We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the overall experience made it easy for us to sleep well and feel completely at ease. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was excellent.
What really stood out was the warm hospitality. Every staff member we met greeted us with a genuine smile, which made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay.
We had actually planned to try the breakfast and enjoy the spa facilities at the hotel, but unfortunately, our schedule was too packed and we didn’t get the chance this time. Definitely something to look forward to on our next visit!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything around. I stayed in Room 1702 on the 17th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking.
The room was spotless, with excellent daily housekeeping, and the entire staff was outstanding — professional, friendly, attentive, and always easy to communicate with.
Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. Honestly, “Excellent” doesn’t even feel like a high enough rating for the level of service and experience I received.
I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The gym was also excellent, with dumbbells over 20 kg, so I was able to get in a great workout. Highly recommended!

The kuih was overly sweet as well. The cocktail hour was only one hour, which felt too short. Breakfast was quite nice, but there weren't enough tables. I believe they should offer priority seating to loft room guests or those who pay a higher rate. Overall, the management came across as stingy.

First, a deposit of RM500 (approximately 20,000 yen in credit) was debited during check-in. I'm a bit anxious about international transactions and whether it will be properly refunded. I'm even worried that writing this review might affect the refund.
The room was exactly as pictured and clean! However, I felt it lacked the amenities that Japanese guests typically expect from a hotel. We only received one bath towel each, and they were made of a rough material. There were no separate pool towels, and we were told an additional RM10 would be charged for one (though exchanges were free). Also, there are no changing rooms at the pool, nor any lockers for valuables, so be aware of that. The room only provided two bottles of water, and the small shampoo and body wash shown in the picture (toothbrushes were included). Please note that items like pajamas and bathrobes, which are common in Japanese business hotels, are not provided.
I ordered an exchange for bath towels and additional amenities, but they didn't arrive after 40 minutes, so we had to leave. I contacted them asking for the items to be delivered at 10 PM when we returned, and they seemingly agreed. However, upon returning to the hotel, I found that the request had not been fulfilled. About 30 minutes later, a staff member finally brought them. The bath towels had a rather unpleasant smell. I would advise caution for anyone expecting a typical international resort hotel experience. I now understand why it was so reasonably priced.
The elevators get very crowded. I recommend allowing plenty of time for check-out.
I sincerely hope the deposit is refunded.
