourselves locked out. Our phones were on charge in the apartment. So we returned to the other building and luckily found a member of staff who was getting some cleaning supplies. She kindly rang the office and they said they'd reset the code - but that didn't work either ... so another trip across the road and on the third attempt we were able to get back in to recover our day bag. So at least two members of staff had failed to do as promised but the lady who helped us was lovely! Nonetheless, if i should ever return to Barcelona i would be very happy to stay there again,.

Really great central location. Hotel was spot on for what we needed. Pretty basic but had everything for a 3 night stay. Maids came everyday and cleaned our room. Buffet breakfast was fine to fill yourself up on. Orange juice freshly squeezed perfect. The gentleman and lady on reception very helpful. Room had a nice balcony looking out over some other buildings but was very quiet. The people started building work but was very quiet up until about 9am, you don't really need to be up any later than that. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a bed in a tidy clean hotel for a few nights. Super

The location was excellent and I felt very safe when out for a run in the early morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the hotel breakfast and it was perfectly acceptable -- nothing spectacular but no problems either. The shower in particular was a problem in that it drained poorly, was very slippery when wet (see: drained poorly), and caused a lot of flooding on the floor of the main bathroom, which increased the slippery danger. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the staff leaving an extra pillow in the armoire if we wanted it.

Stayed here for 4 nights, August 21st to 25th. We was a family of 4 visiting Barcelona for the 1st time. What a fantastic welcome. The staff are so helpful and are full of knowledge of every activity there is to offer including the names of every bus/metro/train/tram station required to visit the said activity. It’s 10 minutes from the beach and there is a park right across the street. Cut through the park and you are on El Poblenou Rambla. Lots of choice for food, drink and desserts. Very cheap too. Not like what we have read about the main lad ramblas. It is 2 miles from the zoo also so we was very happy the location. We booked a double bed with sofa and it was more than accommodating for us as was our all day, back to the room to be showered and to bed. The shower was brilliant. Very relaxing after a long day of walking. The toiletries provided are branded and are very refreshing. You only need hair conditioner. Irons are also available from the reception desk. We could not fault this hotel and would highly recommend and visit again.

Generally speaking, the surrounding environment is relatively deserted, all of which are graffiti areas. It is relatively close to the subway line 4 and walks about 400 meters. The parking lot costs 16 Euros / day. The entrance is very narrow and easy to scratch. The room is not large after adding a sofa bed, the facilities are very new, the bathtub easily slips, the room has ventilation problems, it is stuffy, the windows are useless, and the patio is sealed with glass and airtight. Stayed for 4 nights, the room was relatively careless, 2 nights of which either had one less bath towel or one less towel. There are many choices around breakfast, do not eat in the hotel.

Arrived around 10am - 4 hours prior to check in - and our room was ready. So thankful to the hotel for such an early check in. Check in quick and smooth, receptionist was great. Room 105 with a small balcony facing front of the hotel. Beautiful and spacious room. Was a little noisy at night but expected as very close to Las Ramblas. Great choice for breakfast with very tasty and fresh food. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly. Service was really good. Roof top pool and bar was great. Service was ok. Check out was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend Hotel Espana.

During my first trip to Europe, I really liked H10 in Spain the most. The location is 2 minutes from Plaza Catalunya. There are tons of restaurants right next to it. There are many good shops such as Zara, H&M, Max Mara, Rimowa, Moncler, etc., so there were more residents than a tourist destination, and the security felt quite safe. Starbucks across the street is a bonus.

Essential structure, it has all the minimum services for a suitable stay for those who want to sleep well and do not have too many expectations. The plus point is that it has two shopping malls and a supermarket adjacent to the hotel. In one of the two shopping centers there is a large refreshment area with mainly fast-food outlets, but convenient for those who want to dine near the hotel. My stay was pleasant, the area is quiet and surrounded by green areas. The distance from the first metro station is a slight flaw, which requires a 10-minute walk that is gladly done in the park, heavier is that it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center by metro, so you need to plan at least 1 hour to be in a specific place. The breakfast is of good quality, which is more evident on the salty than the sweet. Regarding the room, minimal but well distributed spaces, it does not have a safe and soundproofing is discreet. I only complain about the absence of an extra face towel, in the room there were only two large towels to use as a bathrobe which, since they are not changed, are insufficient after four nights. The worst aspect of the stay is that there was no window in the bathroom and the exhaust did not work which caused inconvenience as the bathroom was small. Everything else ok, friendly staff. In summary I will return, quality price is a good compromise.
