Poor hotel house keeping of LRT sogo monumento. Be careful house keeping interested on customers forgotten belongings on there room. Hotel sogo monumento LRT branch, very terrible house keeping. I forgot my watch G shock watch model GA-2000s black after I checked out when I got back to the hotel 35 min after my check out. Nothings on there lost and found, it should be there house keeping attendant should be responsible for the belongings of there customers if some customers left there belongings in their room after they checked out. Surrender left belongis of the customers on there lost amd found. Safety and security of the hotel is very poor too I noticed that they lack cctv cameras in the hotel. What a terrible customer and house keeping SOGO LRT monumento has.

Stayed here because of board exam. Location-wise, it is good as it is surrounded with malls, drug stores, etc that are very convenient for us. The place is clean, but the service is not quite good. We tried raising the issue on the remote thru call and personal, and the staff kept saying they'll assist us and fix it but until our checkout time, no one really came. We stayed there for 4 days fyi.

I booked this hotel for my daughter whose going to take board exam for Psychometrician. We took a video (can't be uploaded) for your future guest reference. The room is clean and neat, precisely near to MCU for her exam site. I was just upset that they dint allow the bag of my daughter for safe keeping because her exam finished at 2pm so she checked out at 6am.

We stayed during 10 day quarantine: Pros: friendly staff. They serve good food. Cons: The hotel is ran down bad, dirty floors and bathroom. The window that leads to the vents have dirty sanitary napkin. Missing light bulbs. Stain walls. The window cover was falling apart from rust. The AC literally have ice so it stopped working and hard to be turn off. Mosquitoes in the room. The hallway smells cigarette smokes. There’s no AC in the hallway. The fake grass in the hotel entry/driveway is dirty The toilet dont flush that good. We had to call the maintenance for assistance. The hotel walls are dingy. No elevator. No windows in our room (3rd floor) which is depressing knowing you are quarantined for 10 days without seeing the outside. They dont maintain the rooms clean and very outdated which is very disappointing. Stay elsewhere!

I spent a few days here with my wife. The location is great with easy access to town with the availability of try circles and grab at all times. The hotel is good and cleans, though some staff seem to be naughty and unfriendly. The room is sizable enough with a good bed and comfortable mattress. Good bathroom with no hot water though, no water boiler for coffee, no wardrobe, no chair or table either. I couldn't believe it that we stayed a couple of hours with no running water, how disgusting could that be. The bedsheets aren't changed and neither is the room cleaned unless at your request and it will take them a couple of hours to do so.

Hotel a bit difficult to find. There is no street entrance. The reception is on the 2nd floor. You have to go through a small corridor with a money changer. The staff is friendly like almost everywhere in the Philippines 🇵🇭. There is Wi-Fi, shower, with 💦 🔥 hot water. A small 📺 television and we are in manila. You can find better for the same price when we arrived. We were offered a room with bunk beds because there was a booking error. But everything was back to normal when we came back in the evening we had a room with a double bed

The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!

The hotel service is superb. No problem there. Swimming pool is a joke. It's not even inside the hotel. It's next to the stage and appears to have been the old place where they held their sea lions. Ginawang pool lng. The rooms are average. Biggest problem is that it hasn't decided if it's a room for kids and family or a honeymoon suite. The shower even when the door is closed leaks a lot of water so the entire bathroom is wet. The most disappointing is the actual Ocean Park. Limited animals and attractions. The show itself is limited to birds and 2 sea lions who do a few tricks for snacks. OK naman un show but the mere fact that they let their audience burn in the hot summer sun for 30min and the show is merely that is severely disappointing. They can't even pay for a good tent cover.

A good hotel in general, the room prices are very reasonable, Near to the Robinson complex Malate. The reception staff are friendly and the room is basic. The hotel fined me 500 pesos when I lost my room card. They also keep your travel passport with them instead of cash deposit. The hotel does not allow a delay beyond 12 o’clock when checking out and takes 200 pesos for every additional hour. When I requested an additional bottle of water from the room phone, they said it costs 40 pesos! Although this is free in all hotels! Also, the room does not have a safety deposit box.

It’s also very near an LRT station, making it very accessible if you plan to tour the city. The staff were also very attentive to our needs.

The place was very clean, as I initially booked the first night thru Agoda. Sleep comfort was very good, considering that the aircon was operating at the right temperature. The water pressure and temperature of the shower were quite right and the food (not that pricey) was above average. I ended up booking for another 48 hours and got a good deal from them directly. Kudos to Sheila from the Front Office who went out of her way to bring up to my room the credit/debit card terminal to pay for my incremental charges. With staff like that, who would not come back again?

Stayed at Bayleaf Intramuros during our brief stay in Manila to visit family last October 2023 and we were welcomed by an accommodating staff that was always willing to assist whenever we had questions about amenities or their services. The location is central to the Metro Manila area which made it easy to travel to different parts of the city. We'd like to extend a special thanks to the reception staff who were kind and cooperative when we asked for specific services such as luggage storage during our brief travel to another country or assistance with weighing our luggages to meet airline requirements. Also, a special gratitude for Aira Evangelista and her team at 9Spoons for great service at the daily breakfast buffet offering. Aira went above and beyond when we asked her about a specific breakfast menu item and also about a local delivery, being unfamiliar with the LaLaMove service - she was able to answer any questions we had and offer solutions to an issue we ran across with. The room and the hostel is very clean. The staff is nice and very helpful especially Ms. Marivic. There's free water (hot & cold) and also coffee everyday. There's also ref inside the room. May 7 eleven din sa labas ng building. And they have good wifi connection. 8 hostel is perfect for those who are looking for a cheap place to stay yet safe, comfy, and clean. Very nice too for Muslim Travellers because it just a short walk away from the Quiapo Golden Mosque and there are a lot of halal restaurants nearby.

A hard place to find, you have to call a customer service representative just to tell you where is the exact location. The Reddoorz @ grand lodge is located with in the premises of the official Grand lodge which is by the way close, ao you have to go arounr and around to find the place. Which is exhausted! And they serve bfast at 9am!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️ the only good thing about is the customer service of reddoorz, kudos to them they are so very helpful. But for the property not a good experience tho.

I was a walk in cause first hotel I had messed up my reservation and next I tried was Quarantine ONLY. So hotel is modern, big rooms, I had a balcony so all good but lots of good concrete hotels. What stood out was the efficient friendly staff. Doorman/Bellman ”Jade” was the best, 100% on the ball. Made sure I was squared away. On the front desk ”Cel” & ””Carla” both excellent nice efficient. I am sure other staff were good but these three shone. They are the kind of staff every hotel wants. Yes next run to Manila I will stay there just for these folks.

I booked online, upon check in FO staffs said they don’t received yet my booking confirmation, I showed confirmation but she is hesitant to look at it, as she said should be on her system. So I wait for a while, by the way it’s past 6 pm .. and tired from airport. Room is spacious, comfortable king size bed. Limited time room amenities, garbage on side table not cleared, trash still in the bin, toilet not so clean and disposable slippers is open and used. At this point, I’m more disappointed. Breakfast is not so well. Below average in same hotel categories. The bread are nice, looks homemade. Most of staffs are trainee. Bellman, concierge are willing and ready to assist always.

I’m not writing a review to bash the hotel. I love the hotel cause the 1st time I stayed there everything was spotless and considerable price, room amenities and such. This time I was disappointed the room wasnt clean. There are so many hair strand on the floor from previous guest and the shower room soap splash on glass door, and toothpaste cover are in the sink drain. Well considering there’s no dust on counters cause I really run my palm on top of tables even in wall skirting that’s good but please improve cleaning rooms. I am in the hospitality industry so I thoroughly check everything. But the rest, very good.

The hotel is in Binondo Chinatown, it was a really good experience overall. Can easily walk around and reach all the main destinations. The only bad thing is the position, traffic was terrible, need to wait 30 more mins for a grab. It took so long to get to and arrive from the airport. Staff was great and nice and the structure is new.

It's really value for money. Our purpose is just to have a place to put our stuff in. I like that the aircon is good so we were able to sleep well. The location is good and there's a lot of food options around, plus it's close to the Blumentritt and Abad Santos stations. Also, they allowed us to put in our stuff as we went to the hospital and MAB.
