The hotel has a good location, just beside Michigan Avenue, and convenient to all major attractions in Chicago. The hotel environment is also very good. It is quiet and clean. The space is large enough. There is sufficient hot water supply, but there is no hot water to drink. We brought our own heat The most distinctive feature of the kettle for boiling water is the hotel’s robots, which can deliver water and daily necessities, which are available on demand, great! We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are many restaurants around, which are very convenient. The waiters in the hotel are very good and the service is very warm and thoughtful. Our trip felt very good, the price was affordable and the process was comfortable!

The view is very good, you can see the lake and the city on the lakeshore. You can also watch the sunrise when the weather is good. The furnishings in the room are not particularly high-end, but they are quite clean and suitable for traveling with family. (The only drawback is that the air conditioner is very noisy, but it won't be very cold when it is turned off.)

It’s a nice hotel. The room was very clean. Check-in was no problem. Very nice to us. It was just the parking was a block and a half away. But we did find a parking spot on the street on the opposite side of the block. You can drop your stuff off in front of the hotel and check in before you go find your parking. Lots of places to go eat in the area. I’m not sure but I think this is part of Chinatown. If not it’s right next to it . We definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in a downtown area and is convenient for travel. The room is located on the sixth floor. The windows have poor sound insulation and the sound of car horns can be heard. Only half of the shower room in the room is separated by glass, and there is no door, so some water splashes onto the floor. The experience was not good and I will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The biggest feature of the room is the floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery outside the window is very clear. Although there is no bustling Michigan Avenue, it is still good! There is a bar on the 18th floor of the hotel, not big. The hotel has a restaurant on the left side of the hotel entrance, named Somerset, in the room can also book this restaurant in the room dinning, about twenty or thirty minutes to deliver the meal to the room. I really like the bathroom's minimalist wash suit, which is white tea, especially fragrant and comfortable. Shopping, dining and entertainment are nearby. We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)

Excellent. The hotel was clean and the staff went beyond for us. Unfortunately, my wife fell in the street about a block away from the hotel. One of the staff saw her fall. Came to help immediately, got us transportation to the hospital, let us keep our room well into the afternoon until my wife was taken care of Could not have been more wonderful. And other than that, the stay was excellent the the hotel was all we could ask for. Charming. Highly recommend it.

The room was OK. A deposit of 50 USD was charged to each room when we checked in. When we checked out the next day, 30 USD was charged to our credit card. It was said to be parking fee, but our car was not parked at the hotel. The front desk manager said it would be refunded, but it has not been refunded yet. Then when we checked in the second night, the front desk staff charged me 110 USD directly. After a while, they still couldn't figure it out. Finally, they said it would be refunded. The front desk manager told me to wait for the credit card bill to come out and contact her if it was not refunded.

I had booked a last minute trip to Chicago's Virgin Hotel to spend some time with my daughters. From the first minute we walked in the service was impeccable. This continued throughout our stay everytime we walked in or out of the hotel (many times). The location was perfect to shops, restaurants, Riverwalk, beautiful architecture, and many other visual attractions. The only downfall to our visit was it was Covid season and many restrictions to places we could go to watch the football game and/or eat as the restaurants were all closed in the hotel. That was a safety issue for the guests so it was appreciated they weren't open. The one thing I'd recommend is for them to have a list of what was open nearby and what was offered (dine-in, delivery, take out, etc.). We were able to find places on our own, but it would have saved us the time from searching/calling around. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

During the epidemic, breakfast was filled with bread, fruit and coffee in kraft paper bags, but check in and check out were quite fast. The parking lot is very small. Very nice city center for this. There is the largest food supermarket in the United States across the road. Front desk service is very good and satisfactory. Especially a Vietnamese boy. There are also two heart-warming free drinks before 8 o'clock every night. Very large, self-contained suite. Will come to live next time.

Check in at 12 o'clock at noon to do pre check in, the result until nearly 5pm to get a good check-in, this makes me very puzzled, even if some of the host guests dragged a late check-out, it will not let people in a hall There is no room, the hotel did not give a reasonable explanation, just said that the room is not ready.
