💥Great location and comfortable rooms, but service capacity falls short for the country's largest hotel.💥 While their website boasts being the largest hotel in the country by room count, the operational capacity during our stay didn’t match the scale. Check-in was a lengthy 45-minute process. There were only four counters open initially (three regular, one priority), and an additional counter was only opened after the line had already grown significantly. For a hotel of this size, guest arrivals should be anticipated and staffed accordingly. Breakfast was similarly delayed. With only two staff members checking the guest list (one regular, one priority), the line stretched all the way into the main lobby, taking us nearly 30 minutes just to enter the dining area. Claiming the title of the largest hotel comes with the expectation that staffing levels can efficiently handle high guest volumes. On a positive note, the hotel does have its bright spots: Staff: Courteous and pleasant throughout our stay. Room & Comfort: Comfortable rooms with well-carpeted corridors that effectively minimized hallway noise. Location & Accessibility: Excellent proximity to major malls/casinos (Ayala Malls, MOA, Okada, Solaire, and COD), making Grab pickups after check-out quick and easy. Verdict 😉: While the accommodations and location are strong, the frustrating wait times severely impacted the overall experience. Given our stay, we didn't feel it delivered strong value for money.

The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities. It's within walking distance from the airport. From the Arrival Floor, take the elevator to the 4th floor and cross the connecting bridge. It feels safe even late at night. The breakfast offered a great variety. However, the air conditioning was noisy, probably due to its age, and I had trouble sleeping.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It was very clean, and there were security guards who opened the doors for guests entering and exiting. The room was spacious and smelled lovely. It's close to the airport, only about a 10-minute ride by ride-sharing app. It's also super convenient for SM Mall, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The breakfast the next day was fantastic and had a great variety, especially suitable for Chinese guests, with items like siu mai, braised chicken feet, and congee. The food tasted really good.

I'm a tourist from Japan, and this was my first time visiting Manila, staying for only one day. I was also planning a late-night checkout, so I looked for the cheapest hotel possible and booked this one for about 4,000 yen per night. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I was surprised to find it much cleaner and the lobby much grander than I imagined. There's a security guard permanently stationed at the entrance, and a metal detector for security checks, which made me feel very safe. I had to pay a cash deposit at check-in, but it was refunded without any issues at check-out. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, making for a pleasant stay. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but it wasn't particularly inconvenient. The hotel is located deep within Chinatown, but it's still conveniently situated for sightseeing. There were many tourists and shoppers around, and I felt safe walking out until around 8 PM. Since I enjoy walking, I even explored Intramuros on foot. Considering the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for short stays or for travelers looking to save on accommodation costs.

Overall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

The overall place is amazing! Especially for people who’s only here in Manila for papers or immigration documents. The place is nice, clean, and comfortable for their price. Water actually works, unlike what’s stated online. Water heater is available and AC is working. Just make sure you turn it on and the light appears, otherwise, it will only be in a fan mode. Water safe to drink available on the ground floor. Bring your water bottle. No bathroom essentials (for a single deluxe room) idk if it is on other rooms. Bring yours, esp toothbrush and toothpaste. It was really good! Worth every penny. I stayed for 4 days and i only paid around 60USD through the app. It’s more if you book directly or in a rush. Better to book advance! It’s always pact!

The location was nice, it is nearby to the closest LRT station, you just have to walk for a little. If it is not such a hassle, choose this hostel. When we first came in, the room smelled nice. Even though there is only one fan in the room, the room is still comfortable to stay in, it is not hot. Also, if you’ll be staying for a night this is the perfect place to stay in because they only provide beds for you to sleep in, but if you’d like to have more stuff that you can actually use while you’re at your stay, that has more amenities, this is not for you. Lastly, I actually commend the shared bathroom. It is clean and has a bidet and also a toiletry that you can use. All in all, our stay is good. This is also our first time to check-in, so, not bad for the first time. Also, it is a budget-friendly place to stay in. Keep it up!

I enjoyed the ambiance of our room, the room is really cozy, organized and clean, we had a small balcony facing the sea side and restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed the amenities especially the pool, the bathroom is also clean with toilet essentials provided, with free water, coffee, and electric kettle available. The only thing that is not working inside the room is their security deposit box. I think that they must have double checked first the facilities inside the room. But overall, we had a great and nice experience with Lime resort. The staffs were all accomodating, approachable and with smile on their faces. The food is also delicious since we availed the room with free breakfast.
