|1.05km from city centerJust had a very good stay at this lovely Hotel. Close to the cruise terminal and perfectly situated opposite the Gundam factory and the vintage liner . We could see both from our room. We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast is in the magnificent Normandy restaurant. Very enjoyable and elegant. The café in the hotel is certainly worth eating at and is very popular. Our room was large and well fitted, but in need of refurbishment. Insufficient USB points, and a message that you could easily overload the system if you use a kettle and hairdryer at the same time! But what a magnificent historic building this is with wonderful displays of its history throughout. Staff throughout are attentive and charming. We did have one problem on our last day concerning out included breakfast. There was a huge queue and we didn’t have time because of our trip to the airport. Room service was provided instead, but it’s worth checking in advance if you need to book for breakfast and to make sure they can accommodate you if you have a flight. We would definitely stay here again. It is our hotel of choice in Yokohama. Some lovely shops nearby and of course a few seconds from Chinatown.

|2.95km from city centerIt is small and old-fashioned, but the food is delicious as it is a Japanese style inn, and the specially ordered eel is exquisite. The rooms are retro but clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful. However, I was worried that the person in charge of serving the food at the dining hall didn't quite understand, and that every time I asked something, I went to the back to check. The temperature of the bath was just right, but it's not big, and when 5 people enter, there are guests occupying the hot bath, so it's hard to get in. It may be necessary to devise a sign not to do it.

The view from the room, the balcony is the bay bridge, the Ferris wheel is visible. The bathtub and shower room are separate 々, so you can take a bath time slowly. The night view of the Ferris wheel with the bathroom was also very beautiful. Breakfast is surrounded by palm trees and a buffet style restaurant with a southern atmosphere. There were many items and it was delicious. This time, the prefectural people were applied and we were able to stay at a reasonable price. The front desk staff was also very good. # Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu # Night View # Sakuragi Cho # Hetare Oji's travel repo

|0.68km from city centerIt is a few minutes walk from Sakuragicho Station. It's near Yokohama City Hall. Building 4 The hotel is up to the floor, and it looks like an apartment, but the entrance is the opposite, so it doesn't fit. The front desk and interior are clean and casual. There was coffee at the front desk. Convenience stores are also nearby and convenient. It depends on the location of the room, but the room I stayed in had a strange bathtub, so I wondered if it was good to have only a shower.

|7.45km from city centerI stayed with my family at the end of the winter vacation. I came with 2 junior high school students and 2 adults. I chose it because there was a parking lot at the time of booking and it was close to the station. I booked a room with twin bed and a sofa bed. I thought I was betrayed because I had an incredible amount of breakfast 1800 yen / 1 people. When I stopped before to check the parking lot for the hotel, the woman came to the car and dropped the heavy luggage and guided me to the front desk and checked in smoothly. We had a welcome drink. The female staff delivered my luggage to the room on the 12th floor. Guided to the room and unlike the room I booked, I prepared a twin bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed. There is also a space to put your luggage. The room cleaning is perfect. Clean bathroom, bed making and beautiful amenities were available. It was a 2-day stay, but the linen was replaced every day and the garbage was recovered and cleaned. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to spend time relaxing. Thank you. We will definitely make a reservation next time we come to Yokohama. It is a hotel that can be recommended to everyone.

|1.09km from city centerIt was a little walk from Sakuragimachi station, but it was convenient because there were many restaurants nearby to Hidemachi station and Nohae. I think the entrance is clean and cheap and the front desk is good. The room has card key, old, but the room and unit bus are not narrow, and it is inconvenient that there is no outlet near the bed. I also saw a little Landes mark tower because of the height.

|0.7km from city centerThe Regency Club staff at this hotel are some of the best in the industry. Staff that made our 15 night stay feel like home: Shoko, Risako, Chiaki, Shelley, Futoshi, Bianca, Mizuki, Hsegawa and some others but unfortunately I didn't get their names. They helped me with all me needs and questions including helping me with reservations and travel plans. They all speak English and are super patient with families. The rooms are super clean and modern. Housekeeping is amazing and made sure our baby diaper pail was changed each day and every inch of our room was clean. I opted for a suite which had an amazing bathroom with a super big tub. The blinds are automatic and the views are great. Breakfast buffet had so many choices and was so good. Hotel is 2 blocks from an amazing waterfront park and a 10 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium. 5 minute walk to Chinatown as well. The train is also less than a 5 minute walk and there is a 24 hour Lawson right across the street. Oh yea, a really special thanks to the bell-woman who waited with my luggage across the street in front of Lawson with the taxi while I ran back to my room after realizing I forgot my phone in the room after checking out.

|3.03km from city centerWe booked a Standard Double Room and were upgraded to a Club King as Bonvoy Platinum members. Our first impressions of the hotel were big, beautiful, convenient, but with minimal and stingy service. The Club King room was very nice, modern, quite large with a sofa and desk, and spacious bath. And very clean with lots of amenities. Bed was excellent. Location is very good with direct access to the station, shops, restaurants, and Takashimaya Department Store. Platinum Elite members can check in at the Club Lounge. The lounge is not too large, and I imagine it being very busy on weekends or holidays. Refreshments throughout the day are extremely minimal, just drinks and very light snacks like cookies and crackers (I would definitely not describe this as ”afternoon hors d’oeuvres” as stated on their website). The evening cocktail service is a bit more expansive with salad, 4-5 hot dishes, and dessert. I requested something vegetarian as there was nothing besides salad, and they were able to prepare a steamed vegetable plate and tiny fruit plate which were delicious but not filling, and nothing compared to the regular options available. When asked if it might be possible to prepare a main dish (something with more carbs), I was told they could either give me plain white rice or plain penne pasta with no sauce, I was told to add salt and pepper for flavor. Seriously? Would anyone feel pleased with such an offering? I obviously refused, and was left with a bitter feeling for the rest of our stay. Note that this property does not acknowledge the Marriott Platinum “Guaranteed 4 p.m. Late Checkout” benefit. We stayed on a Sunday, checking out the following Monday (not a holiday, and definitely not a peak day) but were denied late check out, only given 1:00. For a previous reservation, once again checking out on a non-peak Monday, we were also completely denied late check out (only standard 12:00 check out). To the Management of the Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers, I have a simple question, do you offer 4 p.m. late check-out to your Platinum Members? This is a major deciding factor for Platinum Members in choosing your hotel. Breakfast was not available in the Club Lounge, but in the buffet restaurant Compass. (Another clear indication that the Club Floor was not very busy, so why no late check out?) Breakfast here was nice, not an expansive selection, but a decent selection of both Japanese and Western dishes (but few or no vegetarian options). The orange juicer machine was especially good. Overall, this is a very nice hotel, but it does not feel like a Sheraton property as they deny Bonvoy Elite benefits when they see fit, and the service is not that of an international hotel. Elite Members are not treated as such. It feels more like a Japanese hotel that’s a step or two behind international standards. I really hope things improve as the hotel itself is very nice and we’d like to visit Yokohama again soon.

|0.9km from city centerLocation is good, about 10 ~ 15 minutes walk from Sekiuchi Station. It is convenient because there are shopping streets and supermarkets in front of you. However, the room was terrible. It is old. The air conditioning is not effective at all, and the shower room has no ventilation fan, and it has been squeezed for a long time, and the temperature adjustment of the shower bath is not good (the type of temperature and cold is adjusted by oneself). The worst thing was that the room provided as a non-smoking room is not a non-smoking room. Of course, I didn't have an ashtray now, but I thought I could provide it as a non-smoking room in that state. I don't think smokers care, but the whole hotel smells terrible from the time they are on the elevator. I think that the hotel is old, so I used all of it as a smoking room and recently provided it as a non-smoking room, but the smell of the yankees that rust into the room is really bad and bad smell I can't sleep at night . I was scheduled to stay for a consecutive night but only 1 nights and changed to other hotels nearby. I stayed in one room on the 8 floor this time, but I would definitely not recommend it to anyone who doesn't like tobacco smell. I chose this place because of the cheapness, but it was a mistake for me, especially sensitive to the smell of cigarettes. I think there is no problem with those who don't care about the smell of cigarettes as I said first.

|0.6km from city centerLocation and price are the reasons you should consider this hotel. Location is so convenient. A little walk to Kannai's ghetto, a little walk to Minato Mirai (ferris wheel, mall, cup noodle museum, etc), a short train trip to Yokohama, you are in the middle of all the business lunch specials. There's so much great food choices. My gosh, please look up lunch specials in the area. Generally, look for lines at 12pm. Those are the places that offer unbelievable value. We're talking a kaisendon for 600 yen ($5.50). If you are here long term and want to stay fit, you are a block away from Gold's Gym. They offer 2 weeks for 7000 yen, etc. Hotel is on the older side. It's a business hotel after all. It's small, you'll get your rest, you can work, you can shower, go down early for their breakfast special. The mattress was the rolling mattress which squeaks a lot (yes, it squeaks a lot). I was able to hear the neighbors, but sound machine did the job. Tip - They will offer to give you a water bottle for not cleaning your room. I don't want them in my room anyways so it was free water. They want you to hand them the keys before leaving. When you come back, you just say your room number, but this made me feel very uncomfortable. Anyone dressed normally can ask for a room key. The charger didn't work. This goes for most business hotels, but it's small. I hate the bathrooms that feel like you went inside a box. Workers were always friendly and professional. This place also seems to operate as a love hotel. There's a sign in the back that says they welcome ”puchi rest” which they charge you to stay for 3 hours for 2 people.

|3.22km from city centerThe room I stayed this time was room 513. The downlight is dark with only 3. The liquid crystal television is fixed by a wall hanging of 43 inches made of Toshiba. The room door was auto lock. Although it is not a security elevator, the card key does not write a room number, so there is a certain security effect. It seems that it is different depending on the hotel that the electronic key is not in front of Yokohama Sekiuchi station and Yokohama Motomachi station is not auto lock. Like other hotel ribmax, there is a microwave oven, a hot pot, a door refrigerator, and a humidified air cleaner made by SHARP, so the view from the window of the room is the wall of the next building! (>_<) From Max cafe to guest room in 1F. Breakfast is 6:30 ~ at Max cafe. According to the official site, breakfast seems to be not provided due to the influence of corona from 4/1. Japanese food (snack) Viking is the same as in front of Yokohama Motomachi station, but the cap is narrow. It may be difficult when it is crowded because it is arranged in a narrow table. When I was eating (around 6:30), there were only 1 people, and it was garagara. Bread, rice, natto, umeboshi and pickles, tamago salad, lettuce, egg grilled and kinpira gobo, baked fish, coffee (hot, ice), vegetable juice, milk, etc. Check-in ・ out is done by automatic fare adjustment machine. Mineral water was received at check-in. According to the official site, it is scheduled to end at 3/31. It was also posted in the elevator. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner are DHC. There is a hand soap. The shower momentum is also sufficient. Access is less than 10 minutes walk from the west exit of Yokohama Station 々? It is quiet because it is a business district such as sotetsu headquarters. It may be hard when people with many luggage and the weather is bad. Wi-Fi free. Coin laundry is in 2F. The shower toilet was a heating toilet seat. The gap in the room door was not empty like other rib max and I couldn't hear the noise in the corridor. There is no closet but there is a hanger in the hook of the wall hanger 4 books. It is beautiful because it is a new hotel opened in December 2018. The room is small but recommended for staying only to sleep around Yokohama Station!

|7.68km from city centerI used day use because it was an environment that did not interfere with the telecan necessary for the appearance. The windows and desks were wide, the chairs were office chairs, and the HDMI terminal of the large screen TV was vacant, so it was also available for the extension screen of the personal computer, and it was very easy to use. It was also convenient to be able to procure the missing materials with the big camera in the station building. I felt that this would be nice if this would happen as an additional thing. If you try to set up the lighting firmly in the face-out environment, the bed will be in the way, so I dare to choose a room where the bed can be used in a single size and the floor area can be used widely. I'd be happy to add it to my limbs (maybe it's just a story to take a high-grade room). This time, I withdrew when I finished my daytime business, but I think that the use will spread if there is an accommodation plan including the day use time zone.
